Description

"Verfahren zur Herstellung eines flaschen- oder schlauchartigen Behälters, insbesondere Schlauchbeutels, mit einem eingesiegelten Boden sowie entsprechend hergestellter Schlauchbeutel" "Process for the production of a bottle or tube-like container, in particular a tubular bag, with a sealed bottom and a correspondingly produced tubular bag"
B e s c h r e i b u n gDescription
The invention relates to a method for producing a bottle-like or hose-like container, in particular tubular bag, with a tubular bag body and a sealed bottom, in particular floor, and possibly sealed lid and / or shoulder part and such a tubular bag according to the preambles of the patent talk to 1, 17 and 18.
Tubular bags with sealed bottom parts and possibly sealed lid and / or shoulder parts are widely used for filling of liquid, pasty or solid goods. As a problem with the previously known tubular bags of this type, however, has proven that these are usually less stable. In addition, the sealing of the bottom and possibly also of the lid and / or shoulder part proves problematic because they must be fitted exactly in the tubular pouch body, the insertion of the bottom or lid and / or shoulder parts in the tubular pouch body difficult and possibly leads to wrinkles, respectively uneven contact between bottom, lid and / or shoulder part and tubular bag body and a concomitant leakage.
In order to circumvent this problem, in the past the bottom and the corresponding head-end closure elements to be sealed in, ie lid and / or shoulder parts, have been designed somewhat smaller than the tubular pouch body and optionally with a recess or a fold or a kink and introduced into the Schlauch¬ bag body in a corresponding form. However, such bottom or top and / or shoulder parts are problematic from a sealing point of view, since at least in sections a gap remains between bottom or top and / or shoulder part and tubular pouch body, which must be filled with sealing medium to ensure a tight tubular bag, but this requires an increased material requirement for sealing medium.
The invention has for its object to improve the aforementioned problem in that a method for producing a tubular bag and a corre sponding tubular bag is provided having a sealed bottom and possibly a sealed lid and / or shoulder part, said the Boden¬ or lid and / or shoulder part with simple measures and inexpensive in the tubular pouch body is sealable, the tubular bag gives a high level of stability and a good grip and a high density, and a low Material¬ required, in particular to sealing medium requires.
This object is achieved by a method according to claim 1 and by a tubular bag according to claims 17 and 18.
In particular, the object is achieved by a method for producing a Schlauchbeu¬ means with a tubular bag body and a sealed bottom, especially bottom, and optionally sealed lid and / or shoulder part, wherein at least the bottom and optionally the lid and / or the shoulder part in the tubular pouch body is introduced, wherein the tubular pouch body before and / or during the insertion (s) of the bottom and optionally the lid and / or the shoulder part at least in the insertion area with a predetermined amount stretched, preferably expanded.
An essential point of the invention is that in this way a precisely fitting bottom or lid and / or shoulder part can be used, which is sealed in the Schlauch¬ bag body.
According to one embodiment, the stretching or widening of the tubular bag body is carried out in a reversible manner so that the tubular bag body rests tightly against this or these after an insertion of the bottom or lid and / or shoulder part.
Die Herstellung des Schlauchbeutelkörpers kann unterThe degree of expansion or expansion of the tubular pouch body is in the range of 100.5% to 112.0%, preferably in the range of 101.0% to 107.8% and particularly preferably in the range of 102.0% to 105.0 % based on the Schlauchbeuteldurch¬ diameter of an unloaded tubular bag with a standardization to 100%. The expansion or widening of the tubular pouch body is advantageously carried out after the tubular pouch body has been produced from a preferably film-shaped tubular pouch material, in particular laminate, or extruded as a, preferably seamless, tube. The preparation of the tubular pouch body can under
Forming a lap or fin-seal seal can be carried out, wherein a one, but preferably sealable on both sides laminate is used.
Vorteilhafterweise ist es vorgesehen, für das einzusiegelnde Boden-, Deckel- und/oder Schulterteil sowie in der Siegelschicht dasselbe Material wie für die Herstellung desIt is advantageously provided for the bottom, top and / or shoulder part to be sealed in as well as in the sealing layer the same material as for the production of the
Schlauchbeutelkörpers selbst zu verwenden. To use tubular pouch body itself.
It should be mentioned at this point that the stretching of the laminate from which the tubular pouch body is formed can also take place prior to the production thereof, that is to say in the case of a flat film in the form of a fabric.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the expansion or expansion of the tubular pouch body in the insertion region of bottom, lid and / or shoulder part is performed ko¬ nisch, wherein the inner diameter of the tubular pouch body from outside to inside, i. in the direction of the bag interior, decreases. The conicity of the elongation or
Expansion is in relation to a non-expanded tubular pouch body in the range of 1, 5 ° to 17 °, preferably in the range of 5 ° to 14.4 ° and more preferably in the range of 8.0 ° to 12 °. The degree of elongation and the conicity of the elongation depends on the material and the thickness of the tubular pouch body and - floor and its restoring force as well as on the desired floor shape.
Furthermore, it is inventively provided that the bottom and possibly the lid and / or the shoulder part has a conical shape. Advantageously, therefore, on the one hand, a slight A driveability of the soil in the stretched tubular bag body is possible. Of course, the same applies to the lid and / or the shoulder part, which in turn can be easily inserted into the stretched tubular bag body by utilizing its conical shape.
Ein weiterer Vorteil der konischen Form des Bodenteils besteht darin, daß die Stand- fläche des Schlauchbeutels auf diese Weise vergrößerbar ist, so daß die Standfestigkeit desAnother advantage of the conical shape of the bottom part is that the stand surface of the tubular bag is enlarged in this way, so that the stability of the
The conicity of the bottom or bottom part as well as the top and / or the shoulder part is slightly less than the conicity of the zughörigen stretched or aufgewei¬ ended tubular bag body part. A precisely fitting introduction of the soil in the tubular pouch body is thus easily possible, wherein the tubular pouch body by the material of the tubular pouch body own restoring force optimally to the
Bodenteil anlegt. Floor part applies. The same applies to the lid and / or shoulder parts.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, when the bottom or lid and / or shoulder part is inserted, a sealing seal is made at the edge of the bottom, the lid and / or the shoulder part lying inside with respect to the tubular pouch body, respectively at its inner peripheral edge formed, by means of which the Schlauchbeutel¬ inner volume is sealed from the environment.
Furthermore, a preferably structured, in particular grooved or gerif¬ felte, support seal is formed to improve the stability of the tubular bag at the outer edge relative to the tubular pouch body of the bottom, ie at its outer peripheral edge.
Schulterteils, also horizontal ausgebildet wird. Such a support seal can also be provided in the region of the lid and / or shoulder part. Here it serves to consolidate the tubular pouch body, so that this, in particular when using flexible lid and / or shoulder parts forms a stable shape and maintains with a certain strength. The structuring of the Stütz¬ sealing can be elongated, for example, grooved or fluted executed, which is formed either vertically, but preferably substantially in the plane of the lid or shoulder part, ie horizontally. At this point it should be mentioned that other structuring, for example zig-zag or wave profiles are within the scope of the invention.
In order to increase the machine performance, the sealing and supporting seal (s) are formed substantially simultaneously.
A cutting edge of the bottom or of the lid and / or shoulder part is arranged according to the invention, in particular with the formation of a reinforced peripheral edge, inside the tubular pouch body, the cutting edge being inserted between bottom, lid and / or shoulder part and tubular pouch body. The cutting edge thus serves as further reinforcement, in particular of the bottom of the tubular pouch body. Advantageously, the cutting edge is pulled or folded into the tube and visually disappears in the overlap and optionally in the supporting seam of the bottom part and the tubular pouch body, whereby the steepest possible flank of the bottom is advantageous.
Die Ausbildung der Siegelung zwischen Boden-, Deckel- und/oder Schulterteil undThe formation of the seal between bottom, lid and / or shoulder part and
The tubular bag body itself takes place by means of ultrasound, heat transfer, induction and / or hot air, although other sealing methods, such as, for example, an adhesive seal, are also included according to the invention.
The bottom, top and / or shoulder parts according to the invention have regularly shaped, in particular polygonal, round or oval shapes and are made of a flexible material or of a dimensionally stable material, as required. Depending on the desired later tubular bag content, it is provided that both the tubular bag body itself and the bottom, top and / or shoulder parts have a barrier layer. This can, for example, consist of SiO 2 , EVOH or of a metal foil, although other common barrier layer materials are also conceivable.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the seal is carried out by means of ultrasound. In this variant, the part to be sealed is held by a sonotrode, in particular aspirated and / or electrostatically, and introduced into the tubular pouch body, wherein an anvil is arranged on the outside of the tubular pouch body.
The advantage of this sealing method is the possibility of exerting a uniform sealing pressure over the entire rounding of the tubular pouch body. Furthermore, with a seal at the same time the sealing and the support seam can be generated.
Furthermore, laminates that seal on both sides can be used, whereby the ultrasound allows optimum energy transfer into the sealing layer. If, as already mentioned, the part to be sealed is held by the sonotrode, this can also be used as a transport tool for the part to be sealed. In addition, the ultrasound sealing is advantageously suitable for also sealing an already filled pack, since the ultrasound can only be focused on the sealing area and sealed by any product in the sealing seam. Another advantage is the speed with which the ultrasonic seal is feasible, with optimized machine performance and seal reliability.
According to one embodiment of the invention, it is possible both the bottom part and the lid and / or shoulder part at the same time in a tubular bag body or a To seal in already filled with example solid or pasty filling tube bag. This can of course also be successive, that is, one after the other, wherein, for example, first the lid and / or shoulder part is sealed into the tubular pouch body, this is then filled and after filling the associated bottom part is sealed.
Furthermore, the object of the invention is achieved by a tubular bag with a tubular bag body and a sealed bottom, especially bottom, and optionally sealed lid and / or shoulder part, wherein at least the bottom and possibly the lid and / or the shoulder part in the tubular bag is used, wherein the tubular bag is prepared by a method according to the above description.
Lidded and / or shoulder part solved, wherein at least the bottom and possibly the lid and / or the shoulder part is inserted into the tubular pouch body, wherein the tubular pouch has at least on the bottom side at least one sealing and support seal auf¬. The tubular bag is formed conically at least in the region of the sealing and supporting seal, and optionally in the region of the lid and / or shoulder part. Furthermore, the support seal has a structuring, in particular grooves, or a corrugation in smooth, zig-zag or wavy profiling.
Furthermore, the cutting edge of the bottom part or of the lid and / or shoulder part is arranged within the outer circumference of the tubular pouch body.
Further embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.
Hierbei zeigen:The invention will be described with reference to an embodiment which is explained in more detail with reference to the figures. Hereby show:

It is shown the lower part of a tubular bag 10, which is formed from a Schläüchbeutelkörper 20 and a bottom 30. The bottom 30 is held by a sonotrode 40 and has cutting edges 80 on both sides as well as a region which protrudes beyond the sonotrode and serves as a later sealing region. Side of the tubular pouch body 20 in each case an anvil 50 can be seen in the sectional view of FIG. 1, which is located around the
Tubular bag body 20 extends. The tubular pouch body 20 is conically widened in its lower part by a factor of 1.028 (= 102.8%) compared with an original unbuffered 100% tubular pouch body and has an inner diameter of 51.3 mm at its lower end to facilitate the insertion of the soil with an outside diameter of the bottom top edge of 49.9 mm. The Schlauchbeu¬ telkörper is conically formed at an angle of 10 °. The bottom to be sealed lies on a preformed sonotrode 40 with a conicity of 5 °, so that the side edge of the bottom 30 is adapted to the conicity of the tubular pouch body 20 when it is introduced into the tubular pouch body. The bottom 30 held by the sonotrode 40 with its left lateral flank and the cutting edge 80 can be seen particularly well in FIG. 2 shows an enlarged view of the circled portion of FIG. 1. To produce the tubular bag 10, the sonotrode 40 is pushed into the conically widened tubular bag body 20 with the bottom 30 resting thereon so that the cutting edge 80 is also straight still in the hose. The cutting edge 80 is then either inserted into the tubular bag body 20 or folded over or everted so that it comes to rest between the lower edge of the tubular bag body 20 and the bottom 30.
Abänderungen hiervon sind dem Fachmann geläufig.FIG. 3 shows a detail of a bottom sealing region, wherein a sealing seal 60 and a support seal 70 are schematically indicated, which connect the tubular pouch body to the bottom 30 in a sealing or supporting manner. At the Ober¬ edge of the bottom 30, a 1 mm wide sealing seal is formed. Below the seal seal 60, a support seal is shown, which is about 3 mm high. The cutting edge 80 may be folded over before formation of the support seal and drawn into the tube (not shown) and disappear to a range of about 0.5 mm in the overlap between the tubular pouch body 20 and the bottom 30. It should be noted at this point that all the above-described parts are considered to be alone and in every combination, in particular the details shown in the drawings, claimed as essential to the invention. Variations thereof are familiar to the person skilled in the art.
