Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verarbeitungsmaschine mit einem Kurzfarbwerk. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Verarbeitungsmaschine derart zu verbessern, dass die die Druck- oder Lackierqualität mindernde Einflüsse spürbar vermieden werden.The invention relates to a processing machine with a short inking unit. Gelöst wird dies dadurch, indem in einem Kurzfarbwerk mit Rakeleinrichtung (7), Rasterwalze (6) und Farbauftragwalze (5) die Farbauftragwalze (5) einen Walzenkern (15) aufweist auf dem eine Walzenbeschichtung aus einem polymeren Material haftfest angeordnet ist. Die Walzenbeschichtung weist unterschiedliche Härtegrade auf und ist nahe dem Walzenkern (15) kompressibel. Die Walzen-oberfläche weist einen - mit Bezug zum Außendurchmesser des Platten-/Formzylinders (1) - zumindest gleichen Außendurchmesser auf.
