本发明涉及一种圆钢自动调节装置,它包括台架(1),所述台架(1)下方设置有轴承座(2),所述轴承座(2)上设置有同步轴(3),所述同步轴(3)通过一减速电机驱动,所述同步轴(3)上设置有偏心轮(4),所述台架(1)前端通过销轴设置有挡板(5),所述挡板(5)下部与偏心轮(4)相抵。本发明一种圆钢自动调节装置,它代替了原先的手动调节,降低了劳动强度,增加了灵活性;减速机带动偏心轮转动,通过对挡板的作用来调节大、小圆钢的位置,精确保证了圆钢的逐根进料,不会打断生产节奏。

本发明涉及一种圆钢自动调节装置,主要应用于冶金设备中,属于冶金机械技术领域。
背景技术
钢铁企业在进行棒材生产时,针对直径规格不等的圆钢,需设置调节机构满足下一道工序的有序进料。目前国内采用的是手动调节机构,同一坯规格的圆钢来料前先手动调节,满足该规格圆钢的进料。此操作在生产现场的使用中比较冗繁、不易精确调节。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种圆钢自动调节装置,它能够满足单根圆钢的精确有序的进料,大大提高了稳定性和易操作性。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种圆钢自动调节装置,它包括台架,所述台架下方设置有轴承座,所述轴承座上设置有同步轴,所述同步轴通过一减速电机驱动,所述同步轴上设置有偏心轮,所述台架前端通过销轴设置有挡板,所述挡板下部与偏心轮相抵。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明一种圆钢自动调节装置,它代替了原先的手动调节,降低了劳动强度,增加了灵活性;减速机带动偏心轮转动,通过对挡板的作用来调节大、小圆钢的位置,精确保证了圆钢的逐根进料,不会打断生产节奏。
