Claims (11)

  1. A folded box gluing machine for making folded boxes from blanks, comprising a plurality of processing stations (1, 2) and a conveying mechanism (3, 4) arranged to convey the blanks through the individual processing stations, wherein in the folded box gluing machine, preferably between two processing stations (1, 2), an embossing mechanism (6) including embossing dies (7, 8) is arranged so as to emboss the blanks, wherein the embossing mechanism is a rotational embossing mechanism including rotating embossing dies,
    characterized in that
    said embossing mechanism (6) is swivably fastened to a lateral swivel arm which is fastened to the wall of the frame (22) and can thereby be swiveled from an active position to an inactive position, and that the embossing is a script for the blind.
  2. A folded box gluing machine for making folded boxes from blanks comprising a plurality of processing stations (1, 2) and a conveying mechanism (3, 4) arranged to convey the blanks through the individual processing stations, wherein in the folded box gluing machine, preferably between two processing stations (1, 2), an embossing mechanism (6) including embossing dies (7, 8) is arranged so as to emboss the blanks, wherein the embossing mechanism is a rotational embossing mechanism including rotating embossing dies,
    characterized in that
    said embossing mechanism (6) is mounted on lateral columns which are fastened to the walls of the machine frame (22) and can thereby be vertically moved upwards along the columns to an inactive position, and that the embossing is a script for the blind.
  3. The folded box gluing machine according to claim 1 or 2,
    characterized in that
    said embossing dies (7, 8) can be positioned in the machine in crosswise direction.
  4. The folded box gluing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
    characterized in that
    the embossing dies (7, 8) have a common rotation drive.
  5. The folded box gluing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
    characterized in that
    the lower embossing die (8) is coupled to a drive of the conveying mechanism (3, 4) and the upper embossing die (7) has a rotation drive.
  6. The folded box gluing machine according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    one die, preferably the upper die (7), includes a product-specific male mold and the other die, preferably the lower die (8), includes a product-neutral female mold.
  7. The folded box gluing machine according to claim 6,
    characterized in that
    said product-specific male mold is interchangeable.
  8. The folded box gluing machine according to claim 6 or 7,
    characterized in that
    said product-neutral female mold is interchangeable.
  9. The folded box gluing machine according to at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the distance of one die, preferably the upper die (7), can be varied with respect to the other die (8).
  10. The folded box gluing machine according to at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the embossing mechanism (6) is arranged in front of a first folding station.
  11. The folded box gluing machine according to claim 10,
    characterized in that
    the embossing mechanism (6) is arranged between an orienting station (1) and a pre-breaker station (2).
