Claims (30)

  1. Kantenbeschlag, der dazu bestimmt ist, auf einen Flügel (1) montiert zu werden, der eine vordere Frontwand (2) und eine hintere Frontwand (3), die voneinander beabstandet und deutlich parallel zueinander sind, und eine transversale Wand, die eine Kante (4) formt, die sich zwischen den vorderen (2) und hinteren (3) Frontwänden im Verhältnis zu den Enden der Frontwände (2, 3) zurückgezogen erstreckt, und transversale Anschläge (6, 7), die sich gegenüber der genannten Kante (4) des Flügels erstrecken und sich dabei zwischen der genannten Kante (4) des Flügels und den genannten Enden der Frontwände (2, 3) befinden umfasst, wobei der genannte Beschlag Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine steifte Montageplatte (11), die angepasst ist, um zwischen den zwei Frontwänden (2, 3) des Flügels (1) derart eingefügt zu werden, dass sie aufstützend auf die genannte Kante (4) des Flügels (1) montiert werden kann,
    - Befestigungsmittel der genannten Montageplatte (11) auf der genannten Kante (4) des Flügels (1),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Befestigungsmittel Folgendes umfassen:
    - wenigstens einen mobilen Befestigungsklotz (13) der genannten Montageplatte (11) auf der Kante (4) des Flügels (1), der dazu geeignet ist, wenigstens von einer Position, bezeichnet als freie Position, in der er zwischen den genannten Frontwänden (2, 3) des Flügels (1) eingefügt werden kann, in eine Position, bezeichnet als blockierte Position, in der er zwischen der genannten Montageplatte (11) und den genannten Anschlägen (6, 7) derart untergebracht und eingekeilt ist, dass ein Furnieren der genannten Montageplatte (11) gegen die Kante (4) des Flügels (1) gewährleistet ist, der jegliche Verschiebung der genannten Montageplatte (11) im Verhältnis zur Kante (4) des Flügels (1) verbietet, verschoben werden zu können.
  2. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein mobiler Befestigungsklotz (13) wenigstens einen Abschnitt, bezeichnet als Ecke (17, 18) umfasst, deren Form und Abmessungen angepasst sind, um eine Aufnahme und ein Einkeilen dieses mobilen Befestigungsklotzes (13) zwischen wenigstens einem Anschlag (6, 7) des Flügels und der genannten Montageplatte (11) aufstützend auf der Kante (4) des Flügels (1), die ein Blockieren der genannten Montageplatte (11) auf der genannten Kante (4) des Flügels (1) gewährleisten, zu erlauben.
  3. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein mobiler Befestigungsklotz (13) eine Seite, bezeichnet als Stützseite (15), umfasst, die sich allgemein in einer parallelen Ebene zu der genannten Kante (4) des Flügels (1) und aufstützend gegen die genannte Montageplatte (11) erstreckt, sobald der Klotz (13) sich in blockierter Position befindet, und seine Seite, bezeichnet als Manöverseite (16), gegenüber der genannten Stützseite (15), wobei die genannte Manöverseite (16) wenigstens einen Abschnitt, bezeichnet als Ecke (17, 18) umfasst, deren Form und Abmessungen angepasst sind, um eine Aufnahme und ein Verkeilen des mobilen Befestigungsklotzes (13) zwischen einem Anschlag (6, 7) des Flügels (1) und der genannten Montageplatte (11) aufstützend auf der Kante (4) des Flügels (1) zu erlauben.
  4. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Ecke (17, 18) eines mobilen Befestigungsklotzes (13) einen abgefasten Abschnitt (28, 29) umfasst, der angepasst ist, um die Aufnahme dieser Ecke (17, 18) zwischen einem Anschlag (6, 7) einer Frontwand (2, 3) und der genannten Montageplatte (11) zu erleichtern.
  5. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Montagemittel wenigstens eines mobilen Befestigungsklotzes (13) auf der genannten Montageplatte (11) derart umfasst, dass dieser mobile Befestigungsklotz (13) oder diese mobilen Befestigungsklötze (13) auf der genannten Montageplatte (11) vor dem Einfügen der zusammengesetzten Struktur der genannten Montageplatte (11) und dieses Klotzes / dieser Klötze (13) zwischen den Frontwänden (2, 3) montiert werden kann / können.
  6. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein mobiler Befestigungsklotz (13) wenigstens ein hervorstehendes Organ, bezeichnet als Zapfen (14) umfasst, der sich in lotrechter Richtung zur genannten Kante (4) erstreckt, sobald dieser Klotz (13) sich in blockierter Position befindet, wobei der genannte Zapfen (14) angepasst ist, um in wenigstens eine Öffnung (19) eingerastet zu werden, die in der genannten Montageplatte (11) ausgespart ist, wobei der / die genannte(n) Zapfen (14) und die genannte(n) Öffnung(en) (19) die genannten Montagemittel bilden.
  7. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein mobiler Befestigungsklotz (13) angepasst ist, um um eine Achse, bezeichnet als Schwenkachse (24), von einer freien Position in die genannte blockierte Position schwenken zu können.
  8. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein mobiler Befestigungsklotz im Verhältnis zu der genannten Schwenkachse (24) eine Symmetrie aufweist.
  9. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 6 und 7 zusammengenommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Zapfen (14) eines mobilen Befestigungsklotzes (13) die genannte Schwenkachse (24) dieses Klotzes von einer freigesetzten Position in die genannte blockierte Position formt, sobald dieser Zapfen (14) in einer Öffnung (19) der genannten Montageplatte (11) eingerastet ist.
  10. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein mobiler Befestigungsklotz (13) eine Aufnahme (25) zum Empfang eines Werkzeugs umfasst, das angepasst ist, um auf diesen Klotz (13) eine Beanspruchung zu übertragen, die von einem Operator ausgeübt wird und die die Verschiebung dieses Klotzes (13) von der freigesetzten Position in die blockierte Position nach sich ziehen kann.
  11. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Steuerstange (12) der Verriegelung / Entriegelung des Flügels (1) umfasst, wobei die genannte Stange (12) gleitend in Längsrichtung in einem Kopfteil, das die genannte Montageplatte (11) bildet, und entlang der Kante (4) des Flügels (1) montiert ist und eine längliche Öffnung (20) umfasst, von der wenigstens ein Abschnitt sich gegenüber der Öffnung (19) des Kopfteils (11) derart befindet, dass der genannte Zapfen (14) von wenigstens einem Klotz (13), der in dem genannten Kopfteil (11) eingerastet ist, die genannte längliche Öffnung (20) durchqueren kann und dabei gleichzeitig das Gleiten der genannten Stange (12) erlaubt.
  12. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Zapfen (14) von wenigstens einem Klotz (13) zwei längliche, zueinander parallele Abflachungen (23) aufweist, die derart angeordnet sind, dass, sobald dieser Zapfen (14) in die genannten Öffnungen (19, 20) des genannten Kopfstücks (11) und der genannten Stange (12) eingerastet ist, diese Abflachungen (23) an die längsten Wände der genannten länglichen Öffnung (20) der genannten Stange (12) derart angefügt werden, dass ein spontanes Schwenken dieses mobilen Befestigungsklotzes (13) um die genannte Schwenkachse (24) verhindert wird.
  13. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 12, der dazu bestimmt ist, in einen Flügel (1) montiert zu werden, dessen Frontwände (2, 3) um einen Abstand d0 beabstandet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein mobiler Befestigungsklotz (13) in freier Position einen gesamten transversalen Platzverbrauch unterhalb von d0 hat und in blockierter Position einen gesamten transversalen Platzverbrauch von gleich d0 derart, das sich der Klotz (13) in blockierter Position vollständig zwischen den genannten Frontwänden (2, 3) des Flügels (1) erstreckt.
  14. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 7 und 13 zusammengenommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein mobiler Befestigungsklotz (13) wenigstens eine elastische Protuberanz umfasst, die sich radial erstreckt, bezeichnet als versenkbare Bremse (30, 31), die angepasst ist, damit dieser Klotz (13) eine gesamte radiale Abmessung d1 größer als d0 aufzuweisen, die jedes spontane Schwenken des Klotzes (13) verhindert, und eine gesamte transversale Abmessung aufweist, die durch eine Kompression der genannten versenkbaren Bremse / der genannten versenkbaren Bremsen (30, 31) gegen die Frontwände (2, 3) des Flügels (1) derart deutlich kleiner als oder gleich d0 ist, dass die Verschiebung des Klotzes (13) von der freien Position in die blockierte Position und umgekehrt erlaubt wird.
  15. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein mobiler Befestigungsklotz (13) zwei untereinander und zu den Frontwänden (2, 3) parallele Stege (27) umfasst, sobald sich der Klotz (13) in blockierter Position befindet, und eine Aufnahme zum Empfang einer mit einer Grundschwelle (26) fest befestigten Zunge definiert.
  16. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einem Stück ist.
  17. Flügel - insbesondere gleitender Flügel - einer Tür, eines Fensters oder dergleichen, der Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine vordere Frontwand (2) und eine hintere Frontwand (3), die voneinander beabstandet und zueinander deutlich parallel sind,
    - eine transversale Wand, die eine Kante (4) des Flügels formt, und sich zwischen der vorderen Frontwand (2) und der hinteren Frontwand (3) im Verhältnis zu den Enden der Frontwände (2, 3) zurückgezogen erstreckt,
    - transversale Anschläge (6, 7), die sich gegenüber der genannten Kante (4) des Türflügels erstrecken und dabei zwischen der genannten Kante (4) des Flügels und den Enden der Frontwände (2, 3) des Flügels angeordnet sind,
    - einen Kantenbeschlag (10), der eine steife Montageplatte (11) umfasst, die angepasst ist, um zwischen den zwei Frontwänden (2, 3) des Flügels derart eingefügt zu werden, dass sie aufstützend auf der genannten Kante (4) des Flügels montiert werden können,
    - Befestigungsmittel der genannten Montageplatte (11) auf der genannten Kante (4) des Flügels,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Befestigungsmittel Folgendes umfassen:
    - wenigstens einen mobilen Befestigungsklotz (13) der genannten Montageplatte (11) auf der genannten Kante (4) des Flügels, der angepasst ist ,um von wenigstens einer Position, bezeichnet als freie Position, in der er zwischen den genannten Frontwänden (2, 3) des Flügels eingefügt sein kann, in eine Position, bezeichnet als blockierte Position, in der er zwischen der genannten Montageplatte (11) und den genannten Anschlägen (6, 7) derart untergebracht und verkeilt sein kann, dass ein Furnieren der genannten Montageplatte (11) gegen die Kante (4) des Flügels gewährleistet wird, die jegliche Verschiebung der genannten Montageplatte (11) im Verhältnis zu der Kante (4) des Flügels verbietet, verschoben zu werden.
  18. Flügel gemäß Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein mobiler Befestigungsklotz (13) wenigstens einen Abschnitt, bezeichnet als Ecke (17, 18) umfasst, deren Form und Abmessungen angepasst sind, um eine Aufnahme und ein Verkeilen dieses mobilen Befestigungsklotzes (13) zwischen wenigstens einem Anschlag (17, 18) des Flügels und der genannten Montageplatte (11) aufstützend auf der Kante (4) des Flügels (1) zu erlauben, die ein Blockieren der Montageplatte (11) auf der genannten Kante (4) des Flügels (1) gewährleisten.
  19. Flügel gemäß Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Klotz (13) eine Seite aufweist, bezeichnet als Stützseite (15), die sich allgemein in einer zur Kante (4) des Flügels parallelen Ebene erstreckt, sobald sich der Klotz (13) in blockierter Position befindet, und eine Seite, bezeichnet als Manöverseite (16), gegenüber der genannten Stützseite (15), wobei die genannte Manöverseite (16) wenigstens einen Abschnitt umfasst, bezeichnet als Ecke (17, 18), dessen Form und Abmessungen angepasst sind, um eine Aufnahme und ein Verkeilen dieser Ecke (17, 18) zwischen einem Anschlag (6, 7) einer Frontwand (2, 3) und der genannten Montageplatte (11) zu erlauben, die ein Blockieren des Beschlags (10) auf der genannten Kante (4) des Flügels gewährleisten.
  20. Beschlag gemäß Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Ecke (17, 18) einen abgefasten Abschnitt (28, 29) umfasst, der angepasst ist, um die Aufnahme dieser Ecke (17, 18) zwischen einem Anschlag (6, 7) des Flügels und der genannten Montageplatte (11) des Beschlags (10) zu erleichtern.
  21. Flügel gemäß Anspruch 17 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Kantenbeschlag (10) Montagemittel wenigstens eines mobilen Befestigungsklotzes (13) auf der genannten Montageplatte (11) derart umfasst, dass dieser Klotz (13) auf der genannten Montageplatte (11) vor dem Einfügen zwischen den Frontwänden (2, 3) des Flügels montiert werden kann.
  22. Flügel gemäß Anspruch 17 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein mobiler Befestigungsklotz (13) angepasst ist, um um eine Achse, bezeichnet als Schwenkachse (24), von einer freien Position in die genannte blockierte Position zu schwenken.
  23. Flügel gemäß Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Klotz (13) im Verhältnis zur genannten Schwenkachse (24) eine Symmetrie aufweist.
  24. Flügel gemäß Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Klotz (13) wenigstens ein hervorstehendes Organ, bezeichnet als Zapfen (14), aufweist, der sich gemäß einer zur Kante (4) lotrechten Richtung erstreckt, sobald sich der Zapfen (13) in blockierter Position befindet, wobei der genannte Zapfen (14) angepasst ist, um in wenigstens einer Öffnung (19) einzurasten, die in der genannten Montageplatte (11) ausgespart ist, wobei der / die genannte(n) Zapfen (14) und die genannte(n) Öffnung(en) 19 die genannten Montagemittel bilden.
  25. Flügel gemäß Anspruch 22 und 24 zusammengenommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Zapfen (14) wenigstens eines mobilen Klotzes (13), der in einer Öffnung (19) der genannten Montageplatte (11) eingerastet ist, die genannte Schwenkachse (24) dieses Klotzes (13) von einer freigesetzten Position in die blockierte Position formt.
  26. Flügel gemäß Anspruch 17 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die genannten Frontwände (2, 3) voneinander um die Entfernung d0 beabstandet sind,
    - wenigstens ein mobiler Klotz (13) in freier Position einen gesamten transversalen Platzverbrauch von unterhalb d0 und in blockierter Position einen gesamten transversalen Platzverbrauch von deutlich gleich d0 derart aufweist, dass sich der Klotz (13) in der blockierten Position auf jeder Seite der Frontwände (2, 3) erstreckt.
  27. Flügel gemäß Anspruch 22 und 26 zusammengenommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - die genannten Frontwände (2, 3) leicht flexibel sind,
    - wenigstens ein mobiler Klotz (13) in einer Zwischenposition zwischen der freien Position und der blockierten Position einen gesamten radialen Platzverbrauch d1 größer als d0 derart aufweist, dass der mobile Klotz (13) sich nicht ohne die Intervention eines Operators von der blockierten Position in die freie Position und umgekehrt spontan verschieben kann.
  28. Flügel gemäß Anspruch 17 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein mobiler Klotz (13) eine Aufnahme (25) zum Empfang eines Werkzeugs umfasst, das angepasst ist, um auf diesen Klotz (13) eine Beanspruchung zu übertragen, die von einem Operator ausgeübt wird und die die Verschiebung dieses Klotzes (13) von der freigesetzten Position in die blockierte Position nach sich ziehen kann.
  29. Flügel gemäß Anspruch 17 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein mobiler Klotz (13) zwei untereinander und zu den Frontwänden (2, 3) parallele Stege (27) aufweist, sobald sich der Klotz (13) in der blockierten Position befindet, und eine Aufnahme (25) zum Empfang einer mit einer Grundschwelle (26) fest befestigten Zunge definieren.
  30. Flügel gemäß Anspruch 17 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Kantenbeschlag (10) ein Beschlag aus einem Stück ist.
