Claims (15)

  1. Anlasserschütz (10) eines Verbrennungsmotors, insbesondere eines Verbrennungsmotors eines Kraftfahrzeugs, von der Art, die einen Hohlkörper (16), insbesondere von allgemeiner Rohrform, aufweist, der mindestens eine hintere Wicklung (22) aufnimmt, der die axialen Verschiebungen eines beweglichen Kontakts (40) steuert, der mit zwei ortsfesten Kontaktklemmen (46, 48) zusammenwirken kann, die im Boden (54) einer vorderen Isolierhaube (50) zum Schließen eines axialen Endes des Körpers (16) des Schützes angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wicklung (22) elektrisch an die Außenumgebung des Schützes durch Verbindungseinrichtungen angeschlossen ist, die mindestens aufweisen:
    - ein erstes Verbinderelement (90, 92, 190), das von der Isolierhaube (50) getragen wird und sich axial nach innen erstreckt; und
    - ein zweites ortsfestes Verbinderelement (65, 165, 66), das innerhalb des Schützes angeordnet ist, das elektrisch an mindestens einen mit einer Isolierung umhüllten Leiterdraht (79, 81) der Wicklung (22) angeschlossen ist, und das axial das freie Ende (92) des ersten Verbinderelements (90, 190) bei der Montage der Isolierhaube (50) auf den Körper (16) des Schützes aufnehmen kann,
    und dass das zweite Verbinderelement (65, 165, 66) an den mindestens einen Leiterdraht (79, 81) durch die sogenannte Technik der Schneidklemmverbindung angeschlossen ist.
  2. Schütz nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Verbinderelement (65, 165, 66) aufweist:
    - ein Gehäuse (66) aus Isoliermaterial, das axial nach vorne offen ist, das mindestens einen Sackschlitz (70) mit Querausrichtung begrenzt, der einen Abschnitt (79) des Leiterdrahts (81) positionieren und halten kann;
    - und ein metallisches Kontaktelement (65, 165), das in einem Hohlraum (68) des Gehäuses (66) angeordnet ist, das konfiguriert ist, um die Isolierung des Leiterdrahts (79, 81) verschieben und den Leiterdraht (79, 81) lokal abisolieren zu können, wenn das Kontaktelement (65) axial von vorne nach hinten in den Hohlraum (68) eingesetzt wird.
  3. Schütz nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das metallische Kontaktelement (65) einen hinteren Anschlussbereich (80) in Form einer Gabel aufweist, die axial nach hinten offen ist und die Isolierung des Leiterdrahts (79, 81) verschieben und den Leiterdraht (79, 81) lokal abisolieren kann, wenn das Kontaktelement (65) axial von vorne nach hinten in den Hohlraum (68) eingesetzt wird.
  4. Schütz nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hintere Bereich (80) des metallischen Kontaktelements die Form einer Doppelgabel mit zwei Schlitzen (82) hat, deren Ränder die Isolierung des Leiterdrahts (79, 81) verschieben und den Leiterdraht (79, 81) lokal abisolieren können, wenn das Kontaktelement (65) axial von vorne nach hinten in den Hohlraum (68) eingesetzt wird.
  5. Schütz nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das metallische Kontaktelement (165) ein Reiter ist, der mit einem Sackschlitz versehen ist, dessen Ränder die Isolierung des Leiterdrahts (79, 81) verschieben und den Leiterdraht (79, 81) lokal abisolieren können, wenn das Kontaktelement (65) axial von vorne nach hinten in den Hohlraum (68) eingesetzt wird.
  6. Schütz nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse eine Überdicke (69) entsprechend dem Boden des Schlitzes (70) zur Auflage des freien Endes (79) des Leiterdrahts (81) aufweist.
  7. Schütz nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das metallische Kontaktelement (65) einen vorderen Bereich (84) aufweist, der wie eine axial nach vorne geöffnete elastische Klammer geformt ist, die bei der Montage der Isolierhaube (50) auf den Körper (16) des Schützes axial das freie Ende (92) eines ersten Einsteck-Verbinderelements (90) aufnehmen kann.
  8. Schütz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, 6, 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende des ersten Verbinderelements (90, 190) als eine ebene Zunge (92) mit axialer Ausrichtung geformt ist.
  9. Schütz nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Tragplatte (60) aufweist, die das zweite Verbinderelement (65, 165, 66) trägt.
  10. Schütz nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen beweglichen Kern (15) aufweist, der auf eine Steuerstange (38) einwirken kann, die in seiner Mitte einen festen Kern (34) durchquert, der an einem vorderen axialen Ende des Körpers des Schützes angeordnet ist, wobei die Steuerstange (36) geeignet ist, um die axialen Verschiebungen des beweglichen Kontakts (40) zu steuern, und dass die Tragplatte (60) die Form einer Scheibe hat, die in ihrer Mitte durchbohrt ist, um den Durchgang des Körpers der Steuerstange (38) zu erlauben, der axial zwischen dem ortsfesten Kern (34) und den beweglichen Kontakt (40) angeordnet ist.
  11. Schütz nach Anspruch 9 oder 10 in Kombination mit Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragplatte (60) durch Formen aus Kunststoff hergestellt wird, und dass das Gehäuse (66) des zweiten Aufnahme-Verbinderelements aus einem Stück durch Formen mit der Tragplatte hergestellt wird.
  12. Schütz nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragplatte (60) dem ortsfesten Kern (34) benachbart ist.
  13. Schütz nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragplatte (60) eine einstückige Einheit mit der hinteren Wicklung (22) und dem ortsfesten Kern (34) bildet.
  14. Schütz nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragplatte (60) vom Leiterdraht (81) gehalten wird.
  15. Schütz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 und 6 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Verbinderelement (90, 92) ein Element vom Einstecktyp ist, während das zweite Verbinderelement ein Element vom Aufnahmetyp ist.
