Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de fermeture et d'amortissement pour un élément extractible (1) des deux côtés, en particulier un tiroir dans un corps en porte-à-faux, qui est logé de manière coulissante dans le sens d'extraction dans des guides linéaires (2) et qui est muni sur les zones d'extrémité avant respectivement d'un cache qui est muni de dispositifs de verrouillage amovibles (7), au moyen desquels les caches peuvent être verrouillés respectivement sur la face avant côté extraction de l'élément extractible (1) respectivement sur le corps, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fermeture et d'amortissement présente une pièce coulissante (9) transversalement à la direction d'extraction de l'élément extractible (1) avec un ergot (11) qui est fixé sur le corps et qui peut être tiré dans une position de fermeture par des moyens ressort (15, 16) et l'ergot (11) coopère avec des cames qui sont fixées sur l'élément extractible (1) et qui présentent dans la position de fermeture de l'élément extractible (1) un retrait (19) dans lequel l'ergot (11) peut être pressé par les moyens de ressort (15, 16) par la pièce coulissante (9) en position de fermeture de l'élément extractible (1).
  2. Dispositif de fermeture et d'amortissement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que depuis le retrait (19) la came présente des deux côtés un premier chemin de came (20) le long duquel se déplace l'ergot (11) de la pièce coulissante (9) lors de l'insertion de l'élément extractible (1) dans le corps.
  3. Dispositif de fermeture et d'amortissement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'entre les premiers chemins de came (20) s'éloignant du retrait (19), sur les deux côtés, une languette pivotante (28) est placée, fermant ainsi le chemin de came non utilisé.
  4. Dispositif de fermeture et d'amortissement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que depuis le retrait (19) la came présente des deux côtés un second chemin de came (21) le long duquel l'ergot (11) de la pièce coulissante (19) se déplace pour l'extraction de l'élément extractible (1) hors du corps, chemin de came qui présente depuis le retrait (19) une inclinaison plus faible que le premier chemin de came (20) et second chemin de came (21) qui débouche à nouveau dans le premier chemin de came (20).
  5. Dispositif de fermeture et d'amortissement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que sur les zones externes détournées du retrait (19) de la came, sont disposés des troisièmes chemins de came (29), lesquels ont une forme tombante en direction de la face respective d'extraction de l'élément extractible (1).
  6. Dispositif de fermeture et d'amortissement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la pièce coulissante (9) coopère avec un dispositif de verrouillage (18) au moyen duquel la pièce coulissante (9) peut être verrouillée avec l'ergot (11) dans la position complètement sortie opposée à la position de fermeture.
  7. Dispositif de fermeture et d'amortissement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage (18) est muni d'un verrou (22) pivotant d'une position verrouillée en une position déverrouillée, lequel peut être commandé par un autre chemin de came (23) prévu sur la came.
  8. Dispositif de fermeture et d'amortissement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la pièce coulissante (9) est munie d'un élément d'amortissement (27) coopérant avec des moyens ressort (15, 16).
  9. Dispositif de fermeture et d'amortissement selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de ressort (15, 16) sont des ressorts de traction placés des deux côtés sur la pièce coulissante (9) et en ce que l'élément d'amortissement (27) est une unité de cylindre à piston qui est placée entre les deux ressorts de traction (15, 16).
  10. Dispositif de fermeture et d'amortissement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la came se compose d'une plaque (13) de préférence en matière plastique et en ce que les chemins de came (20, 21, 29) sont des chemins fraisés dans la plaque (13).
  11. Dispositif de fermeture et d'amortissement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'ergot (11) est réalisé comme un galet (32) disposé rotatif sur un axe (30).
