Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein mehrstöckiges demontierbares Gebäude, bestehend aus mindestens zwei Reihen parallel zueinander aufgestellter Holzcontainer, die durch mindestens ein Flurelement im Bereich von sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten verbunden sind.
- Ein derartiges demontierbares Gebäude geht in einstöckiger Form aus
DE 197 41 10 260 A1 hervor. Vier containerartige Bauviertel sind mit offenen Innenseiten derartig zusammengestellt, dass sie zwischen sich kreuzartige Flurbereiche aufnehmen. Die containerartigen Bauviertel sind durch Flurelemente an den sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten miteinander verbunden. - Aus
DE 79 34 285 U ist eine Baueinheit zur Errichtung von Gebäuden bekannt, wobei die Baueinheit aus containerartigen Holzteilen besteht. - Aus
DE 197 29 637 A1 ist ein Modul für Raumzellenbauweise insbesondere in Holzkonstruktion bekannt, wobei Wandelemente, ein Boden- und ein Deckenelement mit einem Anschluss für eine Hubvorrichtung versehen sind. -
DE 74 26 370 U1 betrifft Raumzellen aus Holz in Form von Containeraumzellen, die zur Bildung von Fertiggebäuden aneinander gestellt werden können. - Aus der
DE 20 2004 013 200 U1 ist ein Holzgebäude bekannt, bei dem mindestens zwei Gebäudekörper lösbar miteinander verbunden sind, wobei jeder Gebäudekörper einen Boden- und einen Deckenrahmen besitzt, die durch Stützen miteinander verbunden sind. Die Ausfachungen in den Außenwandbereichen sind lösbar und austauschbar angeordnet, wodurch sich das Gebäude problemlos erweitern und verkleinern lässt und an spezielle Nutzungsformen anpassbar ist. - Die
WO 96/30601 A1 - Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein mehrstöckiges aus Holzcontainern lösbar zusammengesetztes Gebäude vorzuschlagen, bei dem Mittel, die die Trageigenschaften der Konstruktion gewährleisten, optimal kombinierbar sind mit den Versorgungssystemen.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst, vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist bei einem demontierbaren Gebäude, das mindestens zwei Reihen parallel zueinander aufgestellte Holzcontainer aufweist und mehrstöckig durch übereinander gestapelte Holzcontainer aufgebaut ist, die Holzcontainer in dem Zwischen den Holzcontainern liegenden Flurbereich durch mindestens ein Flurelement im Bereich von sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten verbunden sind und Installationsanschüsse aus dem Holzcontainerinnenraum über eine lösbare, modulare Bauweise mit zugeordneten Installationsschächten verbunden sind, wobei innerhalb der Installationsschächte elektrische oder Rohrleitungen verlaufen, vorgesehen, dass das mindestens eine zwischen den Holzcontainern angeordnete, brückenartig ausgebildete Flurelement die Holzcontainer lösbar verbindet und dabei zumindest bereichsweise durch im Wesentlichen vertikal verlaufende, außen an den Holzcontainern angeordnete Stützelement getragen wird und die Stützelemente als Teil der Installationsschächte ausgebildet oder in solche Schächte integriert sind.
- Eine derartige Konstruktion erlaubt es, mit mehr oder weniger identischen Containern sehr schnell ein mehrstöckiges Gebäude aufzubauen. Die Flurbereiche zwischen den Containern werden durch die brückenartigen Flurelemente gebildet, die auf einfache Weise zwischen die Container eingelegt und durch im wesentlichen vertikal verlaufende außen an den Holzcontainern angeordnete Stützelemente abgestützt werden können. Dabei werden die Holzcontainer lösbar über das mindestens eine zwischen ihnen angeordnete Flurelement verbunden, wobei die Verbindung allerdings so gestaltet ist, dass eine weitgehende schall- und wärmetechnische Entkopplung gegeben ist. Die Container bilden ein Baukastensystem, das frei stapelbar ist und zwischen sich einen mehr oder weniger langgestreckten Flurbereich in mehrstöckiger Bauweise - abhängig von der Anzahl der nebeneinander gestellten Holzcontainer - aufnehmen kann.
- Von besonderem Vorteil ist es, dass die Stützelemente in Installationsschächte integriert sind oder als Teil von diesen ausgebildet sind. Dadurch werden die stützenden, Bauteile, die als in den Installationsschächten vertikal verlaufende Holzsäulen ausgebildet sind, unsichtbar und stören die optische Gesamtheit des Gebäudes nicht.
- Die Wandungen der Installationsschächte können mit Abstand zu den Holzsäulen angeordnet werden, so dass ausreichend Platz für Installationselemente verbleibt.
- Die mit Stützelementen versehenen Installationsschächte sind paarweise an der zum Flur gerichteten Stirnseite der Holzcontainer angeordnet und damit geeignet, Flurbereiche nach Art von Brücken entweder mittig oder in den Endbereichen sicher zu stützen. Die Installationsschächte können lösbar an den Wandungen der Holzcontainer angeordnet werden, wodurch die Zugänglichkeit zu Installationselementen vergrößert wird.
- Aus Gründen der Auf- und Abbaubarkeit und Variabilität des Gebäudes ist es vorteilhaft, wenn jeder Holzcontainer mit einer separaten Klimavorrichtung versehen ist, die als in der Decke der Holzcontainer integrierte Klimaplatte ausgebildet ist. Wenn diesbezüglich von einer Klimavorrichtung gesprochen wird, so ist damit die Integration einer Heiz-, Kühl- oder Belüftungseinrichtung umfasst.
- In an sich bekannter Weise weisen die Holzcontainer mindestens vier Auflagepunkte zur Stapelung auf und können auf einfache Weise aufeinandergesetzt und miteinander verankert werden. Alle das Gebäude tragenden Elemente bestehen aus Holz, was einem angenehmen Raumklima entgegenkommt.
- Die Erfindung wird anhand vorteilhafter Ausführungsbeispiele in den Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Diese zeigen

Fig. 6 eine dritte Seitenansicht eines Gebäudes gem.Fig. 4 . - Das insgesamt mit 1 bezeichnete demontierbare Gebäude 1 besteht nach dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel aus zwei Reihen 2, 3 parallel zueinander aufgestellter Holzcontainer 4, die in dem zwischen ihnen liegenden Flurbereich 5 durch ein Flurelement 6 miteinander verbunden sind.
- Das Gebäude 1 ist mehrstöckig ausgebildet, d.h., bei dem in
Fig. 1 und2 dargestellten schematischen Ausführungsbeispiel sind in jeder Reihe 2, 3 zwei übereinanderliegende Reihen von Holzcontainern 4 dargestellt, bei dem in den weiteren Zeichnungsfiguren dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen ist hingegen ein insgesamt fünfstöckiges Gebäude 1 abgebildet, wobei zumindest die vier oberen Stockwerke aus Holzcontainern 4 gebildet werden. - Die Holzcontainer 4 sind lösbar über das mindestens eine zwischen ihnen angeordnete Flurelement 6 verbunden, das brückenartig ausgebildet ist und zumindest bereichsweise durch im wesentlichen vertikal verlaufende außen an den Holzcontainern 4 angeordnete Stützelemente 7 getragen wird. Die brückenartigen Flurelemente 6 bestehen im Wesentlichen aus Bodenplatten, die randseitig die oberen Bereiche 8 der Stützelemente 7 beaufschlagen. Seitlich können die Flurelemente 6 an die Containerwandungen angrenzen oder mit Abstand von ihnen befestigt sein. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Abstand der Containerwandungen und der Flurelemente 6 mit Glaselementen ausgefüllt. Diese Glaselemente können die Funktion eines Lichtdurchlasses aufweisen. So kann beispielsweise das aus einem Glasdachbereich in den Flurbereich einfallende Tageslicht über die Lichtdurchlässe zwischen den Containerwandungen und den Flurelementen 6 mehrere Stockwerke in Richtung Boden gelangen und erhöht in den Flurbereichen den Anteil an Tageslicht, das von den Bewohnern als positiv und angenehm empfunden wird. Selbstverständlich können neben Glaselementen/-platten auch Gitterkörper und transluzent oder transparente Elemente mit ausreichender Festigkeit als Füllmaterialen verwendet werden. Die lösbare Verbindung zwischen den Holzcontainern 4 und den brückenartigen Flurelementen 6 kommt einer schnellen Montage/Demontage entgegen, der modulare Aufbau des gesamten Gebäudes 1 wird dadurch begünstigt.
- Die Stützelemente 7 sind in Installationsschächte 9 integriert und bestehen aus in den Installationsschächten 9 vertikal verlaufenden Holzsäulen 10. Diese können zur Erreichung einer Stabilität sowohl mit einem Fundament 11 oder einer Kellerdecke verankert sein - was die Stützelemente 7 des Erdgeschosses anbelangt - oder sie sind mit den Oberseiten eines Flurelementes 6 verankert, auf dem sie sich abstützen. Es ist aber im Rahmen der Erfindung auch möglich, dass die Flurelemente 6 an durchgehende Stützelemente 7 für mehrere Stockwerke seitlich angehängt sind.
- Die Wandungen 12 der Installationsschächte 9 verlaufen mit Distanz zu den Holzsäulen 10 und ermöglichen es, innerhalb der Installationsschächte 9 elektrische Leitungen oder Rohrleitungen aller Art zu verlegen. Aus den
Fig. 2 und3 ist deutlich sichtbar, dass jeweils zwei Installationsschächte 9 paarweise aneinander grenzend nebeneinander liegen. Die Installationsschächte 9 sind lösbar an den Außenwandungen 13 der Holzcontainer 4 angeordnet. - Auch der Innenbereich der Holzcontainer 4 kommt einem einfachen, modularen Aufbau des gesamten Gebäudes 1 entgegen. So weisen die Holzcontainer 4 im Innenbereich alle einen identischen oder spiegelsymmetrisch verdrehten Querschnitt auf, eine Nasszelle oder ein Bad ist jeweils an den Flurbereich 5 angrenzend angeordnet. Dies erleichtert die Anbindung der Installation. Außerdem ist jeder Holzcontainer 4 mit einer separaten Klimavorrichtung 14 versehen, die als an der Decke der Holzcontainer 4 angeordnete Klimaplatte 15 ausgebildet ist. Die Klimavorrichtung umfasst dabei ein Strahlungsheizelement - integriert in die Klimaplatte 15.
- Was die Statik anbelangt, so sind Decke und Fußboden der Holzcontainer 4 jeweils selbsttragend und ausreichend belastbar. Pro Holzcontainer 4 sind mindestens vier Auflagepunkte 16 zur Stapelung vorgesehen. Die Installationsanschlüsse aus dem Holzcontainerinnenraum sind mit den zugeordneten Installationsschächten 9 lösbar und modular verbunden, d.h., bei Montage und Demontage können die Aggregate der Nasszelle und der Klimavorrichtung mit wenigen Handgriffen an Rohrleitungen oder elektrische Leitungen angeschlossen werden, die in den Installationsschächten 9 verlaufen.
- Die das Gebäude 1 tragenden Elemente bestehen überwiegend oder ausschließlich aus Holz. Um eine Abkopplung von Schall aus oder in den Holzcontainern 4 zu besorgen, ist zwischen den Auflagepunkten 16 zweier aufeinandergestapelter Holzcontainer 4 schall- und/oder wärmedämmendes Material angeordnet. Die Seitenwände der Container 4 sind als kastenartige Elemente in Form von sogenannten Kastenträgern ausgebildet und ermöglichen ausreichende Isolierungsmaßnahmen. Die Außenwandungen 13 der Container 4 sind als Sichtwandungen ausgebildet und bestehen aus Hartholz.
- An beiden Enden des Flurbereiches 5 grenzen Treppenelemente an, nämlich ein Treppenhaus 17, z.B. mit einem Lift, an einem anderen Flurende eine Nottreppe 18. Die Wände des Treppenhauses sind als u-förmig stapelbare Seitenwandungsbereiche ausgebildet, um die modulare Bauweise des gesamten Gebäudes 1 zu fördern.
- Der im Gebäude 1 gebildete oberste Flurbereich wird durch ein die Oberseiten 20 der Holzcontainer 4 des obersten Geschosses 21 bereichsweise übergreifende Flurüberdachung überdeckt, die aus in Längsrichtung des Flurbereiches 5 aneinander angrenzenden vereinheitlichten Dachmodulen 22 oder Lichtkuppeln besteht, die jeweils eine einer Containerbreite im wesentlichen entsprechende Länge haben.

Claims (12)
- Demontierbares Gebäude (1), das aus mindestens zwei Reihen (2, 3) parallel zueinander aufgestellte Holzcontainer (4) besteht und mehrstöckig durch übereinander gestapelte Holzcontainer (4) aufgebaut ist, die Holzcontainer (4) in dem zwischen den Holzcontainern (4) liegenden Flurbereich (5) durch mindestens ein Flurelement (6) im Bereich von sich gegenüberliegenden Seiten verbunden sind und Installationsanschlusse aus dem Holzcontainerinnenraum über eine lösbare, modulare Bauweise mit zugeordneten Installationsschächten (9) verbunden sind, wobei innerhalb der Installationsschächte (9) elektrische oder Rohrleitungen verlaufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das mindestens eine zwischen den Holzcontainern (4) angeordnete, brückenartig ausgebildete Flurelement (6) die Holzcontainer (4) lösbar verbindet und dabei zumindest bereichsweise durch im Wesentlichen vertikal verlaufende, außen an den Holzcontainern (4) angeordnete Stützelemente (7) getragen wird und die Stützelemente (7) als Teil der Installationsschächte (9) ausgebildet oder in solche Schächte integriert sind. - Gebäude nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass

die Wandungen (12) der Installationsschächte (9) mit Abstand zu den Holzsäulen (10) angeordnet sind. - Gebäude nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
jeweils zwei Installationsschächte (9) paarweise aneinandergrenzend nebeneinander angeordnet sind. - Gebäude nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die mit Stützelementen (7) versehenen Installationsschächte (9) paarweise an der zum Flurbereich (5) gerichteten Stirnseite eines nicht eine Aneinanderreihung abschließenden Holzcontainers (4) an dessen beiden Seitenbereichen angeordnet sind. - Gebäude nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Installationsschächte (9) lösbar an den Wandungen (13) der Holzcontainer (4) angeordnet sind. - Gebäude nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sanitäre Einrichtungen/Anlagen innerhalb der Holzcontainer (4) in dem, dem Flurbereich (5) zugewandten Bereich angeordnet sind. - Gebäude nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Flurelemente (6) seitlich an die Containerwandungen angrenzen oder mit Abstand von den Containerwandungen befestigt sind. - Gebäude nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ein zumindest abschnittsweiser Abstand zwischen den Flurelementen und den Containerwandungen als Lichtdurchlass ausgebildet ist. - Gebäude nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
an einem ersten Flurendbereich ein Treppenhaus (17) angrenzt, das im Querschnitt u-förmige Seitenwandungsbereiche (19) umfasst, die modular entsprechend der gewählten Geschosshöhe des demontierbaren Gebäudes (1) aufeinandersetzbar sind. - Gebäude nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
an einem zweiten gegenüberliegenden Flurendbereich eine Nottreppe (18) angrenzt, die aus Nottreppen-Stockwerksmodulen gebildet sind, die entsprechend der gewählten Geschosshöhe des demontierbaren Gebäudes (1) aufeinander aufsetzbar sind. - Gebäude nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der im Gebäude (1) gebildete oberste Flurbereich durch ein die Oberseiten (20) der Holzcontainer (4) des obersten Geschosses bereichsweise übergreifenden Flurüberdachung besteht, die aus in Längsrichtung des Flurbereiches (5) aneinandergesetzten Dachmodulen (22) besteht, die jeweils eine einer Containerbreite im wesentlichen entsprechenden Länge haben.
