Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un panneau, pour planchers, parois ou plafonds avec des éléments de liaison qui comprennent une rainure (10) et une languette (3), qui sont agencées respectivement sur un côté opposé d'un panneau, ainsi qu'un autre élément de verrouillage (6) qui y est relié par force, qui est constitué de plastique ou d'un adhésif et est en forme de cordon, dans lequel le panneau avec éléments de liaison (10, 3) présente sur deux côtés opposés de tels éléments de liaison (10, 3), avec lesquels une liaison par coulissement dans un plan n'est pas possible ; caractérisé en ce que l'adhésif ou le plastique est appliqué en forme de cordon sur la surface d'un élément de liaison et ensuite dans une étape de travail l'adhésif ou le plastique est moulé et en même temps un élément de liaison adjacent à l'adhésif est réalisé par fraisage à partir d'une plaque.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'adhésif ou le plastique est moulé à l'état encore fluide.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une surface dirigée vers le panneau, qui est plate et qui forme un angle de 60 - 90° avec la face inférieure du panneau, est intégrée dans l'élément de verrouillage (6).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces de l'adhésif ou du plastique (6) accessibles de l'extérieur sont lissées.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le plastique ou l'adhésif est en un matériau plus dur que le matériau dont est constituée la rainure ou la languette, dans lequel l'adhésif est de préférence une colle thermofusible réactive et les éléments de liaison sont de préférence en un matériau dérivé du bois et ce, en particulier en MDF ou HDF.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le plastique ou l'adhésif est appliqué parallèlement à un côté du panneau et présente de préférence un diamètre de 0,3 mm à 0,6 mm.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de liaison sont constitués d'un matériau dérivé du bois, tel que panneau aggloméré, MDF, HDF, contreplaqué ou bois massif ou sont constitués de papiers compressés les uns avec les autres.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de liaison sont réalisés de façon à ce qu'une liaison par coulissement dans un plan soit possible.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le plastique ou l'adhésif est appliqué dans un évidement (2).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le plastique ou l'adhésif est maintenu par complémentarité de forme par une paroi en saillie (8) et est relié à celle-ci de préférence en même temps par force.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le plastique ou l'adhésif est appliqué sous une languette (3).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le panneau présente une rainure avec des flancs de rainure de même longueur sur un côté étroit.
