Definitions

  • the invention relates to a motor vehicle door lock, with a locking mechanism and an anti-theft drive and locking drive, and with an opening device for motorized opening of the locking mechanism, wherein the anti-theft drive and possibly the locking drive works on the locking device or part of the locking mechanism.
  • the anti-theft device is part of and works on an anti-theft chain.
  • the anti-theft chain can be placed in an unlocked position corresponding to "anti-theft device off" or a secured position corresponding to "anti-theft device on”.
  • In the position "anti-theft on” all mechanical opening movements in the associated motor vehicle door lock are usually empty. That is, both an operation of the outside door handle as the door inner handle do not cause the locking mechanism is opened. An electrical opening by means of the opening device for motorized opening of the locking mechanism is not possible.
  • the locking drive is also part of a locking chain that it works on. The locking drive and the locking chain can be transferred to the positions "unlocked” and "locked”.
  • the locking mechanism can be opened by an electric motor.
  • the opening device acts directly or indirectly on a pawl of the usually composed of rotary latch and pawl locking mechanism and lifts it out.
  • the catch possibly spring-assisted open and releases the previously caught in the inlet mouth locking bolt. Consequently, an operator can immediately issue an associated motor vehicle door following the electrical opening.
  • the electrical opening operation of the lockout is mostly and non-restrictively used in conjunction with a keyless entry device in a motor vehicle.
  • the anti-theft chain can already be unlocked when approaching and the motor vehicle door lock can be unlocked in the context of an upstream authorization check of an operator willing to access, so that subsequently the electrical opening of the locking mechanism is possible. This is desirable for reasons of comfort.
  • the anti-theft motor operates on a control member which locks the locking lever in the position "anti-theft lock”, releases the locking lever in the position "anti-theft lock” and actuates the locking pawl directly or optionally with the interposition of a release lever in the "open door lock” position. That is, the lock lever is free from the loading by the anti-theft motor. That is, in order to additionally actuate the locking lever, the locking drive must be acted upon in addition to the anti-theft drive. This is structurally complex and leads to increased noise, because both engines experience at least partially a simultaneous admission. This is where the invention starts.
  • the invention is based on the technical problem of developing a motor vehicle door lock of the type described above so that the design effort is reduced while improving comfort.
  • a generic motor vehicle door lock is characterized in that the anti-theft device drive and / or the anti-theft chain and the locking drive and / or the locking chain are mechanically and / or electrically / electronically coupled such that the locking drive and / or the locking chain in his / its locked position blocks the anti-theft drive and / or anti-theft chain so that the locking chain must be moved to the unlocked position for the anti-theft device to open the ratchet.
  • implied usually unlocking a release and a fuse implies a lock, in both cases only one drive, that is, either the anti-theft drive or the locking drive, is used.
  • the locking drive when transferring the locking chain in the "unlocked” position at the same time ensures that the anti-theft chain is unlocked. In other words, the transition to the "unlocked” and “unlocked” positions is accomplished solely by the locking drive.
  • the anti-theft drive When transferring the anti-theft chain to the secured position, the anti-theft drive also carries the locking chain into the "locked” position. That is, in this case, the anti-theft drive is solely responsible for simultaneously taking the positions "secured” and "locked".
  • the invention achieves this in detail by virtue of the fact that the anti-theft drive and / or the anti-theft chain and the locking drive and / or the locking chain are mechanically and / or electrically / electronically coupled such that the locking drive or the locking chain in the anti-theft drive or the anti-theft chain Position "locked” blocked. That is, as soon as the locking drive or the locking chain assumes their position "locked", the anti-theft drive or the anti-theft chain is always blocked in the position "anti-theft off".
  • the locking chain must first be transferred to the "unlocked” position. This means that in the position "anti-theft on”, the locking drive first transfers the locking chain to the "unlocked” position. Then, the theft deterrent drive immediately thereafter from the position "anti-theft on” on the position "anti-theft off” on the locking mechanism to lift the pawl work. That is, a pre-existing (mechanical or electronic) blockage of the anti-theft drive in the position "anti-theft off” with "locked” locking chain is thereby canceled, so that the anti-theft drive immediately and in a train from the position "anti-theft on” in the electric opening operation can pass for the locking.
  • the locking mechanism is to be opened from the locked position. Also in this case, it is first necessary that the locking drive abolish the (mechanical and / or electronic) blockage with regard to the anti-theft drive.
  • the locking drive can not be a central locking drive.
  • the locking chain is as Monver chain formed. The release of the blockage with regard to the anti-theft drive is achieved by the locking drive or the central locking drive or the locking chain or central locking chain is transferred to the "unlocked" position. As a result, the anti-theft drive can immediately proceed to the "electrical opening" position following this.
  • the anti-theft drive is therefore preferably locked in its "anti-theft position” position when the locking chain and / or locking drive are in the "locked” position.
  • the anti-theft drive can thus go into the "electrical opening” position, it is necessary to first remove this blockade by the central locking drive the locking chain in the "unlocked” transferred position.
  • a time control ensures that both drives experience as possible no simultaneous admission. That is, the lock drive and the anti-theft drive are applied one after another in order to minimize the noise. Time overlapping controls are of course also possible.
  • several sensors can be provided to monitor the receipt of the various positions of the drives and report to a control unit.
  • the invention dispenses with such sensors, which reduces the design and financial expense.
  • a motor vehicle door lock in which the anti-theft drive and / or (central) locking drive are used simultaneously for electrical opening. In each case, it is ensured that an unlocking or unlocking does not lead to an unkontrol lated lead the front pawl of the locking mechanism. Because the respective one drive for the electric opening (anti-theft drive or locking drive) can only be transferred from its "on” or “off” position in the "electrical opening”, if previously a blockage on the part of the other drive (locking drive or anti-theft drive ) has been resolved. This means that electrical opening requires mandatory alternating actuation of both drives with a fixed sequence in order to cancel the mutual blockade in at least the "off” position. This reliably prevents malfunctions.
  • the noise is minimized because only one drive at a time undergoes admission and both drives are not operated simultaneously. This leads in addition to the fact that not uncritical in a motor vehicle power consumption undergoes a reduction.
  • the electric opening operation is always carried out by the anti-theft drive or the (central) locking drive.
  • the respective drive in the example of the anti-theft drive, but can unlock, but perform no electrical opening operation. This is only possible if the lock is unlocked using the other drive, in the example of the central locking drive.
  • the main benefits are the main benefits.
  • a motor vehicle door lock 16 is shown, which is equipped as usual with a locking mechanism 1, 2, which in the Fig. 1 has only been hinted at.
  • the locking mechanism 1, 2 is composed of a rotary latch 1 and a pawl 2.
  • the pawl 2 can be lifted with the help of a release lever 3, so that then the catch 1 spring-released a locking pin, not shown.
  • the trigger lever 3 can be excavated by an anti-theft drive 5 in conjunction with an anti-theft lever 6 on the trip lever 3.
  • the anti-theft lever 6 and the anti-theft drive drive 5 together form an anti-theft chain 5, 6.
  • the anti-theft drive 5 can be the anti-theft lever 6 in the Fig. 1 to pivot about an associated axis of rotation 7 from the illustrated position "anti-theft device on (DS on)" in a clockwise direction.
  • the anti-theft device drive 5 or the anti-theft chain 5, 6 and here the anti-theft lever 6 covers the position "anti-theft device (DS off)", which is indicated by dash-dotted lines.
  • the anti-theft lever 6 is blocked, by a stop 8 on a locking lever 9, which is acted upon by a locking drive 10.
  • the locking drive 10 forms, together with the locking lever 9 or central locking lever 9, a locking chain 9, 10 or central locking chain 9, 10.
  • Fig. 1 In the Fig. 1 is the locking lever 9 locked in position. It is opposite to the anti-theft lever 6 pivotable about another axis 13, in the counterclockwise direction. At the end of this movement is the locking lever 9 in the "unlocked” position (E), in the Fig. 1 is shown in dashed lines. It can be seen that in this position, the stop 8 on the locking lever 9 has been swung out of the sphere of influence of the anti-theft lever 6, consequently the anti-theft lever 6 is not blocked (more) by the stop 8 in the "unlocked” position of the locking lever 9.
  • the anti-theft motor 5 the anti-theft lever 6 continue to act counterclockwise, because insofar as the stop 8 on the locking lever 9 is not (more) contrary.
  • the anti-theft lever 6 acts on the actuating lever 4 in the region of a leading edge 12 there.
  • the triggering lever 3 is in the region of a leading edge 12 there Fig. 1 pressed down and lifts the pawl 2 from the catch 1, so that the locking mechanism 1, 2 is electrically opened (E ⁇ ).
  • the central locking drive 10 has to move according to FIG Fig. 2 be acted upon so that the locking lever 9 completed a corresponding counterclockwise movement.
  • the Anti-theft device drive 5 In order for the motor vehicle door lock to make the transition from the unlocked to the theft-proof position, it is only necessary that the Anti-theft device drive 5 to act. In this process, the anti-theft drive 5 and the anti-theft lever 6, respectively, starting from the position "anti-theft off” according to Fig. 2 acted upon in a clockwise direction and thereby takes the locking chain 9, 10 in their position "locked” with. This is done by the clutch lever 11. Alternatively, but also first, the locking drive 10 ensure that the locking lever 9 is pivoted accordingly, with the anti-theft device 6 then assumes the position "anti-theft on”.
  • a the anti-theft drive 5 and the anti-theft chain 5, 6 associated spring 14 ensures that the anti-theft chain 5, 6 and the anti-theft device drive 5 after the electrical opening (E ⁇ ) in each case the position "DS off” is returned. Because the spring 14 in question is biased accordingly in the opening process described. Finally, one recognizes (fixed to the housing) stops 15 for the locking drive 10 or the locking chain 9, 10, which "unlock” (E) and “locked” (V) define the positions, so that a total of a complicated and trouble-prone sensors can be dispensed with ,
