Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Brandschutzvorrichtung, insbesondere Brandschutztor, mit mehreren plattenförmigen Brandschutzelementen, die jeweils zwei Deckplatten aufweisen, zwischen welchen zumindest eine Füllschicht aus einem feuerfesten Material aufgenommen ist, wobei die Randbereiche der Deckplatten derart zueinander nach innen gebogen sind, dass die Randbereiche ohne einander zu berühren zumindest eine stirnseitige Fläche der Füllschicht einfassen, wobei die aneinander angrenzenden stirnseitigen Flächen der Füllschichten sowie die Stirnseiten der Brandschutzelemente im Wesentlichen plan ausgebildet sind.
- Bei derartigen aus mehreren Brandschutzelementen bestehenden Brandschutzvorrichtungen, insbesondere Brandschutztoren, soll gewährleistet sein, dass im Brandfall die Elemente in ihrer vorbestimmten zueinander ausgerichteten Stellung zueinander verbleiben, d.h. es soll eine Spaltbildung zwischen den Elementen vermieden werden, so dass ein Übertritt eines Brandes von einem Brandherd möglichst vermieden werden kann. Hiezu sind aus dem Stand der Technik verschiedenste Verbindungen bzw. Befestigungen zwischen den Brandschutzelementen bekannt.
- Aus der
DE 34 23 322 A1 ist ein Brandschutztor bekannt, dessen Torblatt aus einer Mehrzahl von nebeneinander angeordneten und miteinander verbundenen Torelementen besteht, an deren seitlichen Stirnflächen die Schalen zur Ausbildung von Aufnahmeöffnungen speziell gebogen sind. Dabei weisen die Schalen an den Rändern U-förmige Umbiegungen auf. Zudem sind an den Stirnflächen jeweils Abschlussbleche vorgesehen. Zur Verbindung der Torelemente sind auf den U-förmigen Umbiegungen U-profilierte Leisten geschoben bzw. gepresst, die sich über die gesamte Höhe des Torelements erstrecken. Zudem sind zur ebenen Ausrichtung der Torelemente an deren Stirnseiten Bohrungen vorgesehen, in welchen Verbindungszapfen eingesetzt sind. - Aus der
DE 26 57 141 ist eine Feuerschutztüre bzw. ein Feuerschutztor bekannt, bei welchem die Kanten benachbarter Brandschutzelemente ineinander greifende Falzprofile nach Art einer Nut-/Federverbindung aufweisen. Hierdurch soll möglichst eine Spaltbildung durch Verwerfungen zwischen benachbarten Brandschutzelementen verhindert werden. Zudem weisen die hierin gezeigten Brandschutzelemente im Wesentlichen in horizontaler Richtung verlaufende stangenförmige Zuganker auf, welche an den Außenseiten der Feuerschutztüre befestigt sind, so dass die einzelnen Gasbetonplatten zueinander verspannt werden können. Nachteilig ist hierbei insbesondere der konstruktiv hohe Aufwand für die Ausbildung derartiger Nut-/Federverbindungen. - Weiters ist aus der
DE 21 44 444 A eine Fassadenwand bestehend aus mehreren Elementen bekannt, bei welchen ein spezieller im Wesentlichen U-förmig gebogener Rahmen aus einem Stahlblech vorgesehen ist, um die ebenfalls speziell ausgebildeten Randbereiche benachbarter Elemente miteinander zu verbinden. Auch hierbei ist demzufolge ein hoher konstruktiver Aufwand zur Ausbildung der speziellen ineinander greifenden Profile erforderlich. - Weiters ist aus der
DE 44 43 857 eine Brandschutzwand bekannt, wobei die Randbereiche von Deckplatten zum Einfassen einer Füllschicht nach innen gebogen sind ohne einander zu berühren und benachbarte Brandschutzelemente unterschiedliche Biegungen aufweisen, so dass die benachbarten Brandschutzelemente wiederum in der Art einer Nut-/Federverbindung ineinander gesteckt werden können. Vergleichbare Nut-/Federverbindungen, um eine Spaltbildung zwischen benachbarten Brandschutzelementen zu vermeiden, sind zudem auch noch aus derDE 86 05 369 U ,DE 195 26 550 A ,EP 1 207 239 A ,JP 9-137521 JP 9-72021 JP 2-43034 - Die
US 2 891 638 offenbart eine Trennwand, die aus mehreren vorgefertigten Platteneinheiten mit Deckplatten besteht, welche in gegenüberliegenden Paaren angeordnet werden, wobei Randbereiche der Deckplatten einer Platteneinheit nach innen gebogen sind ohne einander zu berühren. Hinter den Randbereichen werden, zur Verspannung zweier Platteneinheiten in vertikaler Richtung, plane Verspannungselemente eingeführt und durch jeweils eine Schraube mitteinander verspannt.
Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung war es demzufolge eine aus mehreren plattenförmigen Brandschutzelementen bestehende Brandschutzvorrichtung zu schaffen, welche einfach und kostengünstig herzustellen ist, und bei welcher dennoch eine Spaltbildung zwischen den Brandschutzelementen im Brandfall zuverlässig verhindert werden kann. - Erfindungsgemäß wird dies dadurch erzielt, dass an den die planen Flächen einfassenden Randbereichen in Bereichen, in welchen die Gefahr einer Spaltbildung besteht, lokal Verbindungselemente befestigt sind, die jeweils randseitige Befestigungsöffnungen zur Verbindung mit den Randbereichen der Deckplatten sowie zumindest eine vorzugsweise mittige Öffnung zur Aufnahme eines Verbindungsteils aufweist und jeweils mit einem Verbindungselement eines benachbarten Brandschutzelements zusammenwirken, so dass die Brandschutzelemente zumindest gegen einen seitlichen Versatz zueinander gesichert sind. Durch die im Wesentlichen plane Ausgestaltung der stirnseitigen Flächen der Füllschicht können herkömmliche quaderförmige Brandschutzelemente verwendet werden, ohne dass eine spezielle Ausgestaltung von ineinander greifenden Randprofilen erforderlich wäre. An diesen im Wesentlichen planen stirnseitigen Flächen ist sodann ein Verbindungselement bedarfsweise befestigt, welches mit dem Verbindungselement einer benachbarten Brandschutzwand zusammenwirkt, so dass zur Vermeidung von Spaltbildungen zumindest ein seitlicher Versatz der benachbarten Brandschutzelemente zueinander zuverlässig verhindert wird. Die Anordnung derartiger Verbindungselemente kann hierbei bedarfsweise je nach Abhängigkeit der Höhe der Brandschutzelemente bzw. Aussparungen für Fenster bzw. Türen in der Brandschutzvorrichtung, d.h. in jenen Bereichen, in welchen eine Spaltbildung wahrscheinlich ist, gewählt werden. Hierdurch ergibt sich ein kostengünstiges und zudem einfaches Verbindungssystem, bei welchem zuverlässig eine Spaltbildung zwischen den Brandschutzelementen durch die zusammenwirkenden Verbindungselemente verhindert werden kann.
- Zudem wird dadurch, dass die Deckplatten der Brandschutzelemente miteinander nicht in Berührung stehen, zuverlässig ein Wärmeübertritt von einer inneren dem Brandherd zugewandten Deckplatte zu der äußeren vom Brandherd abgewandten Deckplatte vermieden.
- Das Verbindungselement weist randseitige Befestigungsöffnungen zur Verbindung mit den Randbereichen der Deckplatten sowie zumindest eine vorzugsweise mittige Öffnung zur Aufnahme eines Verbindungsteils auf. Dadurch ergibt sich eine einfache zuverlässige Befestigung der Verbindungselemente an den gebogenen Randbereichen der Deckplatten. Zudem kann durch die vorzugsweise mittige Öffnung zur Aufnahme eines Verbindungsteils auf einfache Weise eine formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen benachbarten Verbindungselementen hergestellt werden, so dass ein seitlicher Versatz zwischen den Brandschutzelementen verhindert wird.
- Um zwischen den Verbindungselementen auf einfache Weise eine formschlüssige Verbindung herzustellen, ist es günstig, wenn als Verbindungsteil eine Stange, insbesondere mit einem zumindest endseitigen Gewinde, vorgesehen ist. Sofern die Stange als Gewindestange ausgebildet ist, können die über die Stange formschlüssig miteinander verbundenen Brandschutzelemente zudem auf einfache Weise kraftschlüssig miteinander verbunden werden.
- Alternativ zu einer durch Aufnahmeöffnungen in den Verbindungsteilen hindurch gesteckte Stange ist es hinsichtlich einer formschlüssigen Verbindung zwischen benachbarten Verbindungselementen ebenfalls denkbar, dass als Verbindungsteil ein mit einem Verbindungselement fest verbundener Bolzen vorgesehen ist. Mit einem derartigen einen Bolzen tragenden Verbindungselement kann auf einfache Weise eine formschlüssige Verbindung mit einem benachbarten eine Aufnahmeöffnung für den Bolzen aufweisenden Verbindungselement hergestellt werden.
- Um eine Wärmeübertragung zwischen den beiden Deckplatten eines Brandschutzelements über das Verbindungselement nach Möglichkeit zu verhindern, ist es günstig, wenn das Verbindungselement unter Zwischenlage eines Brandschutzlaminats an den Randbereichen der metallischen Deckplatten befestigt ist.
- Weiters ist es günstig, um eine Wärmeübertragung über die Verbindungselemente möglichst zu vermeiden, wenn das Verbindungselement zwischen der Füllschicht und den Randbereichen der Deckplatten angeordnet ist.
- Um weiters eine Spaltbildung zwischen den Brandschutzelementen insbesondere im oberen und im unteren Randbereich der Brandschutzvorrichtung zu vermeiden, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn in einem oberen bzw. unteren Endabschnitt der im Wesentlichen vertikal angeordneten Brandschutzelemente jeweils ein im Wesentlichen horizontal angeordnetes C-, U- oder Hohlprofil vorgesehen ist, in welche zumindest ein sich über zumindest zwei Brandschutzelemente erstreckendes lineares Verbindungselement eingeführt ist.
- Hierbei ist es hinsichtlich einer kraftschlüssigen Verbindung zwischen den Brandschutzelementen vorteilhaft, wenn in den im oberen und/oder unteren Endabschnitt angeordneten Hohlprofilen eine sich über mehrere Brandschutzelemente erstreckende Gewindestange mit endseitigen Aufnahmeteilen aufgenommen ist.
- Wenn insbesondere benachbart einer Aussparung in einem Brandschutzelement zumindest ein Verbindungselement zur Befestigung eines ein lineares Verbindungselement aufnehmenden C-, U- oder Hohlprofils vorgesehen ist, kann die Spaltbildung insbesondere auch in einem Bereich benachbart einer Aussparung zuverlässig vermieden werden.
- Hinsichtlich einer einfachen, zuverlässigen Befestigung des Verbindungselements am Brandschutzelement ist es günstig, wenn das Verbindungselement über eine Nietverbindung mit dem Brandschutzelement verbunden ist.
- Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand von in den Zeichnungen dargestellten bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispielen, auf die sie jedoch nicht beschränkt sein soll, noch näher erläutert. Im Einzelnen zeigen in der Zeichnung:

Fig. 1 ist ein Brandschutztor 1 ersichtlich, welches mehrere vertikal angeordnete Brandschutzelemente 2 aufweist, deren plane, schmalseitige Stirnflächen 3 Stoß an Stoß aneinander angeordnet sind. - Wie insbesondere aus
Fig. 2 ersichtlich, weisen die Brandschutzelemente 2 jeweils zwei metallische Deckplatten 4 zur Ausbildung einer Blechschale auf, zwischen welcher eine Füllschicht 5 aus einem feuerfesten Material, z.B. aus Miprotec L ® oder dgl., aufgenommen ist. Die aneinander angrenzenden stirnseitigen Schmalflächen der Brandschutzelemente 2 sind hierbei im Wesentlichen plan ausgebildet, wobei die metallischen Deckplatten 4 Randbereiche 4' aufweisen, die zueinander nach innen gebogen sind, so dass die Füllschicht 5 von den metallischen Deckplatten 4 eingefasst wird. - Um eine Wärmeübertragung zwischen den beiden Deckplatten 4 zu vermeiden, sind die Randbereiche 4' der inneren und äußeren Blechschalen 4 voneinander getrennt angeordnet. Zudem ist zwischen dem Füllschichtmaterial 5 und den Randbereichen 4 ein Brandschutzstreifen 6 vorgesehen, der einerseits zwecks einer thermischen Trennung zwischen den beiden Deckplatten 4 vorgesehen ist, und zudem aus einem aufquellenden Material, z.B. Palusol®, besteht, so dass ein etwaiger Spalt zwischen benachbarten Brandschutzelementen 2 im Brandfall möglichst abgedichtet wird.
- Die Brandschutzelemente 2 sind hierbei - wie insbesondere in den
Fig. 7 und8 ersichtlich - im oberen bzw. unteren Endbereich kraft- sowie formschlüssig miteinander verbunden. Hierzu weist jedes Brandschutzelement 2 in einem oberen bzw. unteren Endbereich ein im Wesentlichen viereckiges Hohlprofil 7 auf, in welchem ein sich über die gesamte Länge des Brandschutztors 1 erstreckendes Linearelement bzw. Verbindungsteil 8 zwecks einer formschlüssigen Verbindung aufgenommen ist. Zudem ist in dem Hohlprofil 7 auch eine sich über die gesamte Länge des Brandschutztors 1 erstreckende Gewindestange 9 aufgenommen, welche in den äußeren Randbereichen des Brandschutztors 1 mit (nicht gezeigten) Aufnahmeteilen verspannt werden kann, so dass die Brandschutzelemente 2 in ihrem oberen sowie unteren Randbereich (vgl.Fig. 8 ) sowohl kraft- als auch formschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind. - Um insbesondere einen seitlichen Versatz, d.h. ein Verschieben der Brandschutzelemente quer zu ihrer Längserstreckungsrichtung zu vermeiden, sind zusätzlich zu den kraft- und formschlüssigen Verbindungen im oberen und unteren Endbereich der Brandschutzelemente abhängig von der Höhe der Brandschutzelemente bzw. etwaiger Einbauten (vgl. z.B. Türe 10 in
Fig. 1 ) zusätzliche Verbindungen zwischen benachbarten Brandschutzelementen 2 vorgesehen. - In
Fig. 3 ist ersichtlich, dass an den im Wesentlichen planen stirnseitigen Flächen 3 der Brandschutzelemente 2 Verbindungselemente 11 vorgesehen sind, so dass zumindest ein seitlicher Versatz der Brandschutzelemente 2 im Bereich der zusammenwirkenden Verbindungselemente 11 benachbart der Brandschutzelemente 2 verhindert wird. Bei dem inFig. 3 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist - wie insbesondere inFig. 3a ersichtlich - jeweils ein im Wesentlichen sternförmiges Verbindungselement 11 vorgesehen, welches an den nach innen gebogenen Randbereichen 4' der Deckplatten 4 unter Zwischenlage des Brandschutzstreifens 6 über Nieten 12 befestigt ist. Die im Wesentlichen sternförmigen Verbindungselemente 11 weisen jeweils eine mittige Öffnung 13 zur Aufnahme eines Verbindungsteils 14 auf, so dass benachbarte Brandschutzelemente 2 durch das Hindurchführen durch die mittige Öffnung 13 eines Verbindungsteils 14 formschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind. Sofern wie inFig. 3 ersichtlich als Verbindungsteil 14 eine Gewindestange 15 vorgesehen ist, können die Brandschutzelemente 2, durch welche die Gewindestange 15 hindurchgeführt wird, zusätzlich über endseitige, auf der Gewindestange befestigte Aufnahmeteile kraftschlüssig miteinander verspannt werden. - Aus
Fig. 4 ist ersichtlich, dass die Gewindestange 15 durch eine Ausnehmung in der Füllschicht 5 geführt ist, wobei die Position der Gewindestange 15 zwischen den beiden Deckplatten 4 durch die Aufnahme in der Öffnung 13 von Verbindungselementen 11 festgelegt ist. - In
Fig. 5 und 5a ist ersichtlich, dass als Verbindungsteil 14 anstelle einer sich über mehrere Befestigungselemente 2 erstreckenden Gewindestange 15 ebenso ein Bolzen 15' vorgesehen sein kann, welcher fest mit einem Verbindungselement 11 verbunden ist und in der Öffnung 13 eines benachbart angeordneten Verbindungselements 11 zwecks formschlüssiger Verbindung zwischen den beiden Verbindungsteilen 11 aufgenommen ist. Wie insbesondere inFig. 5a ersichtlich, ist hierbei das Verbindungselement 11 ebenfalls sternförmig ausgebildet und über Nieten 12 mit den Randbereichen 4' der Deckplatten 4 verbunden. - In
Fig. 6 ist noch ersichtlich, dass die Verbindungselemente 11 insbesondere benachbart einer Aussparung in einem Brandschutzelement 2 beispielsweise zur Aufnahme einer Türe 10 (vgl.Fig. 1 ) auch zur Aufnahme eines Hohlprofils 15'' als Verbindungsteil 14 vorgesehen sein können, so dass zusätzlich zu der kraftschlüssigen Verbindung über eine Gewindestange 9', welche in dem Hohlprofil 15'' aufgenommen ist, auch eine formschlüssige Verbindung über ein in dem Hohlprofil 15'' eingesetztes Linearelement 8' vorgesehen sein kann, ähnlich wie in den oberen oder unteren Randbereichen der Brandschutzelemente 2. Um einen Wärmedurchgang zwischen den beiden Deckplatten 4, 4' möglichst zu vermeiden, ist zwischen dem Hohlprofil 15'' und den beiden Deckplatten 4 jeweils eine Wärmedämmschicht 16, die beispielsweise aus Ridurit® oder dgl. bestehen kann, vorgesehen. - Wesentlich ist jedoch lediglich, dass zwischen den im Wesentlichen eine plane Stirnseite aufweisenden Brandschutzelementen 2 lokal Verbindungselemente 11 vorgesehen sind, um einen seitlichen Versatz der Brandschutzelemente 2 zueinander zu vermeiden.
Claims (9)
- Brandschutzvorrichtung (1), insbesondere Brandschutztor, mit mehreren plattenförmigen Brandschutzelementen (2), die jeweils zwei Deckplatten (4) aufweisen, zwischen welchen zumindest eine Füllschicht (5) aus einem feuerfesten Material aufgenommen ist, wobei die Randbereiche (4') der Deckplatten (4) derart zueinander nach innen gebogen sind, dass die Randbereiche (4') ohne einander zu berühren zumindest eine stirnseitige Fläche der Füllschicht (5) einfassen, wobei die aneinander angrenzenden stirnseitigen Flächen der Füllschichten (5) sowie die Stirnseiten der Brandschutzelemente (2) im Wesentlichen plan ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den die planen Flächen einfassenden Randbereichen (4') in Bereichen, in welchen die Gefahr einer Spaltbildung besteht, lokal Verbindungselemente (11) befestigt sind, die jeweils randseitige Befestigungsöffnungen (12) zur Verbindung mit den Randbereichen (4') der Deckplatten (4) sowie zumindest eine vorzugsweise mittige Öffnung (13) zur Aufnahme eines Verbindungsteils (14) aufweist und jeweils mit einem Verbindungselement (11) eines benachbarten Brandschutzelements (2) zusammenwirken, so dass die Brandschutzelemente (2) zumindest gegen einen seitlichen Versatz zueinander gesichert sind.
- Brandschutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Verbindungsteil (14) eine Stange (15) insbesondere mit einem zumindest endseitigen Gewinde vorgesehen ist.
- Brandschutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Verbindungsteil (14) ein mit einem Verbindungselement (11) fest verbundener Bolzen (15') vorgesehen ist.
- Brandschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (11) unter Zwischenlage eines Brandschutzlaminats (6) an den Randbereichen (4') der vorzugsweise metallischen Deckplatten (4) befestigt ist.
- Brandschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (11) zwischen der Füllschicht (5) und den Randbereichen (4') der Deckplatten (4) angeordnet ist.
- Brandschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem oberen bzw. unteren Endabschnitt der im Wesentlichen vertikal angeordneten Brandschutzelemente (2) jeweils ein im Wesentlichen horizontal angeordnetes C-, U- oder Hohlprofil (7) vorgesehen ist, in welches ein sich über mehrere Brandschutzelmente (2) erstreckendes lineares Verbindungselement (8) eingeführt ist.
- Brandschutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den im oberen und/oder unteren Endabschnitt angeordneten Hohlprofilen (7) eine sich über mehrere Brandschutzelemente (2) erstreckende Gewindestange (9) mit endseitigen Aufnahmeteilen aufgenommen ist.
- Brandschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass insbesondere benachbart einer Aussparung in einem Brandschutzelement (2) zumindest eines der Verbindungselemente (11) zur Befestigung eines ein lineares Verbindungselement (8', 9') aufnehmenden C-, U- oder Hohlprofils (15") vorgesehen ist.
- Brandschutzvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungselement (11) über eine Nietverbindung (12) mit dem Brandschutzelement (2) verbunden ist.
