Claims (15)
- Parapet de sécurité pour véhicule (10 ; 100) comprenant une pluralité de rails (18, 24, 28 ; 118, 124, 128) qui sont supportés à des hauteurs variables sur des poteaux (12 ; 112), incluant :un premier rail (18 ; 118) qui comprend une section en caisson en acier qui est supportée au niveau de chaque poteau (12 ; 112) par des moyens d'enchâssement (20, 22 ; 120; 122) à une hauteur à laquelle le parapet (10 ; 100) sera heurté par les parties inférieures d'un véhicule léger, tel qu'une petite voiture qui percute le parapet (10 ; 100), les moyens d'enchâssement (20, 22 ; 120, 122) comprenant au moins un élément de tasseau en tôle (20, 22) qui peut, en fonctionnement, plier par déformation plastique, dans lequel, dans un premier temps, les moyens d'enchâssement (20, 22 ; 120, 122) sont configurés de manière à ce qu'ils amortissent l'impact par déformation plastique lorsqu'une charge horizontale issue du véhicule qui percute le parapet (10 ; 100) est appliquée sur le rail (18 ; 118) de sorte que le premier rail (18 ; 118) est déplacé en direction des poteaux (12 ; 112), et dans un second temps, le premier rail (18 ; 118) entre en contact avec un poteau (12 ; 112) pour limiter tout autre mouvement du véhicule à travers le parapet (10 ; 100) ; etun deuxième rail (24, 124) qui est monté au-dessus du premier rail (18 ; 118) ;dans lequel les premier et deuxième rails (18, 24, 28, 118, 124, 128) s'étendent à sensiblement la même distance des poteaux (12 ; 112).
- Parapet de sécurité pour véhicule (10 ; 100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le deuxième rail (24, 124) est monté à une hauteur qui est telle qu'une surface supérieure du véhicule léger percutant percute le deuxième rail (24, 124).
- Parapet de sécurité pour véhicule selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le deuxième rail (24, 124) comprend une section en caisson en acier qui est supportée au niveau de chaque poteau par des moyens d'enchâssement (20, 22 ; 120, 122) qui sont configurés de manière à ce qu'ils plient lorsqu'une charge horizontale issue d'un véhicule qui percute le parapet est appliquée sur le rail de sorte que le deuxième rail (24, 124) est déplacé en direction des poteaux (12 ; 112).
- Parapet de sécurité pour véhicule selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le deuxième rail (24) présente une section trapézoïdale, le côté parallèle plus court faisant face à la chaussée.
- Parapet de sécurité pour véhicule selon la revendication 4, dans lequel au moins une partie du côté parallèle plus long du deuxième rail (24), qui est éloigné de la chaussée tout en lui faisant face, est ouverte.
- Parapet de sécurité pour véhicule selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de tasseau (20, 22) comporte une section verticale (20a) pour assurer une fixation solide sur le poteau (12) et une section horizontale (20b) pour assurer une fixation solide sur le rail (18, 28).
- Parapet de sécurité pour véhicule selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le tasseau (20, 22) comprend en outre une section d'interconnexion (20c) qui est attenante aux sections horizontale et verticale au niveau de parties fléchies de sorte que la déformation plastique se produise au niveau d'une ou de plusieurs des parties fléchies.
- Parapet de sécurité pour véhicule selon la revendication 7, dans lequel, lorsqu'elle est montée sur le poteau, la section d'interconnexion (20c) est positionnée selon un certain angle par rapport à la fois au poteau (12) et au rail (18, 28).
- Parapet de sécurité pour véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, dans lequel les moyens d'enchâssement comprennent une paire de tasseaux (20, 22) qui sont montés sur le poteau (12) l'un au-dessus de l'autre, un tasseau inférieur (20) supportant le rail (18, 28) depuis le dessous et un tasseau supérieur (22) supportant le rail depuis le dessus.
- Parapet de sécurité pour véhicule selon la revendication 9, dans lequel les deux tasseaux (20, 22) présentent les mêmes dimensions et sont montés selon la même orientation.
- Parapet de sécurité pour véhicule selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le deuxième rail (124) est un autre rail qui comporte des moyens d'enchâssement de support susceptibles de plier (20, 22) de même construction que pour le premier rail (18 ; 118) ou d'une construction similaire.
- Parapet de sécurité pour véhicule selon la revendication 11, dans lequel la section en caisson en acier du premier (118) rail et/ou du deuxième rail (124) est une section carrée.
- Parapet de sécurité pour véhicule selon la revendication 11, dans lequel la section en caisson en acier est rectangulaire.
- Parapet de sécurité pour véhicule selon la revendication 13, dans lequel la section en caisson rectangulaire est orientée de sorte que le côté plus long du rectangle est horizontal.
- Parapet de sécurité pour véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent, dans lequel un troisième rail (28, 128) est prévu de sorte qu'il soit monté au-dessus des premier et deuxième rails.
