Claims (3)
- Compresseur linéaire avec un cylindre (15), un piston (16) mobile oscillant dans le cylindre (15) dans le sens longitudinal de celui-ci et logé dans un fluide sous pression, et une unité d'entraînement (1-14) qui entraîne le mouvement du piston, au moins l'une de faces latérales du piston (16) et du cylindre (15) qui se font face étant pourvue d'une couche lubrifiante (21) qui résiste à l'abrasion, la face latérale pourvue de la couche lubrifiante (21) étant la surface enveloppante du piston (16), caractérisé en ce que la couche lubrifiante (21) est une couche DLC et en ce que l'épaisseur de la couche lubrifiante (21) est nettement inférieure au jeu radial entre le piston (16) et le cylindre (15).
- Compresseur linéaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il y a, entre l'au moins une face latérale du piston (16) ou du cylindre (15) portant la couche lubrifiante (21) et la surface du piston (16) ou du cylindre (15) qui lui fait face, un jeu suffisant pour permettre un mouvement du piston (16) dans le sens longitudinal sans contact mutuel entre les faces latérales.
- Compresseur linéaire selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'est formé, sur un raccord haute pression (20) du compresseur, un branchement (19) pour fluide sous pression pour le logement du piston (16).
