Claims (19)

  1. Dispositif de mélange et d'homogénéisation de fluides visqueux, avec un réservoir (2) disposé horizontalement, cylindrique ou ayant une forme résistant à la pression, autour de l'axe longitudinal (4) duquel, à l'intérieur du réservoir (2), est guidé à rotation un organe de mélange (6), dans lequel, sous le réservoir (2) est disposé un homogénéisateur (8), dont l'admission (8a) est reliée à une face inférieure du réservoir (2), caractérisé en ce que sont évacuation (8b) est reliée, par une conduite de repompage (46), à un point, éloigné de l'admission (8a) du réservoir (2), l'organe de mélange (6) présentant un organe racleur (44), pour racler la paroi intérieure cylindrique du réservoir (2).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe racleur (44) est réalisé pour racler la totalité de la surface interne du réservoir (2),
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs éléments racleurs (44) sont disposés, de façon décalée en direction périphérique et en se superposant les uns les autres en direction axiale.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe racleur présente au moins un segment de cylindre creux.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe racleur (44) présente au moins un élément racleur (44), incliné obliquement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (4) du réservoir (2).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de mélange (6) est réalisé pour produire un écoulement circulatoire à l'intérieur du réservoir (2).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de mélange (6) présente au moins un enroulement de mélange (40).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de mélange (6) est réalisé pour produire un écoulement axial dans le sens du rapprochement ou de l'éloignement vis-à-vis de l'homogénéisateur.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de mélange (6) présente deux éléments de mélange (36, 38) coaxiaux.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de mélange (6) présente deux éléments de mélange en sens inverse.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de mélange (6) présente deux éléments de mélange, dont l'un est disposé sur une paroi latérale (12) frontale, et un autre est disposé sur une paroi latérale (16) frontale opposée.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de mélange présentent au moins deux entrainement indépendants.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (2) est maintenu de façon à pouvoir basculer autour d'un axe horizontal.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir est muni d'une ouverture d'inspection placée en partie supérieure, fermée avec un couvercle amovible.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (2) présente au moins une paroi latérale (couvercle) 12, 16 ouvrante, disposée côté frontal, susceptible de pivoter autour d'un axe vertical.
  16. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le réservoir (2) est muni d'une rigidification, dans la zone de l'homogénéisateur (8).
  17. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans sa zone cylindrique ou en forme d'auge, le réservoir (2) est totalement ou partiellement réalisé avec une paroi double,
  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce qu'un, ou les deux couvercles (12, 16) sont réalisés avec une paroi double.
  19. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des buses de nettoyage (60) sont disposées sur, ou dans, l'organe de mélange (6).
