Definitions

  • the invention relates to a coke oven operating machine according to the common preamble of claim 1 and claim 2.
  • Koksofenbedienungsmaschine of the type mentioned is from the JP-A-11236571 known, wherein the known Koksofenbedienungsmaschine has a suction device and a Trhebe issued, wherein also two windbreak walls are provided, so that the Moshebe annoying is operable within the shielding between the wind walls.
  • Coke ovens consist of a plurality of disk-like coking chambers, which are arranged side by side in a long row. Following coking of coal, the coke is discharged from the furnace with a coke-blowing machine. The necessary opening and closing of the furnace doors on the side of the coke ejecting machine as well as the leveling of the coal filling car in the coking coal is automatically carried out by the Koksausd Wegmaschine. The coke pushed out of the furnace by the coke-blowing machine is directed into a coke-fire vehicle by the cake guide integrated on a coke-transfer machine. The required opening and closing of the furnace doors on the side of Koksüberleitmaschine is usually performed automatically by the Koksüberleitmaschine.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a Koksofenbedienungsmaschine of the aforementioned type which provides an effective detection of the opening of the coke oven door, in the subsequent cleaning process of the door, when expressing the coke from the oven and resealing the coke oven door emissions released ensures.
  • the basic idea underlying the invention is to shield the master pass of the coke oven, at least in the region of the coking chamber to be operated by a coke oven operating machine, with respect to side winds which occur between the coke oven and the coke oven operating machine along the master pass.
  • the shielding area defined by the adjacent windbreak walls of the coke oven operating machine is shifted to the portion of the coke oven in which the respective coking chamber to be operated is located. This ensures that the released during operation of the coking chambers emissions from the suction device of the coke oven operating machine can always be substantially completely detected.
  • the adjacent windbreak walls are at least spaced from each other such that it is possible to use coke oven control devices such as the door lifter and / or frame and door cleaners and / or a master run cleaner and / or catcher for collecting excess planing carbon and of Schlabberkoks to operate between the adjacent wind walls without it comes through the wind walls to obstruct the operation of Koksofenbedienungs Alpineen. At least the windbreak walls are so far apart that the operation of the door lifting device is possible undisturbed.
  • the suction device of the coke oven operating machine according to the invention is arranged in a manner known from the prior art above the furnace doors of the coke oven and is moved together with the Koksofenbedienungsmaschine, which may be a Koksausd Wegmaschine or a Koksüberleitmaschine, to each serving coking chamber ,
  • the length of the shielding area in the direction of the master pass is determined such that the operation of all the coke oven operating devices of the coke oven operating machine provided for operating the coking chamber is readily within the shielding area is possible. Therefore, the necessary length of the shielding region depends on the structural design and the dimension of the coke oven, the coke oven operating machine and the coke oven operating means provided on the coke oven operating machine.

This ensures that, at least up to the height of the oven door, no swirling of the emissions from an open coking chamber due to the influence of wind can occur. This enables complete detection of the emissions by the suction device of the coke oven operating machine located above the oven doors.
  • At least one windbreak preferably both windbreak walls, from the bottom of the master gear, but at least from the bottom of the furnace chambers up at least until extend to the height of the suction device or beyond.

At least when the coke oven operating machine is at a standstill, the windbreak walls can rest on anchor stands or on the furnace wall. This helps ensure that side winds can not flow past the windshields laterally into the shielding area. A turbulence of emissions from an open coking chamber caused by cross winds is therefore largely excluded in the shielding area.
