Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) für das automatische Schneiden eines Brotes in Scheiben, umfassend ein Gestell (1a), einen Einlegeraum (2) in der Vorrichtung für ein zu schneidendes Brot und einen Entnahmeraum (3) der Vorrichtung für das geschnittene Brot, wobei jeder ein im Wesentlichen ebenes Bett (2a, 3a) umfasst, wobei die Vorrichtung außerdem einen Satz Brotschneidemesser (4), die zwischen dem Einlege- (2) und dem Entnahmeraum (3) im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander angeordnet sind, und einen Stößel (5) umfasst, der angeordnet ist, um in dem Einlegeraum zwischen einer ersten Position (a1), in der ein Brot in diesen Raum eingelegt werden kann und einer zweiten Position (a2), die an den Satz Messer angrenzt, aus der das geschnittene Brot aus dem Entnahmeraum entnommen werden kann, verschoben werden kann; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung mindestens eine erste Palette (6a, 6b) umfasst, die mit einem ersten Mittel (9) verbunden ist, das einen ersten Motor umfasst und angeordnet ist, um dank der Wirkung des ersten Motors jede Palette in dem Entnahmeraum, im Wesentlichen parallel zu seinem Bett und quer in der Richtung der Verschiebung des Stößels (5), zwischen einer ersten Position (b1), in der jede Palette an eine Seitenkante des Bettes angrenzt, und einer zweiten Position (b2) in der jede Palette mit dem Brot während dessen Schnitts in Berührung kommt, zu verschieben.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Mittel (9) angeordnet ist, um sich in einer Schiene (10) frei verschieben zu lassen, die am Gestell (1a) unter dem Bett (3a) des Entnahmeraumes (3), im Wesentlichen parallel zum Satz der Schneidemesser (4), befestigt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einlege- (2) und der Entnahmeraum (3) jeweils eine Seitenwand (7a, 7b) umfassen, die in einem Winkel von mindestens 90° relativ zu ihrem jeweiligen Bett (2a, 3a) geneigt ist, und dass sie eine einzige erste Palette (6a) umfasst, wobei die Vorrichtung so angeordnet ist, dass die erste Position (b1) dieser ersten Palette (6a) an die Seitenkante des Bettes (3a) des Entnahmeraumes angrenzt, die der Seitenwand (7b) gegenüberliegt.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Mittel (9) mindestens eine Zahnstange (9a, 9b) umfasst, wobei jede Zahnstange an einer ersten anderen Palette (6a, 6b) befestigt ist, ein Zahnrad (9c), dessen Zähne mit denen einer jeden Zahnstange (9a, 9b) zusammenwirkt, wobei der eine erste Motor angeordnet ist, um das Zahnrad (9c) durch einen Antrieb in eine Drehbewegung zu versetzen, so dass jede erste Palette (6a, 6b) zwischen ihrer jeweiligen ersten (b1) und zweiten (b2) Position verschoben wird.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei erste Paletten (6a, 6b) und zwei Zahnstangen (9a, 9b) umfasst, von denen jede an einer ersten Palette (6a, 6b) befestigt ist und die beiden zueinander im Wesentlichen parallel auf beiden Seiten des Zahnrades (9c) angeordnet sind, und ein erster Motor angeordnet ist, um dieses Zahnrad (9c) durch einen Antrieb in eine Drehbewegung zu versetzen, durch deren Richtung die Annäherung oder Entfernung der ersten Paletten (6a, 6b) in Bezug zueinander bestimmt wird.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein zweites Mittel umfasst, das an den ersten Motor gekoppelt und das angeordnet ist, um die Unterbrechung des Betriebs des Motors zu verursachen, wenn jede der ersten Paletten (6a, 6b) an ihrer ersten (b1) oder zweiten (b2) Position angekommen ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen ersten Schalter (11) umfasst, der angeordnet ist, um den ersten Motor in Betrieb zu setzen, wenn er durch das Brot während dessen Schnitt so eingeschaltet wird, dass jede erste Palette (6a, 6b) von ihrer ersten Position (b1) aus zu ihrer zweiten Position (b2) verschoben wird und um den Motor erneut in Betrieb zu setzen, wenn der erste Schalter durch die Entnahme des geschnittenen Brotes aus dem Entnahmeraum (3) so ausgeschaltet wird, dass jede erste Palette (6a, 6b) von ihrer zweiten Position (b2) aus zu ihrer ersten Position (b1) verschoben wird.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Schalter (11) in Höhe der Bettes des Entnahmeraumes (3) angeordnet ist, und zwar in einem vorbestimmten Abstand vom Satz der Messer (4).
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stößel (5) durch einen zweiten Motor betätigt wird und dass dieser Letztere an ein drittes Mittel gekoppelt ist, das angeordnet ist, um den Abstand zu ermitteln, das den Stößel (5) von dem Satz der Messer (4) trennt, wenn dieser Stößel (5) das zu schneidende Brot berührt, und um den ersten Motor in Betrieb zu setzen, so dass die Verschiebung der ersten Paletten (6a, 6b) von ihrer ersten Position (b1) aus zu ihrer zweiten Position (b2) verursacht wird, wenn der Stößel (5) nachher einen vorbestimmten Bruchteil dieses Abstandes zurückgelegt hat und dass sie ein viertes Mittel umfasst, das angeordnet ist, um den ersten Motor erneut in Betrieb zu setzen, so dass die Verschiebung der ersten Paletten (6a, 6b) in der entgegengesetzten Richtung verursacht wird, wenn das geschnittene Brot aus dem Entnahmeraum entnommen wird.
