Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kfz-Dachantenne gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
- Zum elektrischen Verbinden von einer Kfz-Dachantenne, die mehrere Antennen aufweiset, beispielsweise eine Mobilfunkantenne und eine GPS-Antenne, mit entsprechenden Geräten, wie beispielsweise einem Mobilfunkgerät und einem GPS-Empfänger, ist es bisher üblich, aus dem Gehäuse der Kfz-Dachantenne Kabel herauszuführen, die an ihren freien Enden mit entsprechenden Koaxialverbindem versehen sind. Diese Koaxialverbinder werden dann separat und einzeln mit komplementären Koaxialverbindern von zu den Geräten weiterführenden Kabeln verbunden. Diese Art der elektrischen Verbindung ist jedoch aufwändig und kostenintensiv.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Kfz-Dachantenne der o.g. Art bzgl. Montage und elektrischem Kontakt zu verbessern.
- Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine Kfz-Dachantenne der o.g. Art mit den in Anspruch 1 gekennzeichneten Merkmalen gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den weiteren Ansprüchen beschrieben.
- Bei einer Kfz-Dachantenne der o.g. Art ist es erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass die ersten Koaxialsteckverbinder in einem Steckinterface am Antennengehäuse befestigt sind und dass jeder zweite Koaxialsteckverbinder in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Steckrichtung bewegbar in dem Gehäuse angeordnet ist und über wenigstens ein elektrisch isolierendes, elastisches Federelement mit wenigstens einem weiteren zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder elastisch federnd verbunden ist, wobei das elastische Federelement derart angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, dass die zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder an der jeweiligen vorbestimmten Position bis auf Toleranzabweichungen vorpositioniert sind und von dieser Stelle in der Ebene senkrecht zur Steckrichtung elastisch federnd auslenkbar sind.
- Dies hat den Vorteil, dass die zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder elastisch schwimmend aufgehängt sind. Dadurch werden toleranzbedingte Abweichungen zwischen den Positionen der zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder des Steckverbinders der Kfz-Dachantenne und den ersten Koaxialsteckverbindern in dem Antennengehäuse der Kfz-Dachantenne beim Einstecken des Steckverbinders in das Steckinterface des Antennengehäuses durch elastische Auslenkung der zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder des Steckverbinders automatisch ausgeglichen. Somit ist trotz toleranzbedingter Abweichungen der jeweiligen Positionen ein guter elektrischer Kontakt zwischen den jeweiligen zweiten Koaxialsteckverbindern des Steckverbinders und den ersten Koaxialsteckverbindern des Antennengehäuses sichergestellt.
- Um einen möglichst flexiblen Toleranzausgleich zur Verfügung zu stellen, sind die zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder in dem Gehäuse derart bewegbar angeordnet, dass die Bewegbarkeit der zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder in der Ebene senkrecht zur Steckrichtung ein Verkippen und/oder ein translatorisches Parallelverschieben der Längsachsen der zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder umfasst.
- Zweckmäßigerweise ist jeder Koaxialsteckverbinder mit einem Innenleiter und einem Außenleiter ausgebildet.
- Zur Weiterleitung von Signalen über den Steckverbinder ist jeder zweite Koaxialsteckverbinder mit einem Signalleiterelement verbunden, welches jeweils einen zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder mit einer Anschlussstelle für ein Kabel elektrisch verbindet.
- Beispielsweise ist jedes Signalleiterelement als Koaxialleitung oder Streifenleitung ausgebildet und weist optional eine elektrische Abschirmung auf.
- In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind alle Signalleiterelemente ausgehend von dem jeweiligen zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder in einer Ebene rechtwinklig zur Steckrichtung verlaufend angeordnet, wobei jedes Signalleiterelement als starres Bauteil ausgebildet und in seinem Gehäuse eine solche Ausnehmung aufweist, dass jedes Signalleiterelement zusammen mit dem zugehörigen Kontaktelement in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Steckrichtung bewegbar ist.
- Zweckmäßigerweise ist jeder zweite Koaxialsteckverbinder von einer elektrisch isolierenden Hülse umgeben, die jeweils über ein elektrisch isolierendes, elastisches Federelement mit einer Hülse eines benachbarten zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinders elastisch federnd verbunden ist, wobei die Federelemente in einer Querschnittsebene senkrecht zur Steckrichtung beispielsweise Ω-förmig und Hülsen und Federelemente miteinander einstückig zu einem Federgehäuse ausgebildet sind.
- Am Gehäuse sind erste Rastmittel und an jedem Federelement zweite Rastmittel ausgebildet, die zusammenwirkend mit den ersten Rastmitteln die Federelemente und mit diesen die elektrischen Kontaktelemente am Gehäuse fixieren.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform umfasst jedes erste Rastmittel eine elastisch federnde Lasche, die sich in Steckrichtung von dem Gehäuse erhebt und eine Ausnehmung aufweist, wobei jedes zweite Rastmittel eine Rastnase umfasst, die sich senkrecht zur Steckrichtung von dem jeweiligen Federelement erhebt und in die Ausnehmung der federnden Lasche des ersten Rastmittels passt.
- Eine mechanische Kodierung, die ein unerwünschtes falsches Einstecken des erfindungsgemäßen Steckverbinders verhindert, wird dadurch zur Verfügung gestellt, dass wenigstens eine der Laschen der ersten Rastmittel des Gehäuses eine andere Breite als die übrigen Laschen aufweist.
- Zum Haltern des Steckverbinders in eingestecktem Zustand erheben sich vom Gehäuse in Steckrichtung wenigstens zwei, insbesondere drei, voneinander beabstandete Rastzapfen mit jeweiliger Rastnase, die zum Einrasten in das Antennengehäuse ausgebildet sind.

- Die aus den
Fig. 1a und1b ersichtliche Kfz-Antenne 100 umfasst ein Antennengehäuse 110, dessen Deckel zur besseren Übersichtlichkeit und Anschaulichkeit nicht dargestellt ist, und einen Steckverbinder 200. An dem Antennengehäuse 110 sind eine Mobilfunkantenne (nicht dargestellt) und eine GPS-Antenne (nicht dargestellt) befestigt. Für jede der Antennen ist jeweils ein erster Koaxialsteckverbinder 114 in einem Steckinterface des Antennengehäuses 110 vorgesehen, wobei die Koaxialsteckverbinder 114 starr am Antennengehäuse 110 befestigt sind. Deren Sollposition ist durch ein Sollmaß vorgegeben, wobei jedoch toleranzbedingte Abweichungen von dieser Sollposition vorhanden sind. Der Steckverbinder 200 dient zum elektrischen Verbinden der Antennen durch ein Kfz-Dach hindurch mit entsprechenden Geräten, in diesem Beispiel mit einem Mobilfunkgerät und einem GPS-Empfänger, wobei sich das Antennengehäuse 110 außen auf dem Dach und der Steckverbinder 200 innen in einem Fahrgastraum des Kraftfahrzeugs befindet. - Der in
Fig. 1a bis 2 und6 dargestellte Steckverbinder 200 umfasst ein Gehäuse 210, drei Signalleiterelemente 212, drei zweite Koaxialsteckverbinder 214 sowie ein Federgehäuse 216. Mit Pfeil 222 ist eine Steckrichtung gekennzeichnet, in die der Steckverbinder 200 in das Steckinterface des Antennengehäuses 110 einsteckbar ist. Diese Steckrichtung 222 steht in diesem Beispiel im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu einer von dem Gehäuse 210 definierten Ebene, so dass es sich um einen Winkelstecker handelt. Dies ermöglicht eine geringe Bauhöhe innerhalb des Fahrgastraumes des Kraftfahrzeuges. Die ersten und zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder 114, 214 stecken ineinander, wenn der Steckverbinder 200 in das Steckinterface am Antennengehäuse 110 eingesteckt ist. Dadurch stellen die ersten und zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder 114, 214 einen elektrischen Kontakt durch das Kfz-Dach hindurch her und verbinden die Antennen elektrisch mit den zu den Geräten weiterführenden Kabeln. - Wie insbesondere auch aus
Fig. 4 ersichtlich, sind die Koaxialsteckverbinder mit Innenleiter 218 und Außenleiter 220 ausgebildet. Die Signalleiterelemente 212 sind jeweils als Streifenleitung ausgebildet, die sich in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Steckrichtung 222 erstrecken und jeweils einen Koaxialsteckverbinder 214 mit einem Kabelanschluss 224 an einem kabelseitigen Ende 226 des Steckverbinders 200 verbinden. Beispielsweise sind die Streifenleitungen 212 mit drei sandwichartig übereinander gestapelten Leiterbahnen ausgebildet, wobei die mittlere Leiterbahn das von den Antennen kommende elektrische HF-Signal überträgt und die beiden äußeren Bahnen zur elektrischen Abschirmung des Signalleiters mit Masse verbunden sind. - Das Gehäuse umfasst, wie insbesondere in
Fig. 3 dargestellt, Ausnehmungen 228 zur Aufnahme jeweils einer der Streifenleitungen 212. Diese Ausnehmungen 228 sind derart dimensioniert, dass sich die Streifenleitungen 212 in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Steckrichtung 222 bewegen können. Von einem Boden des Gehäuses 200 erheben sich erste Rastmittel 230 in Form von elastisch federnden Laschen mit jeweiliger Ausnehmung 232. Ebenfalls vom Boden des Gehäuses 200 erheben sich Rastzapfen 234 mit jeweiligen Rastnasen 236, welche zum Einrasten in das Steckinterface bzw. das Antennengehäuse 210 ausgebildet sind, um das Gehäuse 200 mechanisch mit dem Antennengehäuse 210 zu verbinden. Weiterhin sind am kabelseitigen Ende 226 des Gehäuses 210 elastisch federnde Rastlaschen 238 ausgebildet, die zum Befestigen der Streifenleitungen 212 mit dem Gehäuse 210 am kabelseitigen Ende 226 vorgesehen sind, wie insbesondere ausFig. 2 ersichtlich. - Das aus den
Fig. 5 und7 bis 9 detaillierter ersichtliche Federgehäuse 216 umfasst drei Hülsen 240 aus elektrisch isolierendem Werkstoff, die jeweils einen der zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder 214 umgeben. Die Hülsen 240 sind an einer der Steckrichtung 222 zugewandten Seite an ihrem Umfang mit einer Fase 242 versehen, die als Fangbereich für die ersten Koaxialsteckverbinder 114 im Steckinterface des Antennengehäuses 110 beim Einstecken des Steckverbinders 200 in das Steckinterface dienen. Die Hülsen 240 sind über elastisch federnde Federelemente 244 miteinander derart verbunden, dass sie zusammen mit den Federelementen die Federhülse 216 ausbilden, welche einerseits die zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder 214 an einer vorbestimmten Position gemäß Sollmaß (Sollposition) hält und andererseits eine elastische Auslenkung der Hülsen 240 und damit der zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder 214 relativ zueinander erlaubt, so dass sich die zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder 214 an toleranzbedingte Abweichungen der Position der ersten Koaxialsteckverbinder 114 von deren Sollposition, welche starr in dem Steckinterface des Antennengehäuses 110 angeordnet sind, durch entsprechende Bewegung von der Sollposition gemäß Sollmaß weg anpassen können. Mit anderen Worten ermöglicht der Steckverbinder 200 ein gleichzeitiges Einstecken von den zweiten separaten Koaxialsteckverbindem 214 in die ersten Koaxialsteckverbinder 114, ohne dass die ersten Koaxialsteckverbinder 114 mit übermäßigen Anforderungen an eine geringe Toleranz der Positionierung in dem Steckinterface des Antennengehäuses 110 angeordnet sein müssen. Dies spart Kosten und Herstellungsaufwand durch geringere Toleranzanforderungen bzw. größere zulässige Toleranzabweichungen vom Sollmaß bzw. der Sollposition der zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder 214 und ersten Koaxialsteckverbinder 114. Die Hülsen 240 und Federelemente 244 bilden das Federgehäuse 216 und sind einstückig miteinander ausgebildet. - Die die Hülsen 240 elastisch federnd verbindenden Federelemente 244 sind im Querschnitt senkrecht zur Steckrichtung 222 im Wesentlichen Ω-förmig ausgebildet und tragen an ihrer Außenseite zweite Rastmittel 246 in Form von Rastnasen, die in die Ausnehmungen 232 der Laschen 230 passen. Durch diese Anordnung können die zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder 214 zwar in der Ebene senkrecht zur Steckrichtung 222 elastisch federnd aus der Sollposition ausgelenkt werden, sind jedoch entlang der Steckrichtung 222 fixiert.
- Bei der Montage des Steckverbinders 200 wird zunächst das Federgehäuse 216 über die zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder 214 geschoben, so dass jede Hülse 240 einen der zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder 214 aufnimmt, wie aus
Fig. 4 und5 ersichtlich. Danach werden die Streifenleitungen 212 in die Ausnehmungen 228 des Gehäuses 210 entgegen der Steckrichtung 222 eingeschoben, bis die Rastlaschen 238 des Gehäuses 210 über den Streifenleitungen 212 und die Rastnasen 246 der Federelemente 244 des Federgehäuses 216 in den Ausnehmungen 232 der Laschen 230 einrasten, womit die jeweiligen Anordnungen aus zweitem Koaxialsteckverbinder 214, Streifenleitung 212 und Kabelanschluss 224 einerseits mit dem Gehäuse 210 verbunden sind, sich jedoch andererseits die zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder 214 relativ zueinander durch den Freigang der Streifenleitungen 212 in den Ausnehmungen 228 und die elastische Federwirkung der Federelemente 244 in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Steckrichtung 222 in der Größenordnung von Toleranzabweichungen von der Sollposition weg bewegen können. - Wie insbesondere aus
Fig. 2 und6 ersichtlich, weisen die Laschen 230 unterschiedliche Breiten auf. Durch entsprechende Ausnehmungen im Steckinterface des Antennengehäuses 110 steht dadurch eine mechanische Kodierung zur Verfügung, die ein verdreht falsches Einstecken des Steckverbinders 200 in das Steckinterface des Antennengehäuses 110 verhindert. Somit ist sicher gestellt, dass immer der richtige zweite Koaxialsteckverbinder 214 des Steckverbinders 200 auf den richtigen ersten Koaxialsteckverbinder 114 im Steckinterfase des Antennengehäuses 110 trifft. - Die elektrische Verbindung zwischen der Antenne und dem jeweiligen Endgerät, in diesem Beispiel Mobilfunktelefon und GPS-Empfänger, erfolgt direkt durch Einstecken des Steckverbinders 200 in das Steckinterface der Kfz-Dachantenne 100. Hierbei werden die jeweiligen Koaxialsteckverbinder für Mobilfunkantenne und GPS-Antenne gleichzeitig zusammen gesteckt. Eine zusätzliche Kabelverbindung kann entfallen. Die ersten Koaxialsteckverbinder 114 sind jeweils direkt mit der zugehörigen Antenne verbunden. Neben einer Verbesserung der Signalübertragung durch weniger Stossstellen im Signalweg ergibt sich eine vereinfachte Montage, da die jeweiligen Paare von ersten und zweiten Koaxialsteckverbindem 114, 214 für die verschiedenen Antennen nicht jeweils separat zusammen gesteckt werden müssen.
Claims (15)
- Kfz-Dachantenne mit einem Antennengehäuse (110), in dem wenigstens zwei Antennen angeordnet sind, wobei jeder Antenne ein erster Koaxialsteckverbinder (114) zugeordnet ist, und mit einem Steckverbinder (200), welcher ein Gehäuse (210) und eine der Anzahl der ersten Koaxialsteckverbinder (114) entsprechende Anzahl von zweiten Koaxialsteckverbindem (214) aufweist, die an einer Steckseite des Gehäuses (210) an vorbestimmten Positionen und mit jeweiliger Längsachse parallel zu einer Steckrichtung (222) des Steckverbinders (200) ausgerichtet angeordnet sind, wobei jeder zweite Koaxialsteckverbinder (214) einem ersten Koaxialsteckverbinder (114) zugeordnet und in diesen einsteckbar ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die ersten Koaxialsteckverbinder (114) in einem Steckinterface am Antennengehäuse (110) befestigt sind, und dass jeder zweite Koaxialsteckverbinder (214) in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Steckrichtung (222) bewegbar in dem Gehäuse (210) angeordnet ist und über wenigstens ein elektrisch isolierendes, elastisches Federelement (244) mit wenigstens einem weiteren zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder (214) elastisch federnd verbunden ist, wobei das elastische Federelement (244) derart angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, dass die zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder (214) an der jeweiligen vor bestimmten Position bis auf Toleranzabweichungen vorpositioniert sind und von dieser Stelle in der Ebene senkrecht zur Steckrichtung (222) elastisch federnd auslenkbar sind. - Kfz-Dachantenne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder (214) in dem Gehäuse (210) derart bewegbar angeordnet sind, dass die Bewegbarkeit der zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder (214) in der Ebene senkrecht zur Steckrichtung (222) ein Verkippen und/oder ein translatorisches Parallelverschieben der Längsachsen der zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder (214) umfasst.
- Kfz-Dachantenne nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Koaxialsteckverbinder (114, 214) mit einem Innenleiter (218) und einem Außenleiter (220) ausgebildet ist.
- Kfz-Dachantenne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder zweite Koaxialsteckverbinder (214) mit einem Signalleiterelement (212) verbunden ist, welches jeweils einen zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder (214) mit einer Anschlussstelle (224) für ein Kabel elektrisch verbindet.
- Kfz-Dachantenne nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Signalleiterelement (212) als Koaxialleitung oder Streifenleitung ausgebildet ist.
- Kfz-Dachantenne nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Signalleiterelement (212) mit einer elektrischen Abschirmung ausgebildet ist.
- Kfz-Dachantenne nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Signalleiterelemente (212) ausgehend von dem jeweiligen zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinder (214) in einer Ebene rechtwinklig zur Steckrichtung (222) verlaufend angeordnet sind.
- Kfz-Dachantenne nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Signalleiterelement (212) als starres Bauteil ausgebildet ist und in seinem Gehäuse (210) eine solche Ausnehmung (228) aufweist, dass jedes Signalleiterelement (212) zusammen mit dem zugehörigen Kontaktelement (214) in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Steckrichtung (222) bewegbar ist.
- Kfz-Dachantenne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder zweite Koaxialsteckverbinder (214) von einer elektrisch isolierenden Hülse (240) umgeben ist, die jeweils über ein elektrisch isolierendes, elastisches Federelement (244) mit einer Hülse (240) eines benachbarten zweiten Koaxialsteckverbinders (214) elastisch federnd verbunden ist.
- Kfz-Dachantenne nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federelemente (244) in einer Querschnittsebene senkrecht zur Steckrichtung (222) Ω-förmig ausgebildet sind.
- Kfz-Dachantenne nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Hülsen (240) und Federelemente (244) miteinander einstückig zu einem Federgehäuse (216) ausgebildet sind.
- Kfz-Dachantenne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Gehäuse (210) erste Rastmittel (230) und an jedem Federelement (244) zweite Rastmittel (246) ausgebildet sind, die zusammenwirkend mit den ersten Rastmitteln (230) die Federelemente (244) am Gehäuse (210) fixieren.
- Kfz-Dachantenne nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes erste Rastmittel (230) eine elastisch federnde Lasche umfasst, die sich in Steckrichtung von dem Gehäuse (210) erhebt und eine Ausnehmung (232) aufweist, wobei jedes zweite Rastmittel (246) eine Rastnase umfasst, die sich senkrecht zur Steckrichtung (222) von dem jeweiligen Federelement (244) erhebt und in die Ausnehmung (232) der federnden Lasche (230) des ersten Rastmittels passt.
- Kfz-Dachantenne nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der Laschen (230) der ersten Rastmittel des Gehäuses (210) eine andere Breite als die übrigen Laschen (230) aufweist.
- Kfz-Dachantenne nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich vom Gehäuse (210) in Steckrichtung (222) wenigstens zwei, insbesondere drei, voneinander beabstandete Rastzapfen (234) mit jeweiliger Rastnase (236) erheben, die zum Einrasten in das Antennengehäuse (110) ausgebildet sind.
