Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de blocage (1) pour le guidage des roulements d'un élément roulant, en particulier d'un chariot à roulements (11), d'une porte coulissante installée latéralement sur un véhicule automobile et pour le blocage de la porte coulissante en position ouverte, le dispositif de blocage (1) faisant office d'élément à ressort par une force de ressort qui permet de maintenir la porte coulissante en position ouverte, sachant qu'il présente une section de roulement (2) qui comporte une surface de roulement (6) pour l'élément roulant, laquelle surface présente un bombement (7) et qu'il présente une section support (3) située en face de la section de roulement (2), sachant qu'il présente un élément de glissement (4) disposé entre la section de roulement (2) et la section support (3), lequel élément de glissement comprend une surface de glissement (15) et est relié soit fixement à la section support (3) et en glissant à la section de roulement (2), soit en glissant à la section support (3) et fixement à la section de roulement (2), et le dispositif de blocage étant de type déformable, sachant que, pendant une déformation, l'élément de glissement (4) glisse par sa surface de glissement (15) sur l'élément de glissement (4) relié en glissant à l'élément de glissement (4), caractérisé en ce que
    • le dispositif de blocage (1) est fabriqué en plastique et
    • qu'il est réalisé sous forme d'une bande fermée sur elle-même.
  2. Dispositif de blocage (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est fabriqué en polyoxyméthylène.
  3. Dispositif de blocage (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est installé sur le châssis du véhicule à l'aide d'un dispositif de montage (8).
  4. Dispositif de blocage (1) selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de glissement (4) présente un manchon de glissement (5) qui est fait d'un matériau autre que celui du dispositif de blocage (1) et qui inclut la surface de glissement (15).
  5. Dispositif de blocage (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de glissement (5) est fabriqué en polyamide.
  6. Dispositif de blocage (1) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de glissement (5) peut être fiché sur l'élément de glissement (4).
  7. Dispositif de blocage (1) selon une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de glissement (5) se présente sous forme d'un cylindre creux de section transversale en forme de C sans fond ni couvercle.
  8. Dispositif de blocage (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le manchon de glissement (5) présente à au moins un bout une saillie (10) tournée radialement vers l'intérieur et qui empêche un décalage axial du manchon de glissement (5) en position fichée.
