Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Haltevorrichtung mit einer Stange, insbesondere einer Kleiderstange, mit einem an einer Wand eines Möbels festlegbaren Winkelelement, an dem eine Bodenplatte abstützbar ist und ein Halteelement unmittelbar oder mittelbar montiert ist, an dem ein Endabschnitt der Stange aufnehmbar ist.
  • Aus der DE 937 304 ist ein Lager für Kleiderstangen bekannt, das an einer Seitenwand eines Möbelkorpus befestigt wird. Das Lager weist einerseits Mittel zum Halten eines Bodens auf und andererseits ist eine Aufnahme vorgesehen, in die eine im Querschnitt kreisförmige Stange einsteckbar ist. Solche Haltevorrichtungen sind nur für eine bestimmte Einbausituation vorgesehen in der die Kleiderstange parallel unterhalb dem Fachboden verläuft. Weitere Einbausituationen sind nicht möglich.
  • Aus der DE 20 2006 001 173 , die keinen Stand der Technik für die vorliegende Anmeldung bildet, ist eine Beleuchtungseinrichtung bekannt, die an einer rohrförmigen Stange angeordnet ist, die auch die Funktion einer Kleiderstange übernehmen kann. Gerade für solche länglichen Beleuchtungskörper besteht die Notwendigkeit, dass diese für eine gezielte Ausleuchtung in einem Möbel flexibel positioniert werden können.
  • Die JP 07 317 730 A offenbart ein in einem Möbel montierte Stange mit kreisrundem Querschnitt, die an gegenüberliegenden Seiten an einer Haltvorrichtung festgelegt ist. Endseitig an der Stange ist ein Rastmechanismus vorgesehen, so dass bei der Montage durch Drehen der Stange ein Verrasten an einem Halter vorgenommen werden kann.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung eine Haltevorrichtung mit einer Stange und ein Möbel zu schaffen, die eine flexible Montage der Stange an einer Wand eines Möbels ermöglicht.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit einer Haltevorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist die Stange endseitig an einem Halteelement montiert und relativ zu dem Winkelelement drehbar gehalten. Dadurch kann die Stange in der gewünschten Position ausgerichtet werden, wobei durch die Drehbarkeit ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität erreicht wird. Insbesondere kann das Winkelelement schon unabhängig von dem Halteelement am Möbelkorpus montiert werden.
  • Die Stange weist dabei einen länglichen Querschnitt auf und ist mit einem Endabschnitt in eine Aufnahme an dem Halteelement eingefügt, so dass sich die Stange besonders gut als Kleiderstange einsetzen lässt. Denn durch den länglichen Querschnitt, z.B. ist die Länge mindestens 1,5 mal so lang wie die Breite, können Gewichtskräfte besonders gut in Längsrichtung aufgenommen werden.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung ist das Halteelement in unterschiedlichen Positionen verrastbar. Dadurch wird gewährleistet, dass das Halteelement mit der Stange nicht versehentlich in andere Positionen bewegt wird.
  • Zur mechanischen Festlegung des Halteelementes können Rastmittel in Form von Vorsprüngen oder Aussparungen ausgebildet sein, die dann mit entsprechenden Aussparungen oder Vorsprüngen an dem Winkelelement zusammenwirken.
  • Für eine drehbare Festlegung des Halteelementes können auf der zur Stange abgwandten Seite Rastzapfen ausgebildet sein, die in eine Öffnung an dem Schenkel des Winkelelementes eingreifen. Dadurch kann eine werkzeugfreie Montage des Halteelementes erfolgen und die Drehbarkeit gewährleistet werden. Für ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität kann das Halteelement wahlweise an beiden Schenkeln des Winkelelementes festgelegt werden, so dass dann die jeweilige Drehachse festgelegt wird.
  • Um die Haltevorrichtung auch für eine Montage der Stange einsetzen zu können, bei der die Stange in Längsrichtung senkrecht zu der durch die Schenkel des Winkelelementes aufgespannten Ebene angeordnet ist, kann zwischen Winkelelement und Halteelement ein Adapterelement vorgesehen sein. Das Adapterelement kann dabei einen zwischen den Schenkeln des Winkelelementes verlaufenden Stegabschnitt aufweisen, an dem das Haltelement festgelegt wird. An dem Stegabschnitt können Rastmittel vorgesehen sein, um das Halteelement in unterschiedlichen Drehpositionen an dem Stegabschnitt verrasten zu können. Dadurch lässt sich die Haltevorrichtung besonders flexibel zur Montage an Möbeln einsetzen.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Möbel weist mindestens zwei Haltevorrichtungen auf, an denen die Stange gehalten ist. Die Stange kann dabei entweder nur die Funktion einer Kleiderstange besitzen und/oder sie kann Leuchtmittel aufweisen und dann auch zur Ausleuchtung des Möbels dienen. Ferner kann die Stange auch parallel zu einer Seitenwand montiert sein, um dort zum Aufhängen von Gegenständen oder als Leuchtmittel zu dienen.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand mehrerer Ausführungsbeispiele mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen beschrieben. Es zeigen:

  • Ein Figur 1 schematisch dargestelltes Möbel, insbesondere ein Schrank, umfasst einen Möbelkorpus 1, der zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände 2 aufweist, die an Ihrer Innenseite mit Bohrungen 3 versehen sind. An dem Möbelkorpus 1 sind ein oder mehrere Einlegböden 4 vorgesehen, die an ihrer Unterseite durch Winkelelemente 5 abgestützt sind. An jedem Winkelelement 5 ist ferner ein Halteelement 6 montiert, an dem die Stange 7 gehalten ist.
  • Die an gegenüberliegenden Seite der Stange 7 angeordnete Haltevorrichtung ist im Detail in den Figuren 2A bis 2C dargestellt. Die Haltevorrichtung umfasst ein Winkelelement 5, das einen oberen horizontalen Schenkel 50 besitzt, auf dem die Bodenplatte 4 aufliegt. Ferner ist ein vertikaler Schenkel 51 vorgesehen, der an der Seitenwand 2 festlegbar ist, wobei an dem Schenkel 51 Zapfen 54 zum Einfügen in eine Bohrung 3 sowie eine Öffnung 55 für eine Befestigungsschraube ausgebildet sind.
  • An der Haltevorrichtung 5 ist ferner eine Öffnung 52 an dem Schenkel 51 vorgesehen, die zur Verbindung mit dem Halteelement 6 dient. Auch der Schenkel 50 umfasst eine Öffnung 53, die optional ebenfalls zur Montage des Halteelementes 6 einsetzbar ist.
  • Das Halteelement 6 umfasst eine Platte 60, die die Stirnseite der Stange 7 überdeckt, wobei der Querschnitt der Stange 7 länglich ausgebildet ist. An der Platte 60 sind auf der zur Stange 7 gegenüberliegenden Seite Vorsprünge 61 vorgesehen, die in entsprechende Ausnehmungen oder Nuten an dem Schenkel 51 eingreifen. Ferner sind etwa mittig an der Platte 60 Rastzapfen 62 ausgebildet, die bewegbar sind und aufgrund Ihrer pilzkopfartigen Form rastend an der Öffnung 52 festlegbar sind. Die Stange 7 ist durch eine Wand 63 gehalten, die nahezu umlaufend ausgebildet ist und eine Aufnahme 64 bildet. Dabei kann die Wand 63 flexibel ausgebildet sein, so dass zumindest an einer unterbrochenen Stelle der Wand 63 die Stange 7 einfügbar ist.
  • Nach erfolgter Montage kann die Stange 7 zusammen mit dem Halteelement 6 relativ zu dem Winkelelement 5 gedreht werden, wobei die horizontale Drehachse durch die Öffnung 52 und die Rastzapfen 62 vorgegeben ist. Durch die Vorsprünge 61 und entsprechende Ausnehmungen kann die Stange 7 in unterschiedlichen Drehpositionen verrastet werden.
  • In Figur 3 ist eine Montagesituation gezeigt, bei der die Haltevorrichtung parallel zu einer Seitenwand 2 des Möbelkorpus 1 montiert ist. Hierfür ist an dem Winkelelement 5 ein Adapterelement 8 vorgesehen, an dem das Halteelement 6 für die Stange 7 montiert ist.
  • Die modifizierte Haltevorrichtung ist in den Figuren 4A bis 4C dargestellt. Das Winkelelement 5 mit den Schenkeln 50 und 51 ist wie bei dem vorangegangenen Ausführungsbeispiel ausgebildet und auch das Halteelement 6 ist baulich identisch mit demjenigen des vorrangegangenen Ausführungsbeispieles. Es ist zusätzlich ein Adapterelement 8 vorgesehen, das einen oberen horizontalen Schenkel 81 und einen vertikalen seitlichen Schenkel 80 besitzt, zwischen denen ein stegförmiger Abschnitt 82 aufgespannt ist. Das Adapterelement kann über Rastzapfen 86 an dem Schenkel 80 mit der Öffnung 52 an dem Schenkel 51 gekoppelt werden. Ferner ist an dem Schenkel 81 ein Vorsprung 87 ausgebildet, der in die Öffnung 53 an dem Schenkel 50 eingefügt werden kann. Für die Montage des Halteelementes 6 sind an dem stegförmigen Abschnitt 82 eine Öffnung 83 sowie eine Nut 84 und punktförmige Ausnehmungen 85 angebracht. Auf diese Weise kann das Halteelement 6 über die Rastzapfen 62 montiert werden, die in der Öffnung 83 eingesteckt werden. Ferner kann das Haltelement 6 in unterschiedlichen Winkelpositionen eingerastet werden, in dem die entsprechenden Vorsprünge 61 in die Ausnehmungen 85 oder die Nut 84 eingefügt sind. An dem Halteelement 6 kann die Stange 7 festgelegt sein.
  • In Figur 5 ist eine weitere Einbauvariante für eine Stange 7 an zwei erfindungsgemäßen Haltevorrichtungen gezeigt. Die Haltevorrichtung 5 ist wiederum an einer Seitenwand 2 eines Möbelkorpus 1 festgelegt und dient einerseits zur Abstützung einer Bodenplatte 4 und andererseits zur Montage einer vertikal angeordneten Stange 7.
  • Die Haltevorrichtung nach Figur 5 ist im Detail in den Figuren 6A bis 6C dargestellt. Bei dieser Einbausituation ist das Halteelement 6 nicht am Schenkel 51 sondern unmittelbar an dem Schenkel 50 montiert, wobei hierfür die Rastzapfen 62 des Halteelementes 6 in die Öffnung 53 eingreifen. Das Halteelement 6 kann um eine vertikale Drehachse gedreht und durch Vorsprünge 61 in unterschiedlichen Drehpositionen verrastet werden, wobei hierfür an dem Schenkel 50 entsprechende Ausnehmungen und Nuten ausgebildet sind. Die an den Schenkel 51 ausgebildeten Ausnehmungen 56 und Nuten 57 sind bei dieser Einbausituation funktionslos.
  • Die Haltevorrichtung kann universell zum Einbau in unterschiedliche Möbel eingesetzt werden. Insbesondere kann auf einfache Weise eine Kleiderstange montiert werden. Es ist aber auch möglich, die Haltevorrichtung für andere Montagezwecke einzusetzen, beispielsweise die Stange 7 als Krawattenhalter dienen soll.
  • An der Stange 7 können Leuchtmittel vorgesehen sein, sowie dies in der Anmeldung DE 20 2006 001 173.0 offenbart ist. Wenn solche Leuchtmittel vorgesehen sind, kann die Stange 7 zur Ausleuchtung des Möbelkorpus 1 eingesetzt werden, wobei dann unterschiedliche Einbausituationen der Stange 7 vorteilhaft sind.
  • Die Haltevorrichtung umfasst Standardbauteile, die wahlweise an der rechten oder linken Seite eines Möbelkorpus montierbar sind. Die Montage kann weitgehend werkzeugfrei erfolgen. Zudem kann bei Bedarf das Adapterelement 8 auch leicht nachgerüstet werden.

Claims (9)

  1. Haltevorrichtung mit einer Stange (7), insbesondere einer Kleiderstange, mit einem an einer Wand eines Möbels festlegbaren Winkelelement (5), an dem eine Bodenplatte (4) abstützbar ist und an dem ein Halteelement (6) unmittelbar oder mittelbar montiert ist, an dem ein Endabschnitt der Stange (7) aufnehmbar ist, wobei die Stange (7) an dem Halteelement (6) relativ zu dem Winkelelement (5) drehbar gehalten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange (7) einen länglichen Querschnitt aufweist und mit einem Endabschnitt in einer Aufnahme (64) an dem Halteelement (6) eingefügt ist und das Halteelement (6) in unterschiedlichen Positionen verrastbar ist.
  2. Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Halteelement (6) Rastmittel in Form von Vorsprüngen (61) oder Aussparungen ausgebildet sind.
  3. Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Halteelement (6) auf der zur Stange (7) abgewandten Seite Rastzapfen (62) ausgebildet sind, die in eine Öffnung (52, 53) an einem Schenkel (50, 51) des Winkelelementes (5) eingreifen.
  4. Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (6) wahlweise an beiden Schenkel (50, 51) des Winkelelementes (5) festlegbar ist.
  5. Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Winkelelement (5) und Halteelement (6) ein Adapterelement (8) montiert ist.
  6. Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Adapterelement (8) einen zwischen den Schenkeln (50, 51) des Winkelelementes verlaufenden Stegabschnitt (82) besitzt und das Halteelement (6) an dem Stegabschnitt (82) festgelegt ist.
  7. Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Stegabschnitt (82) Rastmittel (84, 85) vorgesehen sind und das Halteelement (6) in unterschiedlichen Drehpositionen an dem Stegabschnitt (82) verrastbar ist.
  8. Möbel, insbesondere Schrank, mit einem Möbelkorpus (1) und mindestens zwei am Möbelkorpus (2) festgelegten Haltevorrichtungen (5, 6) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, zwischen denen eine Stange (7) angeordnet ist.
  9. Möbel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an oder in der Stange (7) Leuchtmittel zum Ausleuchten des Möbelkorpus (1) vorgesehen sind.
