Verwendung von Adapterplatten erfolgt, die Schienen also nicht unmittelbar auf den eigentlichen Schwellen aufliegen. Die Neu-Primärschwellen 11b' werden ebenfalls unter Verwendung von Unterfütterungsstücken an den Schienen befestigt und in ihre gewünschte Lage gebracht und werden dann in den Primärausnehmungen mit Vergußbeton 28 vergossen.
