  • the density of the nonwoven cloth 1 is from 0.15 to 0.40 g/cm 3 , and is preferably 0.20 g/cm 3 . If the density is 0.15 g/cm 3 or less, the strength for keeping the shape deteriorates and further the effect of pulling out the fibers with the needle punch gets worse. If the density is more than 0.40 g/cm 3 , the needles are unfavorably damaged many times.
  • the cleaning cloth of the invention is preferably a cleaning cloth wherein the height (h) of the ridge regions 2 is form 4 to 6 mm, preferably 5 mm, the width (W1) of the ridge regions 3 is from 3 to 6 mm, preferably 4 mm, the interval between the ridge regions 2, that is, the width (W2) of the grooves 3 is from 4 to 8 mm, preferably 6 mm.
  • the ridge regions 2 are formed so that a large number of fibers a protrude in a loop toward one of both surface sides thereof by needle punching means.
  • the needles are punched into the nonwoven cloth 1 along needle punching lines L having pairs of two adjacent lines L1 and L2, whereby the ridge regions 2 having a predetermined width can be formed by using the fibers a protruded toward the single surface.
  • the interval between the individual pairs of the two lines L1 and L2 is changed, for example, when the interval is made slightly large, slender immediate grooves 4 can be formed along the ridge direction between the ridge regions 2 and 2, as illustrated in Figs. 2 and 3 .

Abstract

L’invention concerne un chiffon de nettoyage constitué d’un tissu non tissé comprenant des fibres de résine synthétiques de petit diamètre formées en créant de nombreux éléments en nervure parallèles à des intervalles déterminés en faisant ressortir des fibres par aiguilletage. Les bords de ces nombreux éléments en nervure parallèles peuvent servir de bords de nettoyage pour nettoyer efficacement la surface d’un objet à nettoyer. Comme chaque élément en nervure possède une largeur déterminée, le chiffon de l’invention est suffisamment résistant. Il est donc possible de réduire la déformation en compression des parties de bord causée par les forces de frottement au cours du nettoyage et d’obtenir un chiffon de nettoyage particulièrement performant.

Claims (4)

  1. Chiffon de nettoyage, dans lequel un grand nombre de régions d'arrête parallèles ayant chacune une largeur prédéterminée sont formés à intervalles prédéterminés dans une étoffe non tissée (1) faite de fibres de polyester dont la finesse est de 20 à 30 dtex de sorte que les fibres font saillie en une boucle par des moyens d'aiguilletage, et dans les milieux des régions d'arrête (2), des rainures médianes plus étroites (4) sont formées le long d'une direction d'arrête.
  2. Chiffon de nettoyage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'épaisseur des régions dans l'étoffe non tissée (1), dans laquelle les régions d'arrête ne sont pas formées, est de 1 à 3 mm, la hauteur des régions d'arrête (2) est de 4 à 6 mm, l'intervalle entre les régions d'arrête (2) est de 4 à 8 mm et la largeur des régions d'arrête est de 3 à 6 mm.
  3. Chiffon de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel la forme en coupe de la fibre de résine synthétique est triangulaire ou rectangulaire.
  4. Chiffon de nettoyage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les fibres de résine synthétique sont formés pour avoir une structure gaine/coeur, et un matériau de coeur est fait de polyester et un matériau de gaine est fait de polyéthylène ayant un point de fusion plus bas que celui du matériau de coeur.
