Claims (15)

  1. Konditionierungsverpackung für Schweißstäbe, umfassend einen langgezogenen Körper (1), der ein inneres Volumen (3) umfasst, das für die Aufnahme der Schweißstäbe geeignet und ausgebildet ist, und eine Kappe (2), die mit dem Körper (1) durch ein Scharnier verbunden ist, das ein flexibles Band (4) umfasst, mit dessen Hilfe die Kappe (2) relativ zu dem Körper (1) in Translation und Schwenkung beweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Band (4) mindestens ein erstes (4a) oder ein zweites (4b) freies Ende umfasst für das Zusammenwirken mit Führungsmitteln (5; 5a, 5b), die von dem Körper (1) oder der Kappe (2) getragen werden, derart, dass eine Translationsbewegung der Kappe (2) relativ zu dem Körper (1) gestattet ist.
  2. Verpackung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (4) ein zweites Ende (4b) umfasst, das an der Kappe (2) oder an dem Körper (1) befestigt ist.
  3. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Band (4) ein erstes Ende (4a) umfasst, das an der Kappe (2) befestigt ist, und ein zweites freies Ende (4b) umfasst, das mit Führungsmitteln zusammenwirkt, die von dem Körper (1) getragen werden, oder umgekehrt.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (4) ein erstes freies Ende (4a) und ein zweites freies Ende (4b) umfasst, das mit Führungsmitteln (5; 5a; 5b) zusammenwirkt, die von dem Körper (1) und von der Kappe (2) getragen werden.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (5; 5a; 5b) eine oder mehrere Führungsschienen oder mindestens einen Sitz (6) umfassen.
  6. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (5; 5a; 5b) eine oder mehrere Führungsschienen umfassen, die ausgebildet sind, um das flexible Band (4) während seiner Translationsbewegungen zu halten.
  7. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (5; 5a; 5b) mindestens einen Sitz (6) umfassen, der in der Wand des Körpers (1) oder in der Wand der Kappe (2) gebildet ist, wobei mindestens ein freies Ende (4a, 4b) des flexiblen Bandes (4) angepasst ist, um im Inneren des mindestens einen Sitzes (6) zu gleiten.
  8. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Band (4) mindestens einen Anschlag (14; 20) aufweist und dass der mindestens eine Sitz (6) mindestens einen Gegenanschlag (16; 21) aufweist, wobei der mindestens eine Anschlag (14; 20) des flexiblen Bandes (4) mit dem mindestens einen Gegenanschlag (16; 21) des Körpers (1) oder der Kappe (2) zum Zusammenwirken kommt, um ein vollständiges Herausziehen des flexiblen Bandes (4) aus dem Sitz (6), der von dem Körper (1) oder der Kappe (2) getragen wird, zu verhindern, wenn die Kappe (2) einer Translationsbewegung von dem Körper (1) weg unterliegt.
  9. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (1), die Kappe (2) und das flexible Band (4) aus Kunststoff sind.
  10. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Band (4) eine Länge zwischen 2 und 15 cm und eine Breite zwischen 0,5 und 5,8 cm hat.
  11. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Band (4) mit der Kappe (2) aus einem Stück geformt ist.
  12. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Band (4) im Inneren des mindestens einen Sitzes (6) entlang der Achse (AA) des Körpers (1) gleitet.
  13. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die schwenkbare Kappe (2) an ihrer Innenwand erste Befestigungsmittel (8) umfasst, die geeignet und ausgebildet sind für das Zusammenwirken mit zweiten Befestigungsmitteln (9), die von dem Körper (1) getragen werden, derart, dass sie die Kappe (2) fest mit dem Körper (1) verbunden halten, wenn das flexible Band (4) vollständig oder nahezu vollständig in den mindestens einen Sitz (6) eingepasst ist, wobei die ersten Befestigungsmittel (8) und die zweiten Befestigungsmittel (9) bevorzugt eine oder mehrere Rillen umfassen, die mit einer oder mehreren radial vorspringenden Lippen zusammenwirken.
  14. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der langgezogene Körper (1) einen Boden (10) und eine Öffnung (7) aufweist, wobei die Kappe (2) geeignet und ausgebildet ist, um die Öffnung (7) zu verschließen oder, umgekehrt, freizugeben.
  15. Verwendung einer Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zur Konditionierung von Schweißstäben.
