Definitions
- the invention relates to a kitchen extractor according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the Lucas Inc. Wrasenstrom is cleaned in the filter element.
- the filter element separates a portion of the entrained in the air flow fat.
- the deposited fraction is dependent on the inflow velocity, since the inflow velocity determines a residence time of the air flow in the filter element. If the flow velocity is too high, fat particles are entrained by the air flow through the filter element.
- the object of the invention is in particular to provide a generic kitchen extractor with a particularly homogeneous profile of the flow velocity, without affecting a fat absorption capacity or an effective filter area of the filter element.
- the object is achieved by the features of claim 1, while advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention can be taken from the subclaims.
- the invention is based on a kitchen extractor with at least one flat, arranged in a Wrasenfangle filter element which is arranged in an air flow which can be generated by a fan.
- At least one means for homogenizing the air flow is arranged in the direction of the air flow after the filter element.
- cost-effective, continuous single-layer filter elements with homogeneous fill can be used. It can filter elements with uniformly high, be used over an entire surface of the filter element constant fat absorption capacity, the effective filter surface is not affected by arranged in front of the filter element or filter element in the panels or sheets. Areas with excessive flow velocities, in which fat particles are entrained by the air flow through the filter element, can be safely avoided.
- the kitchen extractor device can be designed, for example, as a freestanding kitchen or as an extractor hood integrated into a fitted kitchen.
- the sabot and the filter element may be fixed or extendable.
- a measure of a homogeneity of the flow velocity in particular a gradient of an absolute value or of an absolute square of a vector field describing the flow velocity on an underside of the filter element can be used, wherein a small value of the gradient averaged over the surface of the filter element indicates a high degree of homogeneity.
- a “filter element” should be referred to as “planar” if its dimensions in two directions exceed its dimension in the third direction orthogonal to the two directions, or at least by a factor of 5 to 10.
- the air flow can be both in terms of volumetric flow
- the fan can be arranged inside or outside the kitchen extractor device.
- the means is designed as a baffle plate.
- a cost effective and effective means having advantageous cleaning properties can be achieved.
- metallic materials and other materials, such as plastics can be used for the preparation of the agent.
- a formation of medium-caused dead zones or areas with very low flow velocity on the filter element can be avoided if the means is arranged at a distance from the filter element, particularly advantageously at a distance of at least 1 cm and for reasons of Construction- space saving at a distance of at most 10 cm. Good guidance of the air flow can be achieved if the distance of the agent from the filter element in different areas of the agent is different or location-dependent.
- the component can advantageously also guide or guide a component of the air flow running transversely to a planar extent of the means.
- An inhomogeneity of the generated without the means of the fan, natural air flow can be compensated particularly flexible if the means has at least two openings of different sizes.
- An adapted to a spatial variation of a suction pressure of the fan means can be achieved in a structurally simple manner, when the means comprises at least two areas with a plurality of openings, wherein a surface density of the openings in the two areas is different and / or wherein a size of Openings in the two areas is different.
- the area density of the openings may be a number of openings per unit area as well as a ratio of a total area of the openings in one area to a total area of the corresponding area.
- a decrease in a suction power of the kitchen extractor device in a horizontal direction away from the fan can be at least reduced if the means a defined in a vertical direction open suction port.
- the means may define the suction opening, for example, by forming an edge of the suction opening.
- a kitchen extractor device which can be flexibly adapted to the needs of a user and with always homogeneous suction performance in different configurations can be achieved if the kitchen extractor device comprises an extendable housing part.
- an adaptable to the configuration of the kitchen extractor device means can be achieved if the means comprises at least two relatively movable elements, which can also be forcibly controlled depending on the configuration of the kitchen extractor device or connected to the pull-out housing part.

- a fat content contained in the air flow 16a is at least largely separated.
- the air flow 16a impinges on the underside of the filter element 12a at a flow velocity.
- the flow velocity is dependent on the spatial conditions of the fan box 28a and an interior of the Wrasenfangles 10a and by a generated by the fan 14a, dynamic negative pressure profile.

- a portion of the air flow 16a flowing into the area of the means 18a from a lateral region of the fume catcher 10a is likewise unhindered (FIG. 3).
- the means 18a is arranged at a location-dependent distance of a few centimeters above the filter element 12a in order to avoid the formation of dead zones caused by the means 18a on the filter element 12a.
- the planar means 18a designed as an air baffle has three regions 22a-26a each having a multiplicity of openings 20a-20a.
- the openings 20a-20a are each circular and are punched out of the means 18a (FIG.
- the first region 22a forms a horseshoe-shaped rear edge of the means 18a and has high area density bead-like openings 20a to counteract a reduction in the flow velocity at the trailing edge of the vapor-trapping screen 10a.
