Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a composite box, in particular for Food packaging, in which the interior clothing made of a different material than the can body exists, and a method for producing the Ver bunddose.
So far, composite cans of the type mentioned are known either a can body that is full of one with it is provided with a firmly bonded inner coating, or a can body in which a loose inner bag for Receiving the contents of the can is arranged. The The first variant has the disadvantage that it is mostly made of Aluminum existing interior coating together with the Can body gets into the garbage and therefore neither that Aluminum still the material of the can body again recovery can be supplied. With a loose interior Aluminum bags are recycling cans materials are guaranteed, but in particular paste-like ingredients from a loose inner bag only very difficult to remove completely.
The invention has for its object a compound box thus avoiding the disadvantages mentioned above that their different components after use easily and separately disposed of and recycled can be supplied.
The task is achieved by a composite box Type mentioned above solved in that the invention at least the inner lining against the can body in the area of the can bottom and in the area of the can lid is separably connected to the can body. The Verbund can advantageously by a method with the Features of claims 12-18 are made. At the composite box designed according to the invention is the inside liner easily removable after use and still so fixed in the can that the contents of the can fill well and removable and the compound can with the can lid is resealable. The connection of the inner lining manure with the can body can advantageously in Area of the can bottom by clamping the interior clothing between the floor and the wall of the compound box and in Can lid area via a removable adhesive connection consequences. In the lid area after using the can Detached adhesive connection by hand and then the ge Entire inner lining by pulling it out of the clamp Connection in the bottom area of the box removed, separately disposed of and recycled. The This can loosen the adhesive connection in the lid area be relieved that advantageously a glue for the adhesive bond is used, which is semi-adhesive or that with time and / or by exposure to temperature loses its adhesive effect. Can in the separation areas but also tear threads can be arranged or a Per foration be provided. The inner lining can be used moderately from two firmly connected parts exist, with a first part for lining the cans body and a second part to cover the bottom of the can serves. This makes the inner lining of the can shape optimally adaptable and becomes a maximum pack volume reached. In addition, by the concern of the interior clothing on the can body also pasty ingredients easier to remove from the can.
The can lid can be expediently from an insert ring stand, which is covered with a removable seal membrane and is firmly connected to the inner lining, the Insert ring can be made of plastic, for example. It is then possible to use the inside lining Loosen insert ring of the lid from the can and close remove. Can be used as material for the interior lining advantageously a weldable aluminum / plastic Composite film, and for the can body can cardboard or Paper webs are used. These materials are one are recyclable and therefore do not pose any environmental problems waste disposal.
The can bottom can be made from a separate insert body is provided with an inner cover, exist and in an advantageously tubular can body leads and there for example by flanging the be held at the bottom of the can body. These Solution for the can bottom is special in terms of production technology cheap because the inner cover of the floor at the same time forms part of the inner lining, which together with the can bottom can be used. The can bottom can for easier introduction into the can body, for example se be made of flexible plastic. That part the inner lining that covers the can body wall, can tear into the flanged area of the can body chen, firmly connected to it and above it Connection point to form a predetermined breaking point weakens, for example, stabbed, embossed, perfo be cut or cut or completely cut to to allow the inner lining to be removed later.
The shape of the junction box is arbitrary. For example have a round or angular cross-section.
A method of making the compound can comprises According to the invention the process steps: production of Inner lining of the can wall; Attaching in Distance from each other, ver in the circumferential direction running adhesive sheets on the outside of the inner lining dung; Manufacture of the can body; Introducing the inside lining in the can body and at least partially Sticking with him; Insert the can bottom with inside cover; Establishing the connection between the inner lining of the can body and the inner cover of the can soil; Form a predetermined breaking point of the inner lining of the can body outside the connection point between the inner lining of the can body and the inner covering the ground; Inserting and fastening the cans cover.
The inner lining of the can body can, for example be manufactured as an endless hose to which after application of adhesive strips the can body also wound up as a tube and can be glued to the inner lining. Here the adhesive strips can also be formed on the can body det be, for example already on the paper webs of Winding tubes can be applied. Then you can from the Tube of individual can bodies cut to desired length will. The adhesive webs should be at least each because in the areas of later parting off the cans body are applied. Detaching the can bodies at the gluing points leads to the production of an adhesive bond between inner lining and can body both at the top as well as at the bottom of the can body. In order to is the desired adhesive connection in the lid area already manufactured and on the other hand the insertion of the can base without the inner lining slipping of the can body possible. The can bottom can be used moderately to above the lower glue point between Liner and can body introduced, and the Inner lining can form below the floor stabbed or cut into a predetermined breaking point before turning the lower edge of the can body around is flanged. By piercing, embossing, perforating or cutting the inner lining becomes one perform the necessary adhesive connection of the can bottom the finished can in the flanged area of the can body comes to rest, ineffective, so that after use the can also remove the inner lining from the Floor area is easily possible. The weaknesses for example grooving, embossing, perforating and in The inner lining can also be cut at the same time flanging the edge of the can body - for example by Using a special tool - done, which makes the manufacturing process can be further rationalized. In many applications where semi-adhesive to attach can be used on the formation of special target breaks can also be dispensed with.
An embodiment is described below with reference to the drawing the compound can and a process for its production explained in more detail.
Im einzelnen zeigen:In detail show:
Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch einen Verbund dosenkörper mit eingesetztem Boden; Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through a composite can body with an inserted bottom;
Fig. 2 eine vergrößerte Detaildarstellung aus Fig. 1; FIG. 2 shows an enlarged detailed illustration from FIG. 1;
Fig. 3 shows a partial longitudinal section through a composite can with an inserted lid.
Fig. 1 shows a can body 10 , which for example consist of cardboard or can be wound from paper webs and which is provided on the inside with an inner lining 11 , for example made of aluminum foil. The inner lining 11 lies loosely on the can body 10 and is only glued to the individual bodies by the reference numerals 12 and 13 , which extend over the entire inner circumference of the can body, glued to the can body 10 . The glue point 12 is located in the region of the opening of the can which can be closed by a lid, while the glue point 13 is located at the lower edge of the can body. The flanging fixes an insert base 14 in the can body 10 , as can be seen from the detailed illustration in FIG. 2. The insert base 14 is provided with an inner cover 15 , which here also consists of a weldable plastic-coated aluminum foil and with the inner lining 11 of the can body 10 at a connection point 16 shown in FIG. 2, it is firmly connected by welding and thus together with the inner lining 11 forms a kind of inner bag for receiving the contents of the can.
Fig. 2 zeigt auch eine Schwächungsstelle 18 der Innenauskleidung 11. From Fig. 2 it can be seen that the insert base 14 has a cross-section of the can body 10 adapted, downwardly projecting edge 17 , around which the lower edge of the can body 10 is flanged and thus fixes the insert base 14 in position. Fig. 2 also shows a weak point 18 of the inner liner 11. The weakening point 18 is located away from and outside of the welding joint 16 between the adhesive point 13 and the welding joint 16 . After use of the can, the adhesive point 12 can first be broken open by hand and the adhesive connection released, and then the complete inner bag, which is formed from the inner lining 11 and the inner cover 15 , can be pulled out of the can. The inner lining 11 tears off at the predetermined breaking point 18 due to the train and can be released from the clamping connection between the insert base 14 and the can body 10 . For the adhesive connections at points 12 and 13 , a glue is used which only acts semi-adhesive or which loses its adhesive effect over time and / or through the effect of temperature, whereby the removal of the inner lining after use of the can is facilitated. This increases the willingness of buyers to dispose of the can body and the inner lining separately and to recycle them. In addition, in the case of a breakable or otherwise detachable adhesive bond at point 13, the remaining piece 19 of the inner lining remaining after the inner bag has been pulled out can also be removed. The separate disposal of the can materials is particularly important if the inner lining is made of aluminum and does not end up in the garbage together with the can body, which is usually made of paper or cardboard, but is to be recycled separately from the paper waste.
FIG. 3 shows a lid 20 placed on the can body 10 , which has a ring insert 22 which is covered with a removable sealing membrane 21 and which extends over the upper edge of the can body 10 . The ring insert 22 is fixedly connected to the inner lining 11 of the can body 10 at the point 23 . After using the can, fingers can be reached under the lower edge 24 of the ring insert 22 and this can be removed from the can together with the inner lining. Due to the possibility of an increased application of force via the insert ring 22 , the loosening of the adhesive connection at the point 12 of the can body 10 is made easier. To close the box after opening the sealing membrane 21 , the lid 20 has a United closure wall 25 which is connected to the ring insert 22 at a hinge point 26 . On the side opposite the joint point 26 , the closure wall 25 has a grip tab 27 .
In einem letzten Verfahrensschritt 35 erfolgt das Einsetzen und Befestigen des Dosendeckels 20.Various processes of the method for producing a can according to FIGS. 1-3 have already been mentioned at the beginning. First of all, the inner lining 11 of the can body 10 is formed as an endless hose or in the parallel winding process and adhesive strips are applied at a distance from one another over its entire outer circumference. Then the can body is wrapped over it as a tube of paper webs. After the can body 10 has been separated from the bundle string formed, the insert trays 14 provided with the inner cover 15 are introduced. Then he follows the production of the connection of the inner lining 11 of the can body 10 with the inner cover 15 of a set bottom 14 by welding. Then the inner lining 11 of the can body 10 is weakened to produce the predetermined breaking point 18 , which lies between the weld connection 16 of the inner lining 11 with the inner cover 15 of the insert base 14 and the adhesive point 13 . In a last method step 35 , the can lid 20 is inserted and fastened.
