Claims (7)

  1. Moteur à combustion interne (1) comprenant un carter de vilebrequin (2) dans lequel est supporté à rotation un vilebrequin (5) avec au moins une bielle (6) montée sur celui-ci, des dispositifs de raclage d'huile du vilebrequin (5) en rotation, un carter d'huile (7) disposé sous le carter de vilebrequin (2) pour recueillir l'huile raclée par les dispositifs de raclage d'huile, et au moins un dispositif de séparation air-huile (9) pour séparer l'air de l'huile ramenée, les dispositifs de raclage d'huile (8) étant réalisés d'une seule pièce avec l'au moins un dispositif de séparation air-huile (9) et étant guidés jusqu'à une ouverture d'entrée d'huile (13) du dispositif de séparation air-huile (9), au moins une ouverture de sortie d'huile (17) de l'au moins un dispositif de séparation air-huile (9) étant disposée de telle sorte qu'elle se trouve dans chaque état de conduite d'un véhicule automobile équipé du moteur à combustion interne (1) au-dessus d'un niveau d'huile (18) dans le carter d'huile (7),
    caractérisé en ce que
    chaque dispositif de raclage d'huile (8) est associé à une bielle (6), et en ce que chaque dispositif de raclage d'huile (8) présente deux ouvertures de raclage d'huile (11) disposées dans le sens de rotation du vilebrequin (5) l'une derrière l'autre, un canal (12) se rétrécissant conduisant de chaque ouverture de raclage d'huile (11) jusqu'au dispositif de séparation air-huile (9), et l'au moins un dispositif de séparation air-huile (9) présentant un boîtier sensiblement cylindrique (14), et à son extrémité tournée vers l'ouverture d'entrée d'huile (13) étant disposée latéralement une conduite d'évacuation d'air centrale (16) et à son autre extrémité étant disposée latéralement l'ouverture de sortie d'huile (17).
  2. Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'axe longitudinal (15) du dispositif de séparation air-huile (9), autour duquel tourne l'huile introduite, s'étend sensiblement parallèlement au vilebrequin (5).
  3. Moteur à combustion interne selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les canaux (12) débouchent tangentiellement dans le dispositif de séparation air-huile (9).
  4. Moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    chaque dispositif de séparation d'huile (8) est associé à un dispositif de séparation air-huile (9).
  5. Moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    plusieurs dispositifs de séparation d'huile (8) sont associés à un dispositif de séparation air-huile (9) commun.
  6. Moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    des dispositifs de raclage d'huile supplémentaires respectifs sont associés aux flasques de vilebrequin du vilebrequin (5).
  7. Moteur à combustion interne selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'entre le vilebrequin (5) et le carter d'huile (7) sont disposés des éléments de recouvrement (10) pour empêcher un reflux de l'huile hors du carter d'huile (7) jusque dans le carter de vilebrequin (2).
