Claims (8)
- Barre pour tamis pour installations de production de papier, qui comprend une barre de support (1, 1a) et des plaques (2, 2a) en matière céramique qui sont fixées à celle-ci et qui sont placées à la suite les unes des autres, les plaques (2, 2a) en matière céramique étant pourvues sur leur côté tourné vers la barre de support (1, 1a) de rebords (21, 21a) qui dépassent desdites plaques, qui s'étendent dans le sens longitudinal de la barre de support (1, 1a) et qui présentent des contre-dépouilles (22) le long de leurs bords latéraux,
caractérisée en ce qu'il y a dans la barre de support (1, 1a) plusieurs étriers (3, 3a) déformables élastiquement dont les extrémités libres (32) tournées l'une vers l'autre entrent dans les contre-dépouilles latérales (22) des rebords (21, 21a) qui dépassent des plaques (2, 2a), moyennant quoi les extrémités libres (32) des étriers (3, 3a) sont enclenchées avec les plaques (2, 2a). - Barre de tamis selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une partie au moins des étriers (3, 3a) dépasse des surfaces frontales de deux plaques (2, 2a) en matière céramique appliquées l'une contre l'autre, moyennant quoi les extrémités libres (32) d'un étrier (3, 3a) entrent dans les contre-dépouilles (22) des rebords (21, 21a) de deux plaques (2, 2a) juxtaposées.
- Barre de tamis selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que les étriers (3, 3a) se composent d'une matière élastique, en particulier d'une tôle d'acier.
- Barre de tamis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les étriers (3, 3a), en section transversale, ont approximativement la forme d'un U avec une branche centrale (31) et deux branches latérales (32), les extrémités libres des branches latérales (32) étant dirigées l'une vers l'autre.
- Barre de tamis selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la branche centrale (31) des étriers (3, 3a) présente au moins une partie repliée (33) dirigée à l'opposé des branches latérales (32).
- Barre de tamis selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisée en ce que l'une au moins des deux branches latérales (32) des étriers (3, 3a) est pourvue d'une fente (34) orientée transversalement par rapport au sens longitudinal de la barre de support (1, 1a).
- Barre de tamis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la barre de tamis (1, 1a) est pourvue, sur sa surface tournée vers les plaques (2, 2a) en matière céramique, d'une rainure (11, 11a) qui est orientée dans le sens longitudinal de ladite surface, dans laquelle se trouvent les étriers (3, 3a) et dans laquelle entrent les rebords (21, 21a) des plaques (2, 2a) qui dépassent de celles-ci et qui sont contre-dépouillés.
- Barre de tamis selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est fabriquée grâce au fait qu'une barre de support (10) est fabriquée par coulage et est reliée aux plaques (2) en matière céramique et aux étriers (3) enclenchés avec celles-ci.
