Claims (8)
- Sheet-fed printing press (1) comprising a first anilox offset printing unit (11), a second anilox offset printing unit (12), a third anilox offset printing unit (13) and a fourth anilox offset printing unit (14), the anilox offset printing units (11, 12, 13, 14) providing printing ink in the four-colour printing process colours black (B), cyan (C), magenta (M) and yellow (Y),
characterized in
that the sheet-fed printing press (1) includes an offset printing unit (15) with a roller-type inking unit (29) that is different from an anilox inking unit and provides printing ink in a special colour (S1) different from the four process colours (B, C, M, Y), and that the roller-type inking unit (29) comprises an ink metering device (32) with adjustable ink zones (38). - Sheet-fed printing press according to Claim 1,
characterized in
that the first anilox offset printing unit (11) provides printing ink in the four-colour printing process colour black (B), the second anilox offset printing unit (12) provides printing ink in the four-colour printing process colour cyan (C) and is arranged downstream of the first anilox offset printing unit (11), that the third anilox offset printing unit (13) provides ink in the four-color printing process colour magenta (M) and is arranged downstream of the second anilox offset printing unit (12), and that the fourth anilox offset printing unit (14) provides ink in the four-colour printing process colour yellow (Y) and is arranged downstream of the third anilox offset printing unit (13). - Sheet-fed printing press according to one of Claims 1 or 2,
characterized in
that each of the anilox offset printing units (11, 12, 13, 14) comprises a printing forme cylinder (20) and a screen roller (23) that has the same diameter as the printing forme cylinder (20). - Sheet-fed printing press according to one of Claims 1 to 3,
characterized in
that each of the anilox offset printing units (11, 12, 13, 14) comprises an ink feeding device (24) that is different from a chambered doctor blade and has a single doctor blade (26). - Sheet-fed printing press according to one of Claims 1 to 4,
characterized in
that each of the anilox offset printing units (11, 12, 13, 14) comprises a different impression cylinder (18). - Sheet-fed offset printing press according to one of Claims 1 to 5,
characterized in
that the roller-type inking unit (29) is a vibrator-type inking unit. - Sheet-fed offset printing press according to one of Claims 1 to 6,
characterized in
that a further offset printing unit (16) including a further roller-type inking unit is provided, which provides ink in a special colour (S2) different from the special colour (S1) and from the four-colour printing process colours (B, C, M, Y). - Sheet-printing method wherein in the sheet-fed printing press designed in accordance with one of Claims 1 to 7, the four-colour printing process colours black (B), cyan (C), magenta (M) and yellow (Y) are printed by means of the anilox offset printing units (11, 12, 13, 14) and wherein subsequently at least the special colour (S1) that is different from the four-colour printing process colours black (B), cyan (C), magenta (M) and yellow (Y) is printed by means of at least the one offset printing unit (15) comprising a vibrator-type inking unit (29) in the sheet-fed printing press.
