Claims (13)

  1. Schwingtransfer- und Zuführvorrichtung für die Vereinfachung des Quereinsatzes von Metallstäben, die beliebige Querschnitte haben, auf einer Transfer- und Zuführscheibe oder -scheiben und/oder -ketten für automatische Maschinen, wobei die Vorrichtung enthält:
    wenigstens eine sich drehende Scheibe und/oder Kette (2) für den Transfer von Metallstäben (4), wobei die Scheiben und/oder Ketten (2) an ihrem Umfang mit profilierten Sitzen (3) versehen sind, die sich dazu eignen, die Metallstäbe (4) quer aufzunehmen, die einen beliebigen regelmäßigen oder unregelmäßigen Querschnitt haben, um sie einzeln durch Drehung von einer Sammelposition zu einer Freigabeposition zu transferieren, wobei sie durch Schwerkraft auf einer in geeigneter Weise vorgesehenen Rampe (6) gleiten, gekennzeichnet durch
    Einrichtungen (7, 8), die dazu bestimmt sind, auf die Scheiben und/oder Ketten (2) eine alternierende Winkel-Rückwärts- und Vorwärtsschwingung auf Befehl im Bezug auf ihre Drehachse mit einstellbarem Umfang und einstellbarer Frequenz auszuführen, um die Zugangsöffnung für jeden Sitz (3) im Bezug auf die Anforderungen zu vergrößern, wodurch der Eintritt eines einzelnen Stabes (4) vereinfacht wird.
  2. Schwingtransfer- und Zuführvorrichtung für die Vereinfachung des Quereinsatzes von Metallstäben, die beliebige Querschnitte haben, auf einer Transfer- und Zuführscheibe oder -scheiben und/oder -ketten für automatische Maschinen, wobei die Vorrichtung enthält:
    wenigstens eine sich drehende Scheibe und/oder Kette (2) für den Transfer von Metallstäben (4), wobei die Scheiben und/oder Ketten (2) an ihrem Umfang mit profilierten Sitzen (3) versehen sind, die sich dazu eignen, die Metallstäbe (4) quer aufzunehmen, die einen beliebigen regelmäßigen oder unregelmäßigen Querschnitt haben, um sie einzeln durch Drehung von einer Sammelposition zu einer Freigabeposition zu transferieren, wobei sie durch Schwerkraft auf einer in geeigneter Weise vorgesehenen Rampe (6) gleiten, gekennzeichnet durch
    Einrichtungen, die dazu bestimmt sind, auf die Scheiben und/oder Ketten (2) eine gerade, alternierende Schwingung auszuüben, die die gesamte Betätigungseinheit der Scheiben und/oder Ketten (2) mit einstellbarem Umfang und einstellbarer Frequenz bewegt, um die Zugangsöffnung jedes Sitzes (3) im Bezug auf die Anforderungen zu vergrößern und dadurch den Eintritt eines einzelnen Stabes (4) zu erleichtern.
  3. Schwingtransfer- und Zuführvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Einrichtungen (7, 8), die dazu bestimmt sind, auf die Scheiben und/oder Ketten (2) eine alternierende Winkel-Rückwärts- und Vorwärtsbewegung auszuüben, eine exzentrische Vorrichtung (8) enthalten, die direkt oder indirekt auf eine Drehung einer Welle (1) einwirkt, die die Scheiben und/oder Ketten (2) trägt.
  4. Schwingtransfer- und Zuführvorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Scheibe und/oder Kette (2) zum Transferieren der Stäbe in einer Querrichtung unter einem Schwerkraft-Stabmagazin (5) arbeitet, aus der sie jeweils einen Stab (4) gleichzeitig greift, um ihn auf Befehl zu der Rampe (6) zu bewegen, wobei das Schwerkraft-Stabmagazin (5) fixiert ist oder auch kontinuierlich oder in Intervallen schwingen oder vibrieren kann, um die Ausrichtung der Stäbe (4) im Bezug auf die darunter liegende Austrittsöffnung zu vereinfachen.
  5. Schwingtransfer- und Zuführvorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Schwingungen der Scheiben und/oder Ketten und/oder des Behälters (5) für die Stäbe (4) von derselben Vorrichtung oder von zwei voneinander unabhängigen, getrennten Vorrichtungen erzeugt werden.
  6. Schwingtransfer- und Zuführvorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Metallstäbe (4) gerade und/oder gebogen sind und unterschiedliche Längen, Gewichte, Abmessungen und Querschnittsformen (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) haben.
  7. Schwingtransfer- und Zuführvorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Schwingungen an den Scheiben (2) mit Hilfe mechanischer und nicht mechanischer Vorrichtungen, wie etwa elektromagnetischer, elektronischer und pneumatischer Stellantriebe und dergleichen erzeugt werden.
  8. Schwingtransfer- und Zuführvorrichtung, nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der profilierte Sitz (3) ein am Rand befindlicher, hohler Sitz (3) ist, wobei die Scheibe (2) mit den am Rand befindlichen, hohlen Sitzen (3), mit anderen Scheiben austauschbar ist, die in ähnlicher Weise ausgestattet oder anders mit anderen am Rand befindlichen Sitzen (3) im Bezug auf die Durchmesserabmessungen der zu bewegenden Stäbe (4) ausgestattet sind.
  9. Schwingtransfer- und Zuführvorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der jeder profilierte Sitz (3) ein am Rand befindlicher, hohler Sitz (3) ist, wobei sich die Scheibe (2) mit den am Rand befindlichen, hohlen Sitzen (3) dazu eignet, die Stäbe (4) aufzunehmen, die im einzelnen von einem Typ mit unterschiedlicher Konfiguration sind, d.h. die Sitze (3) können in ihren Abmessungen mit Hilfe einer zweiten Scheibe eingestellt werden, die auf der Hauptscheibe ruht und mit ähnlichen Sitzen (3) ausgestattet ist, jedoch im Bezug auf den Winkel eingestellt und an der ersten Scheibe befestigt werden kann, um die Breite der Stabaufnahme der Hauptscheibe zu vergrößern oder zu verringern.
  10. Schwingtransfer- und Zuführvorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 und 3 bis 6, wobei die Vorrichtung wenigstens eine Kette (12) mit speziell profilierten Zähnen verwendet, die sich für die einzelne Querbeförderung der Metallstäbe (4) eignen, wobei die Ketten (12) auf Befehl von zwei Zahnscheiben (13, 14) betätigt werden, von denen die Antriebsscheibe eine alternierende Rückwärts- und Vorwärts-Winkelschwingung ausübt, um den Quereinsatz der Stäbe (4) in jeden Zahn der Kette zu vereinfachen.
  11. Verfahren zum Vereinfachen des Quereinsatzes von Metallstäben, die einen beliebigen Querschnitt haben, auf einer Transfer- und Zuführscheibe oder -scheiben und/oder -ketten für eine automatische Maschine, wobei die Maschine wenigstens eine sich drehende Scheibe und/oder Kette (2) für den Transfer von Metallstäben (4) enthält, wobei die Scheiben und/oder Ketten (2) an ihrem Umfang mit profilierten Sitzen (3) versehen sind, die sich dazu eignen, die Metallstäbe (4) quer aufzunehmen, die einen beliebigen regelmäßigen oder unregelmäßigen Querschnitt haben, um sie einzeln durch Drehung von einer Sammelposition zu einer Freigabeposition zu transferieren, wobei sie durch Schwerkraft auf einer in geeigneter Weise vorgesehenen Rampe (6) gleiten, gekennzeichnet durch
    den Schritt des Ausübens einer alternierende Winkel-Rückwärts- und Vorwärtsschwingung auf die Scheiben und/oder Ketten (2) auf Befehl im Bezug auf ihre Drehachse mit einstellbarem Umfang und einstellbarer Frequenz, um die Zugangsöffnung für jeden Sitz (3) im Bezug auf die Anforderungen zu vergrößern, wodurch der Eintritt eines einzelnen Stabes (4) vereinfacht wird.
  12. Verfahren zum Vereinfachen des Quereinsatzes von Metallstäben, die einen beliebigen Querschnitt haben, auf einer Transfer- und Zuführscheibe oder -scheiben und/oder - ketten für eine automatische Maschine, wobei die Maschine wenigstens eine sich drehende Scheibe und/oder Kette (2) für den Transfer von Metallstäben (4) enthält, wobei die Scheiben und/oder Ketten (2) an ihrem Umfang mit profilierten Sitzen (3) versehen sind, die sich dazu eignen, die Metallstäbe (4) quer aufzunehmen, die einen beliebigen regelmäßigen oder unregelmäßigen Querschnitt haben, um sie einzeln durch Drehung von einer Sammelposition zu einer Freigabeposition zu transferieren, wobei sie durch Schwerkraft auf einer in geeigneter Weise vorgesehenen Rampe (6) gleiten, gekennzeichnet durch
    den Schritt des Ausübens einer geraden, alternierende Schwingung auf die Scheiben und/oder Ketten (2), die die gesamte Betätigungseinheit der Scheiben und/oder Ketten (2) mit einstellbarem Umfang und einstellbarer Frequenz bewegt, um die Zugangsöffnung jedes Sitzes (3) im Bezug auf die Anforderungen zu vergrößern und dadurch den Eintritt eines einzelnen Stabes (4) zu erleichtern.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, bei dem der Schritt des Ausübens einer alternierenden Winkel-Rückwärts- und Vorwärtsbewegung auf die Scheiben und/oder Ketten (2) das Betätigen einer exzentrischen Vorrichtung (8) umfasst, die direkt und/oder indirekt auf eine Drehung einer Welle (1) wirkt, die die Scheiben und/oder Ketten (2) trägt.
