Claims (21)

  1. Verfahren zum Verpacken von mit einem flüssigen oder nichtflüssigen, Nahrungsmittel oder Nicht-Nahrungsmittel, sterilen oder nichtsterilen Produkt gefüllten flexiblen Beuteln (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass :
    - ein Verpackungskarton (7) auf ein Einführungsrohr (12) gesteckt wird, das sich im wesentlichen über die ganze Höhe in diesem Verpackungskarton (7) erstreckt ;
    - ab einer Station zum Zuführen von flexiblen Beuteln (1) ein solcher flexibler Beutel (1) durch einen Trichter (10) und das, die Verlängerung dieses letzteren bildende Einführungsrohr (12) hindurch in den besagten Verpackungskarton (7) fällt;
    - der den flexiblen Beutel (1) enthaltende Verpackungskarton (7) von dem Einführungsrohr (12) entfernt wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verpackungskarton (7) während einem ersten Schritt und ab einem Kartonausschnitt (13) um das einen Gestaltungskern bildende Einführungsrohr (12) vorgeformt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass um einen flexiblen Beutel (1) in einen Verpackungskarton (7) zu führen, dieser letztere in einer geneigten Lage ankommt.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der flexible Beutel (1) während seiner Einführung einem im wesentlichen parabelförmigen Weg ausgesetzt wird und der Trichter (10) durch Neigung des Verpackungskartons (7) in einer geneigten Richtung nahe der Tangente an den besagten Weg des flexiblen Beutels (1) angebracht wird.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verpackungskarton (7) durch Steuermittel für die Axialverschiebung des Trichters (10) und dessen Einführungsrohres (12) nach einer senkrechten Verschiebung auf den Weg des flexiblen Beutels (1) gebracht wird.
  6. Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Mittel zur Steuerung der Verschiebung je nach dem Fall verwendet werden, um den Verpackungskarton (7) bezüglich des Einführungsrohres (12) einzuführen oder zu entfernen.
  7. Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einführung der gefüllten flexiblen Beutel (1) in den Verpackungskarton (7) im Fluge erfolgt.
  8. Verfahren nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackungskartons (7) einem kontinuierlichen Drehbewegung ausgesetzt werden.
  9. Anlage zur Verpackung von mit einem flüssigen oder nichtflüssigen, Nährungsmittel oder Nicht-Nährungsmittel, sterilen oder nichtsterilen Produkt gefüllten flexiblen Beuteln (1), zur Anwendung des Verfahrens nach irgendeinem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine Verpackugnseinheit (4), die eine flexible Beutelzuführstation (17), eine Station (8) zum Zuführen von vorgeformten Verpackungskartons (7) oder Kartonausschnitten (13), eine Ladungsstation (9) und eine Abfertigungs- und/oder Entfernungsstation (15) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens im Bereich der Ladungsstation (9) ein Einführungsrohr (12) umfasst, das geeignet vorgesehen ist, im wesentlichen über die ganze Höhe in einen Verpackungskarton (7) eingeführt zu werden und die Verlängerung eines Trichters (10) bildet, durch den hindurch ein flexibler Beutel (1) geeignet vorgesehen ist, in den besagten Verpackungskarton (7) gebracht zu werden.
  10. Anlage nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (21) zum Aufnehmen eines Kartons (7) umfasst, um diesen letzteren auf das Einführungsrohr (12) zu stecken und ihm danach davon zu entfernen.
  11. Anlage nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmemittel (21) geeignet vorgesehen sind, die Aufnahme eines Kartonausschnitts (13) im Bereich einer Zufuhrstation (8) zu sichern und das Falten dieses letzteren auf das einen Gestaltungskern bildende Einführungsrohr (12) zu erlauben.
  12. Anlage nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen dank Kippungsmittel (22) wenigstens in Neigung beweglichen Träger (20) umfasst, auf dem der Trichter (10) gelagert ist, der durch ein Einführungsrohr (12) verlängert ist, um einen Verpackungskarton (7) in einer geneigten Lage zuzuführen.
  13. Anlage nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zur Steuerung der Axialverschiebung des Trichters (10) und des Einführungsrohres (12) umfasst.
  14. Anlage nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als ein Drehtisch (5) augstaltet ist, der mit mehreren identischen Stationen (18) versehen ist, die um eine gleiche Drehachse (19) verteilt und geeignet sind, nach einander die Zufuhrstation (8), die Ladungsstation (9) und die Abfertigungs- und/oder Entfernungsstation (15) zu definieren, wobei jede Station (18) einerseits einen mit Kippmitteln (22) versehenen Träger, auf dem ein durch ein Einführungsrohr (12) verlängerter Trichter (10) gelagert ist, und andererseits Mittel (21) zum Aufnemen je nach dem Fall eines vorgeformten Kartons (7) oder eines Kartonauschnitts (13) umfasst.
  15. Anlage nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Station (18) geeignet vorgesehen ist, mit Mitteln zur Steuerung der Axialverschienung des Trichters (10) und des Einführungsrohres (12) nach einer senkrechten Verschiebung oder einer Verschiebung mit einer senkrechten Komponente versehen zu werden.
  16. Anlage nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Station (18) ebenfalls zusätzliche Mittel zum Schließen des Kartons nach der Füllung und/oder Mittel, um den besagten Karton (7) bei dem Schließen mit einem Handgriff zu versehen, umfasst.
  17. Anlage nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie der linearen Art ist.
  18. Anlage nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 9 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Station zum Zuführen von flexiblen Beuteln (1) aus einem Förderband (16) bestehet, das geeignet ist, das Zuführen und das Abführen eines flexiblen Beutels (1) zu sichern, indem diesem ein Weg verleiht wird, den der Trichter (10) im wesentlichen berührt und auf dessen Einführungsrohr (12) ein in einer geneigten Lage zugeführter Verpackungskarton (7) aufgesteckt wird.
  19. Anlage nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kippmittel (22), genau wie die Aufnahmemittel (21), sogar die Abfertigungsmittel, durch konzentrisch um die Achse (19) des Drehtisches (5) verteilte Nocken, wie feste oder bewegliche Nocken, gesteuert werden.
  20. Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 14, 15, 16, 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehung des besagten Drehtisches (5) kontinuierlich ist.
  21. Anlage nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 14 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenoberfläche des Trichters (10) und/oder des Einführungsrohres (12) behandelt ist, um das Gleiten des flexiblen Beutels (1) während dessen Fallen zu verbessern.
