Claims (7)
- Procédé de production de sachets en film qui présentent des plis latéraux insérés en forme de V ainsi qu'une fermeture réutilisable avec un curseur dans une ouverture de tête, comprenant les étapes de procédé suivantes:a) des découpes en forme de fenêtre, qui délimitent l'extrémité supérieure des plis latéraux formés ultérieurement, ainsi que des découpes de curseur sont effectuées dans une bande de film plane ;b) des fermetures réutilisables composées de deux languettes profilées reliées l'une à l'autre et se recouvrant l'une l'autre ainsi qu'un curseur qui empiète à la façon d'un cavalier sur les arêtes de fermeture des languettes profilées sont appliqués, transversalement par rapport à la direction de la bande, de telle sorte sur la bande de film plane que les curseurs se trouvent dans les découpes de curseur et sont reliés avec la bande de film aux extrémités;c) ensuite, la bande de film est passée au travers d'une station de pliage dans laquelle la bande de film est pliée et des surfaces frontales ainsi que des plis latéraux sont formés;d) les fermetures réutilisables sont reliées au moyen d'une ligne de joint en intégrant l'extrémité supérieure des plis latéraux avec une surface frontale ;e) les couches de film qui se recouvrent l'une l'autre sont reliées au moyen de lignes de joint supplémentaires en une corde de sachets composée de sections en forme de sachets;f) des sachets en film sont séparés du cordon de sachets.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel des lignes de fragilisation sont effectuées transversalement à la direction longitudinale de la bande dans la bande de film plane, lesquelles sont ménagées à hauteur des évidements en forme de fenêtre et s'étendent sur la largeur de la bande, en laissant à chaque fois une zone de film de 5 mm à 50 mm non fragilisée entre les lignes de fragilisation et les évidements en forme de fenêtre.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel des lignes de joint longitudinaux continus le long des bords du cordon de sachets sont apposés dans la direction longitudinale de la bande et dans lequel des découpes au poinçon sont effectuées dans les lignes de joint longitudinaux, lesquelles se rattachent aux lignes de fragilisation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel les sachets sont séparés du cordon de sachets par une coupure de séparation et une section en forme de bande reste entre l'arête de découpe et la ligne de fragilisation voisine, laquelle section couvre la fermeture réutilisable.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel les sachets sont séparés du cordon de sachets le long des lignes de fragilisation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les sachets sont séparés du cordon de sachets par une coupure de séparation et une section en forme de bande composée de deux couches de film reste entre l'arête de découpe et la fermeture réutilisable, laquelle section couvre la fermeture réutilisable, et dans lequel les couches de film qui couvrent la fermeture réutilisable sont séparées du sachet à l'aide d'un couteau, afin de dégager le curseur de la fermeture réutilisable.
- Dispositif d'exécution du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 avec- une station de déroulement (1) pour tirer une bande de film plane (2) d'une bobine de film (3),- un dispositif de poinçonnage (4) avec des outils de poinçonnage qui créent des découpes (10) en forme de fenêtre, qui délimitent l'extrémité supérieure des plis latéraux, dans la bande de film plane (2),- un dispositif d'amenée (5) pour des fermetures réutilisables préfabriquées (6) respectivement composées de deux languettes profilées (12) reliées l'une à l'autre et se recouvrant l'une l'autre ainsi que d'un curseur (13) qui empiète à la façon d'un cavalier sur les arêtes de fermeture des languettes profilées,- une station de pliage (7) avec des dispositifs de pliage pour le pliage double-couche de la bande de film et pour la formation des plis latéraux en forme de V (18),- des stations de scellage (8) pour le scellage transversal et le scellage longitudinal des rubans de matériau pliés et- une station (9) pour la séparation des sachets en film (17) de la bande de matériau,dans lequel le dispositif de poinçonnage (4) disposé devant la station de pliage (7) présente des outils de poinçonnage supplémentaires qui effectuent des découpes de curseur (11) dans la bande de film plane (2), et dans lequel un dispositif est prévu entre le dispositif de poinçonnage (4) et la station de pliage (7), lequel place les fermetures réutilisables (6) transversalement par rapport à la direction longitudinale de la bande de telle sorte sur la bande de film plane (2) que les curseurs (13) des fermetures réutilisables (6) se trouvent dans les découpes de curseur (11) correspondants.
