Definitions

  • Motor vehicle door locks of the type described above are known in various embodiments. From the DE 43 43 340 A1 One knows such a motor vehicle door lock, in which a single electric motor drive operates on both a central locking lever and an anti-theft lever. For this purpose, an output element with eccentric control pin is connected to the reversible electric motor, which engages on the one hand in a fork seat of the central locking lever and on the other hand works on a corresponding control surface on the anti-theft lever.
  • Such motor vehicle door locks have proven themselves in principle. They are, however, capable of further development.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a motor vehicle door lock of the type described above, which can perform two castle functions with a single drive in a simple and reliable manner and which is constructed at the same time simple and inexpensive.
  • the invention teaches in a generic motor vehicle door lock of the type described above, that the first lever and the second lever via a clutch lever with each other are connected.
  • the second lever via the clutch lever with the actuator of the drive unit can be coupled or coupled.
  • a perfect and reliable actuation or manipulation of a plurality of levers of a motor vehicle door lock thus succeeds with a single electromotive drive.
  • the coupling between the first lever and the second lever via the clutch lever which at the same time couples the second lever to the actuator, ensures trouble-free operation in a structurally simple and cost-effective manner via a single drive, eg a single electric motor.
  • the clutch lever is preferably pivotally and slidably connected to the first lever and / or to the second lever and / or to the actuator. According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the clutch lever is acted upon or acted upon by at least one clutch spring, which z. B. is connected to the first lever.
  • the drive unit preferably has a rotatable adjusting disk (or a setting wheel) as an actuator, wherein the adjusting disk has at least a first control receptacle for the first lever and a second control receptacle for the second lever and / or the coupling lever in the course of rotation of the adjusting disk over the electromotive
  • the first lever for transferring from the first functional position into the second functional position can therefore be pivoted on the one hand because the first lever engages in a corresponding control receptacle of the adjusting disc or is connected to such a control receptacle.
  • the second lever can be transferred from the first functional position to the second functional position (or vice versa) by rotation of the adjusting disc via the electromotive drive, since the second lever, for. B. with the interposition of the coupling lever, engages in the second control receptacle of the adjusting disc or connected to the second control receptacle.
  • the invention proposes that the rotatable adjusting disc is designed as a spring-loaded adjusting disc, which is traceable by means of a return spring in a basic position after actuation by the drive.
  • This configuration of the adjusting disc with application of a "center-zero spring” makes it possible to perform the two actuating operations of the two levers not only with one and the same electric motor drive and one and the same adjusting disc, but also with an identical operating rotation of the same basic position in the same direction , possibly even over the same angle of rotation.
  • the invention proposes according to a very preferred embodiment, that the adjusting disc transferred by a first actuation from a basic position in a predetermined first rotational direction over a predetermined rotation angle, the first lever from the first functional position to the second functional position, wherein the adjusting disc after the first actuation via the return spring is returned to the home position and that subsequently by a second actuation again from the basic position in preferably the same first rotational direction of the second lever is transferred from the first functional position to the second functional position.
  • the clutch lever is preferably biased in the course of the first actuation of the first lever or in the course of pivoting of the first lever via the clutch spring.
  • the clutch spring transfers the clutch lever after returning the adjusting disk in the basic position in an activated functional position coupling the second lever with the adjusting disk, wherein the second lever in this activated functional position of the coupling lever in the course of a second operation in the second functional position can be transferred.
  • the spring-loaded clutch lever allows the operation of the first lever and the second lever successively with identical operating rotation in the same direction and possibly also with the same angle of rotation.
  • the return The center-zero spring also ensures, taking into account appropriate control recordings in the adjusting disc, that not only an electromechanical actuation, but also a manual actuation in the event of failure of the drive is possible.
  • the second control receptacle in the adjusting disk as a recess, z. B. slot guide, formed, in which a (connected to the second lever) coupling pin or the like coupling element of the coupling lever engages.
  • the first shot in the adjusting disc can also be used as a recess, for. B. as edge-side adjusting recess, be formed, in which engages an actuating pin or the like actuating element of the first lever.
  • the first control receptacle and second control receptacle can be arranged on different radii of the adjusting disc and / or in different "angular ranges" of the adjusting disc. Overall, an arrangement of the first lever on the one hand and the second lever on the other hand succeeds without overlap or overlaps, so that a particularly compact and reliable construction is ensured.
  • the clutch lever can z. B. have a connection pin or the like, which in a recess, for. B. engages a slot guide of the first lever. In the region of this recess then preferably also the clutch spring is arranged, that is, the clutch spring moves the Connecting pin of the coupling lever in the slot guide or the coupling pin biases the clutch spring in the course of movement through the slot guide.
  • first lever as a locking lever, z. B. central locking lever, whose first functional position "unlocks” the position and the second functional position is the position "locked”.
  • the second lever may be formed as an anti-theft lever, the first functional position of the position "theft-proof” and the second functional position is the position "theft-proof”.
  • first lever and second lever can also be other levers, which fulfill two different lock functions, eg. B. in connection with the opening of the catch, with the closing of the catch, with a child safety lock or with an operation of a secondary lock.
  • a motor vehicle door lock 1 for a motor vehicle 2 is shown in detail in the figures, comprising a locking catch and a pawl acting on the rotary latch, a first lever designed as a locking lever 3, a second lever designed as a theft prevention lever 4, and a drive unit 5 having. Furthermore, such a motor vehicle door lock 1 in a conventional manner corresponding force action chains for an internal operation and / or an external operation and an internal lock and an external lock on. This is not shown in detail.
  • the locking lever 3 is usually designed as a central locking lever 3, which is actuated via the drive unit 5.
  • the drive unit 5 has an electric motor drive 6 and a rotatable actuator 7, wherein the drive motor 6 via a gear unit 8, z. B. a screw or the like works on the actuator 7.
  • the locking lever 3 and the anti-theft lever 4 are connected to each other via a clutch lever 9.
  • the clutch lever 9 is acted upon by a clutch spring 19, which is connected to the locking lever 3.
  • an arcuate slot guide 20 is arranged in the locking lever, in which the spring 19, the pin 12 is applied.
  • the central locking lever 3 as about a pivot axis 10 pivotable lever and the anti-theft lever 4 are also designed as pivotable about a pivot axis 11, wherein both the anti-theft lever 4 and the central locking lever 3 with z. B. their end portions in the range of action of the actuator 7 protrude.
  • the clutch lever 9 is held without further articulation on the motor vehicle door lock 1.
  • the clutch lever 9 is therefore not itself hinged to a housing o.
  • the clutch lever 9 is initially pivotally and slidably connected to the locking lever 3.
  • the clutch lever 9 engages with an end-side pin 12 in a slot guide 20 in the central locking lever 3 a.
  • the clutch lever 9 With its opposite end of the clutch lever 9 engages a second pin 13 in a slot recess 14 of the anti-theft lever 4 a.
  • the clutch lever 9 engages with this coupling pin 13 in a theft prevention lever 4 associated control receptacle 16 of the actuator 7, so that via the clutch lever 9 of the anti-theft lever 4 with the actuator 7 of the drive unit 5 can be coupled.
  • the actuator 7 is designed as a rotatable adjusting disk 7, wherein this adjusting disk 7 a first control receptacle 15 for the central locking lever. 3 and a second control receptacle 16 for the anti-theft lever 4 and the clutch lever 9 has. Further, it is indicated that the rotatable adjusting disc 7 is formed as a spring-loaded adjusting disc, which is held by a return spring 17 in the sense of a "center-zero spring" in a basic position or is returned to the successful operation by the drive 6 in such a basic position , This basic position is in Fig. 2 shown.
  • the figures also show that the second control receptacle 16 in the adjusting disc 7 as a recess, namely as (arcuate) slot guide 16, is formed, in which the coupling pin 13 of the coupling lever 9 engages.
  • This slot guide 16 is formed in the embodiment as a Z-shaped slot guide or step-like slot guide with two arranged on different radii arcuate guide areas.
  • the first control receptacle 15 in the adjusting disc is formed as an "open" edge-side adjusting recess 15, in which an actuating pin 18 of the locking lever 3 engages.
  • the adjusting disc 7 transferred by a first operation from a basic position in a predetermined first rotational direction A over a predetermined angle of rotation, the locking lever 3 from the position “unlocked” in the position "locked”, wherein the Adjusting disk 7 is returned to the initial position after the first actuation via the return spring 17 and that then transferred by a second operation from the basic position in the same first direction of rotation A theft prevention lever 4 from the position "unlocked” in the position "secured”.
  • the clutch lever 9 is pretensioned in the course of the first operation of the locking lever 3 via the clutch spring 19.
  • the clutch spring 19 transfers the clutch lever 19 after returning the adjusting disk 7 in the basic position in an anti-theft lever 4 and the adjusting disc 7 "activated functional position", wherein the anti-theft lever 4 in this activated functional position of the clutch lever 9 in the course of a second operation in the functional position "secured” can be transferred.
