Bekannt sind Verschlüsse für Flüssigkeitsbehälter, die aus einer Folie von unterschiedlichem Material bestehen, wobei diese Verschlüsse geöffnet werden können, indem sie der Verbraucher entweder durchstößt und so durch Ausgießen oder durch Einstecken etwa eines Trinkhalmes o.a. an die Flüssigkeit gelangt oder aber durch Ablösen der Folie vom Behälterrand. Bekannt ist weiterhin die Verpackung von in tablettenform angebotenen Medikamenten und Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln in diese Tabletten umhüllende Folien, die vom Verbraucher entweder durch Einreißen oder durch das Durchstoßen der Folie aus der Verpackung genommen werden, wobei im letzteren Fall eine doppelte Folie verwendet wird, bei der eine stärkere, reißfeste auf der einen Seite und eine dünnere, weniger reißfeste auf der anderen Seite die Tablette umschließt. Bekannt ist schließlich, daß die weitaus größte Anzahl von Tabletten zum Verbrauch in Flüssigkeiten oder mit einer Flüssigkeit bestimmt ist oder daß zumindest deren Einnahme durch Nachtrinken einer Flüssigkeit erleichtert wird.Closures for liquid containers are known which consist of a film of different materials, whereby these closures can be opened by the consumer either piercing them and thus gaining access to the liquid by pouring it out or by inserting a drinking straw or something similar, or by removing the film from the edge of the container.
