Abstract

La présente invention concerne une plaque de verre avec couche formant bouclier infrarouge présentant d’excellentes propriétés en terme de rayonnement visible et de transmissions en hyperfréquence et une transmittance faible des infrarouges, pouvant être appliquée sur des régions nécessitant une durabilité mécanique telles que des verres à vitres d’automobile ainsi qu’un procédé pour sa fabrication. La présente invention concerne également une plaque de verre avec couche formant bouclier infrarouge caractérisée en ce qu’elle présente un substrat en verre et , superposée sur une surface de celui-ci, une couche formant bouclier infrarouge composée d’une première couche et d’une deuxième couche disposées de manière adjacente ( première couche disposée sur le côté du substrat en verre), la première couche étant une couche épaisse de 0,2 à 2 µm présentant des microparticules ITO, de diamètre moyen des particules ≤ 100 nm, liées les unes aux autres au moyen d’une matrice d’oxyde métallique contenant de l’oxyde de silicium et de l’oxyde de titane tandis que la deuxième couche est une couche d’oxyde métallique épaisse de 0,02 à 0,3 µm contenant de l’oxyde de silicium et de l’oxyde de titane.
