Definitions

  • the invention relates to an insect screen door with a wing pivotally received in a frame or a door frame, and a closing device for automatically closing the wing.
  • Such an insect screen with the features according to the preamble of claim 1, for example, is made DE 100 39 829 B4 known.
  • a closing mechanism there is a torsion bar is used, which is rotatably disposed with one end in a provided on a mounting or a frame holding means, while the other end is also rotatably received in a arranged on the wing holder. Now, if the door is pivoted relative to the frame, the torsion bar is twisted, so that builds up a restoring force.
  • the invention is based on the problem of specifying an insect screen, which can be closed automatically with pendulum swivel bearing via a locking mechanism.
  • the closing means of the pendulum wing received two mutually parallel to substantially 90 ° angled torsion bars in the corner region between the frame or the door frame and the Wings extend, the rod ends of the substantially vertically extending rod sections each in a holder are rotatably received, while between the substantially horizontally extending rod sections engages a frame or door floor side arranged stop and a wing side arranged driver.
  • a locking mechanism comprising two separate, preferably biased in the mounting position torsion bars, which are each angled at substantially 90 °, used, wherein a torsion bar for the return of the one-way door and the other for the return the door opened in the other direction.
  • the torsion bars are rotatably held with the end located at the vertical rod portion in a holder which is arranged on the frame or on the door frame, so are rotated relative to this fixed point.
  • the other end cooperates with a driver-stop combination, which are provided in the region of the vertical wing and frame or door frame sections.
  • a stop is provided on the frame or the door frame, while a catch is provided on the hinged door.
  • Both are positioned so that they engage between the two substantially horizontally extending rod sections, which rod sections extend for several, for example 5 - 10 cm in the horizontal.
  • the two bar sections are located both on the driver and on the stop, which are provided relatively close to each other, to. If the door is swiveled to one side, a rod section is taken over the driver and thus twisted a torsion bar, while the other at the stop, which remains stable. This torsion bar is not twisted.
