Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Blattgutspender mit mindestens zwei Fächern (37) zur Aufnahme von Blattgut, insbesondere in Form von Prospekten. Die Fächer werden unter Verwendung von gestaffelt zueinander und hintereinander angeordneten Modulbauteilen gebildet. Die Modulbauteile sind durch eine zunächst senkrecht und anschließend parallel zur Rückwand (4) der Fächer gerichtete Bewegung miteinander verbindbar und wieder lösbar. Um den Blattgutspender mit geringem Materialaufwand herstellen zu können, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass die Modulbauteile von Schalen (1) gebildet werden, die aus einer Rückwand (4), zwei Seitenwänden (5, 6) und einer ihr unteres Ende bildenden Stirnwand (7) bestehen. Ferner weist jede Schale (1) im Bereich der ihrer Rückwand (4) abgewandten Ränder ihrer beiden Seitenwände (5, 6) jeweils mindestens einen zum Schaleninneren gerichteten Vorsprung (9) auf. Zudem sind an der Rückseite der Rückwand jeder Schale mindestens zwei zur Aufnahme der Vorsprünge einer mit der Schale (1a) verbindbaren weiteren Schale (1 b) dienende Halterungen (12) vorgesehen und ein Anschlag (31) ist zur Begrenzung der parallel zur Rückwand gerichteten Bewegung der jeweils miteinander verbindbaren Schalen (1) vorhanden.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Blattgutspender, mit mindestens zwei Fächern zur Aufnahme von Blattgut, insbesondere in Form von Prospekten, bei dem die Fächer unter Verwendung von gestaffelt zueinander und hintereinander angeordneten, zur Blattgutaufnahme dienenden Modulbauteilen gebildet werden, die durch eine zunächst senkrecht und anschließend parallel zur Rückwand der Fächer gerichtete Bewegung miteinander verbindbar und wieder lösbar sind.
  • Bekannt ist ein Blattgutspender der vorstehenden Art, dessen zur Blattgutaufnahme dienende Modulbauteile eine Rückwand und eine Vorderwand aufweisen, die über zwei Seitenwände und eine Stirnwand miteinander verbunden sind. Bei dem bekannten Blattgutspender sind die Rückwände und die Vorderwände der Modulbauteile mit Mitteln versehen, mittels derer sich Modulbauteile miteinander verbinden lassen. Die Verwendung von Vorderwände aufweisenden Modulteilen bei dem beschriebenen Blattgutspender bringt es mit sich, dass der Materialaufwand für seine Herstellung vergleichsweise groß ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Blattgutspender zu schaffen, der mit geringem Materialaufwand herstellbar ist. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß dadurch, dass die zur Blattgutaufnahme dienenden Modulbauteile von Schalen gebildet werden, die aus einer Rückwand, zwei Seitenwänden und einer ihr unteres Ende bildenden Stirnwand bestehen, dass jede Schale im Bereich der ihrer Rückwand abgewandten Ränder ihrer beiden Seitenwände jeweils mindestens einen zum Schaleninneren gerichteten Vorsprung aufweist, dass an der Rückseite der Rückwand jeder Schale mindestens zwei zur Aufnahme der Vorsprünge einer mit der Schale verbindbaren weiteren Schale dienende Halterungen vorgesehen sind und dass ein Anschlag zur Begrenzung der parallel zur Rückwand gerichteten Bewegung der jeweils miteinander verbindbaren Schalen vorhanden ist.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Blattgutspender bietet den Vorteil, dass aufgrund der Verwendung schalenförmiger, d. h. keine Vorderwände oder Vorderwandabschnitte aufweisender Modulbauteile der Materialaufwand für die Herstellung der Modulbauteile klein ist. Bei einem Blattgutspender mit beispielsweise vier Fächern genügt es, lediglich das vorderste Modulbauteil mit einer Vorderwand zu versehen, die vorzugsweise von einer Frontplatte gebildet wird, die über die Vorsprünge der jeweils vordersten Schale schiebbare Führungsnuten aufweist.
  • Es erweist sich als zweckmäßig, wenn jede Seitenwand der Schalen mit jeweils mindestens zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten, zum Schaleninnern gerichteten Vorsprüngen versehen ist. Schon durch Verwendung zweier Vorsprungspaare und jeweils einer einem Vorsprungspaar zugeordneten Halterung lässt sich der Versatz zwischen den gestaffelt angeordneten Schalen um einen Betrag verändern, der dem Abstand zwischen den beiden an einer Seitenwand angeordneten Vorsprüngen entspricht.
  • Das gleiche Ergebnis lässt sich erreichen, wenn jede Seitenwand nur einen Vorsprung aufweist, dem jeweils zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordnete Halterungen an der Rückseite der Rückwand zugeordnet sind.
  • In der Praxis empfiehlt es sich aus Fertigungs- und Stabilitätsgründen, jede Seitenwand mit mehr als drei Vorsprüngen zu versehen und auch die Rückseiten der Rückwände mit einer Mehrzahl von Halterungen auszustatten, wobei die Zahl der einer Vorsprungsreihe zugeordneten Halterungen nicht zwingend gleich der Zahl der Vorsprünge sein muss.
  • Der Abstand zwischen den Vorsprüngen der jeweiligen Seitenwand und den diesen Vorsprüngen zugeordneten Halterungen ist zweckmäßigerweise gleich groß.
  • Die Rückseiten der Rückwände der Schalen sind in der Nähe der Seitenwände mit parallelen Führungen versehen, von denen die Führungen der jeweils hintersten Schale zur Aufnahme von Bauteilen genutzt werden können, die sowohl das Aufstellen als auch das Aufhängen des Blattgutspenders ermöglichen.
  • Die Verwendung von Modulbauteilen in Form von Schalen, bei denen Vorderwandabschnitte fehlen, schafft die Voraussetzung dafür, Modulbauteile mit unterschiedlichem Füllvolumen miteinander zu kombinieren, um Blattgut verschiedener Formate im Blattgutspender unterzubringen. Indem man nämlich die Rückwand einer, mehrerer oder aller Schalen mit Längsschlitzen zur Befestigung einer in die Schlitze einhängbare Haken aufweisenden Trennwand ausstattet, ist die jeweilige Schale in zwei oder mehr Teilschalen unterteilbar.
  • Versieht man die Trennwand mit zu den Seitenwänden der jeweiligen Schale gerichteten Vorsprüngen, so ist unter gleichzeitiger Nutzung der Vorsprünge der Seitenwände der Anschluss von die Aufnahme von Blattgut anderer Formate erlaubenden Zusatzschalen möglich, die ebenfalls aus einer Rückwand, zwei Seitenwänden sowie einer ihr unteres Ende bildenden Stirnwand bestehen und deren Breite im Wesentlichen dem Abstand zwischen der Trennwand und der ihr jeweils zugewandten Seitenwand entspricht.
  • Weitere Merkmale und Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der nachstehenden Beschreibung einer in der beigefügten Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsform der Erfindung. Es zeigen:

  • In Figur 1 sind mit 1 a und 1 b zwei gestaffelt zueinander angeordnete Schalen bezeichnet, von denen die vordere Schale 1 a durch eine Trennwand 2 in zwei jeweils ein Fach für ein kleineres Blattformat bildende Teile unterteilt ist. Die rechte Seite des Blattgutspenders ist außerdem mit einer Schale versehen, die ebenfalls für die Aufnahme von Blattgut eines kleineren Formates bestimmt ist und die im Folgenden zur Unterscheidung von der größeren Schale 1 als Zusatzschale 3 bezeichnet wird. Einzelheiten des Aufbaus der Schalen 1 sind den Figuren 2 und 3 entnehmbar, von denen die Figur 2 die Vorderseite und die Figur 3 die Rückseite einer Schale 1 zeigt. Jede Schale 1 weist eine Rückwand 4, zwei Seitenwände 5 und 6 sowie eine Stirnwand 7 auf. In der Mitte der Schalen 1 befinden sich Längsschlitze 8 zur Aufnahme einer Trennwand 2. Die Seitenwände 5 und 6 der Schalen 1 sind im Bereich ihrer der Rückwand 4 abgewandten Ränder mit stegförmigen Vorsprüngen 9 versehen, die in das Innere der Schale 1 ragen. 10 und 11 sind Löcher, die eine direkte Befestigung der Schale 1 an einer Wand ermöglichen.
  • An der Rückseite ihrer Rückwand weist die Schale 1 taschenförmige Halterungen 12 auf, die zur Aufnahme der Vorsprünge 9 dienen.
  • Die Rückwand 4 ist außerdem mit Führungen 13 versehen, die von paarweise angeordneten, L-förmigen Vorsprüngen gebildet werden. Im Bereich der Führungen 13 befinden sich in der Rückwand 4 aus spritztechnischen Gründen Aussparungen 14. Die Führungen 13 dienen - wie in den Figuren 4 und 5 dargestellt - zur Aufnahme von Bauteilen 15, mit deren Hilfe der Blattgutspender auf einem Tisch oder einer anderen Unterlage aufgestellt oder aber in einer schrägen Position an einer Wand aufgehängt werden kann. Die Bauteile 15 haben zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordnete Seitenwände 16, 17 in Form rechwinkliger Dreiecke, die im Bereich der Katheten der Dreiecke durch Querwände 18, 19 miteinander verbunden sind und die im Bereich der Hypotenuse des Dreiecks mit Führungsstegen 20, 21 versehen sind, die in die Führungen 13 schiebbar sind. Anschläge 22 an der Rückseite der Rückwand 4 begrenzen zusammen mit Gegenanschlägen 23, 24 an den Bauteilen 15 deren Einschubweg. Die Anordnung der Bauteile 15 in der Nähe der Seitenwände 5, 6 der jeweils hintersten Schale 1 erhöht die Kippfestigkeit eines aufgestellten Blattgutspenders. Unmittelbar unterhalb der Anschläge 22 befinden sich Rastnocken 25, die die Bauteile 15 in ihrer eingeschobenen Position halten. Um eine schräge Aufhängung des Blattgutspenders zu ermöglichen, ist die Querwand 18 mit Löchern 26 versehen.
  • Einzelheiten der Trennwand 2 und ihre Anbringung an der Rückwand 4 der Schale 1 a in Figur 1 sind der Figur 6 zu entnehmen. Wie man sieht, ist die Trennwand 2 an ihrem unteren Rand mit Haken 27 versehen, die in die Längsschlitze 8 einhängbar sind. Im eingehängten Zustand rastet ein Nocken 28 in eine Aussparung 29 der Stirnwand 7 ein. An ihrem den Haken 27 abgewandten Rand weist auch die Trennwand 2 stegförmige Vorsprünge 9 auf, die zusammen mit den Vorsprüngen 9 der Seitenwände 5, 6 den Anschluss der ein reduziertes Füllvolumen aufweisenden Zusatzschale 3 zur Aufnahme von Blattgut eines kleineren Formates ermöglichen. Die Breite der Zusatzschalen 3 ist im dargestellten Fall gleich der halben Breite der Schalen 1. Versieht man die Rückwände 4 mit mehreren Reihen von Längsschlitzen 8, so lassen sich mit entsprechend angepassten Zusatzschalen auch andere Aufteilungen realisieren.
  • Der Aufbau der Zusatzschalen 3 entspricht - wie aus den Figuren 7 und 8 ersichtlich - im Wesentlichen dem Aufbau der Schalen 1. Für einander entsprechende Teile werden daher die gleichen Bezugszeichen verwendet. Aufgrund der kleineren Abmessungen der Zusatzschalen 3 kann die Anzahl der Vorsprünge 9, der Halterungen 12 und der Führungen 13 der Zusatzschalen 3 geringer als im Falle der Schalen 1 sein. Die Abmessungen der vorgenannten Teile und ihr Abstand voneinander stimmen jedoch mit den Abmessungen der entsprechenden Teile der Schalen 1 und deren Abstand voneinander überein.
  • Aufgrund des identischen Grundaufbaus der Schalen 1 und Zusatzschalen 3 ist es möglich, einen Blattgutspender zu konfigurieren, der lediglich aus Zusatzschalen 3 besteht. In einem derartigen Fall empfiehlt es sich jedoch, das in den Figuren 4 und 5 gezeigte Bauteil 15 durch ein ebenfalls reduzierte Abmessungen aufweisendes Bauteil 30 zu ersetzen, das mit nur einem einzigen Loch 26 versehen ist.
  • Wie am besten aus der Figur 11 ersichtlich, sind die Halterungen 12 an ihren Außenseiten und ihren der Stirnwand 7 zugewandten Enden offen, während die der Stirnwand 7 abgewandten Enden geschlossen sind und die Einschubbewegung der Vorsprünge begrenzende Anschläge 31 bilden. Durch einen Längssteg 32, der sich praktisch über die gesamte Höhe der Schalen 1 bzw. der Zusatzschalen 3 erstreckt, sind die Halterungen 12 an ihrer Innenseite ebenfalls geschlossen. Sie bilden mit anderen Worten an zwei Seiten offene Taschen. Um beim Zusammenfügen von Schalen 1 und Zusatzschalen 3 zu verhindern, dass die Längsstege 32 gegen die Stirnwand 7 stoßen, sind letztere mit Aussparungen 33 versehen.
  • Selbstverständlich müssen die jeweils vordersten Schalen 1 bzw. Zusatzschalen 3 an ihrer Vorderseite mit einer von einer Frontplatte 34 gebildeten Abdeckung versehen werden. Wie aus den Figuren 12 und 13 erkennbar, ist die Frontplatte 34 im Bereich ihrer Seitenränder mit Nuten 35 und an ihrem unteren Rand mit einer einen Anschlag bildenden Querleiste 36 versehen, der im zusammengefügten Zustand des Blattgutspenders gegen die Innenseite der Stirnwand 7 zur Anlage kommt.
  • Der Zusammenbau eines zwei Fächer 37 aufweisenden Blattgutspenders aus zwei Schalen 1 wird im Folgenden anhand der Figuren 14 bis 17 erläutert. Die Figur 14 zeigt die Vorderansicht der beiden Schalen 1 und einer Frontplatte 34 sowie die Schnittführung X - X der in den Figuren 15 bis 17 dargestellten Schnitte. Im Zuge des Zusammenbaus der Teile wird - wie durch die Pfeilfolge 38 angedeutet - zunächst die Frontplatte 34 von oben über die Vorsprünge 9 der vorderen Schale 1 geschoben, bis ihre Querleiste 36 (vgl. Figur 12 bzw. 13) gegen die Innenseite der Stirnwand 7 anschlägt. Anschließend wird die vordere Schale 1 senkrecht zur Rückwand 4 der hinteren Schale 1 in Richtung des Pfeiles 39 bewegt, bis die Schalen 1 die in Figur 16 dargestellte Position einnehmen, in der die Halterungen 12 mit den Vorsprüngen 9 fluchten. Nunmehr wird die vordere Schale 1 in Richtung des Pfeiles 40 parallel zur Rückwand 4 der hinteren Schale 1 verschoben, bis die in Figur 17 dargestellte Position erreicht ist. Figur 18 zeigt einen Schnitt längs der Linie Y - Y in Figur 17 durch die zusammengefügten Teile.

Claims (17)

  1. Blattgutspender, mit mindestens zwei Fächern (37) zur Aufnahme von Blattgut, insbesondere in Form von Prospekten, bei dem die Fächer (37) unter Verwendung von gestaffelt zueinander und hintereinander angeordneten, zur Blattgutaufnahme dienenden Modulbauteilen gebildet werden, die durch eine zunächst senkrecht und anschließend parallel zur Rückwand (4) der Fächer (37) gerichtete Bewegung miteinander verbindbar und wieder lösbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur Blattgutaufnahme dienenden Modulbauteile von Schalen (1) gebildet werden, die aus einer Rückwand (4), zwei Seitenwänden (5, 6) und einer ihr unteres Ende bildenden Stirnwand (7) bestehen, dass jede Schale (1) im Bereich der ihrer Rückwand (4) abgewandten Ränder ihrer beiden Seitenwände (5, 6) jeweils mindestens einen zum Schaleninneren gerichteten Vorsprung (9) aufweist, dass an der Rückseite der Rückwand (4) jeder Schale mindestens zwei zur Aufnahme der Vorsprünge (9) einer mit der Schale (1a) verbindbaren weiteren Schale (1b) dienende Halterungen (12) vorgesehen sind und dass ein Anschlag (31) zur Begrenzung der parallel zur Rückwand gerichteten Bewegung der jeweils miteinander verbindbaren Schalen (1) vorhanden ist.
  2. Blattgutspender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Schale (1) im Bereich ihrer Rückwand (4) mit Längsschlitzen (8) zur Befestigung einer in die Längsschlitze (8) einhängbare Haken (27) aufweisenden Trennwand (2) versehen ist, mittels derer die Schale (1 a) in zwei Teile unterteilbar ist.
  3. Blattgutspender nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Ende der Trennwand (2) einen Nocken (28) aufweist, der bei in die Längsschlitze (8) eingehängter Trennwand (2) in eine Aussparung (29) der Stirnwand (7) der mit der Trennwand (2) verbundenen Schale (1a) greift.
  4. Blattgutspender nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwand (2) zu den Seitenwänden (5, 6) der Schale (1) gerichtete Vorsprünge (9) aufweist, die zusammen mit den Vorsprüngen (9) der Seitenwände (5, 6) den Anschluss von ein reduziertes Füllvolumen aufweisenden Zusatzschalen (3) ermöglichen, die ebenfalls aus einer Rückwand (4), zwei Seitenwänden (5, 6) sowie einer ihr unteres Ende bildenden Stirnwand (7) bestehen und deren Breite im Wesentlichen dem Abstand zwischen der Trennwand (2) und der ihr jeweils zugewandten Seitenwand (5 bzw. 6) entspricht.
  5. Blattgutspender nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch die ein reduziertes Füllvolumen aufweisenden Zusatzschalen (3) an der Rückseite ihrer Rückwand (4) mit Halterungen (12) versehen sind, die über jeweils einen Anschlag (31) zur Begrenzung der parallel zur Rückwand gerichteten Bewegung jeweils miteinander verbundener Zusatzschalen (3) verfügen.
  6. Blattgutspender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Seitenwand (5, 6) der Schalen (1) und Zusatzschalen (3) mit mindestens zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten, zum Schaleninnern gerichteten Vorsprüngen (9) versehen sind.
  7. Blattgutspender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Seitenwand (5, 6) der Schalen (1) und Zusatzschalen (3) mit jeweils mehr als drei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten, zum Schaleninnern gerichteten Vorsprüngen (9) versehen sind.
  8. Blattgutspender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Seitenränder der Rückseite der Rückwand (4) der Schalen (1) und Zusatzschalen (3) jeweils mindestens zwei Halterungen (12) angeordnet sind.
  9. Blattgutspender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Rückseite der Rückwand (4) der Schalen (1) und Zusatzschalen (3) jeweils mehr als drei Halterungen (12) angeordnet sind.
  10. Blattgutspender nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand zwischen den Vorsprüngen (9) der Schalen (1) bzw. Zusatzschalen (3) gleich dem Abstand zwischen den Halterungen (12) der Schalen (1) bzw. Zusatzschalen (3) ist.
  11. Blattgutspender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (9) stegförmig ausgebildet sind.
  12. Blattgutspender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungen (12) aus an ihren Außenseiten und an ihrem unteren Ende offenen Taschen bestehen.
  13. Blattgutspender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens eine Frontplatte (34) mit über die Vorsprünge (9) der jeweils vordersten Schale bzw. Zusatzschale (1 bzw. 3) schiebbaren Führungsnuten (35) aufweist.
  14. Blattgutspender nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Frontplatte (34) mit einem gegen die Stirnwand (7) der mit ihr verbundenen Schale (1) bzw. Zusatzschale (3) zur Anlage bringbaren Anschlag (36) versehen ist.
  15. Blattgutspender nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückseiten der Rückwände (4) der Schalen (1) bzw. Zusatzschalen (3) in der Nähe der Seitenwände (5, 6) der Schalen (1) bzw. Zusatzschalen (3) mit parallelen Führungen (13) für zum Aufstellen oder Aufhängen der jeweils hintersten Schale (1) bzw. Zusatzschale (3) dienende Bauteile (15, 30) versehen sind.
  16. Blattgutspender nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungen (13) L-förmig ausgebildet sind.
  17. Blattgutspender nach Anspruch 15 oder 16 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bauteile (15, 30) zwei die Form eines rechtwinkligen Dreiecks aufweisende, im Abstand voneinander angeordnete Seitenwände (16, 17) besitzen, die im Bereich der Katheten des Dreiecks durch Querwände (18, 19) miteinander verbunden sind und die im Bereich der Hypotenuse des Dreiecks Führungsstege (20, 21) aufweisen.
