Claims (13)
- Dispositif pour l'application d'étiquettes adhésives (1) sur un ruban imprimé (15) défilant à une vitesse d'impression, comprenant un dispositif de guidage (3) pour l'amenée d'une bande de substrat (2) portant les étiquettes adhésives (1), un élément de décollement (5) pour décoller les étiquettes adhésives (1) de la bande de substrat (2) et des moyens (18) pour appliquer les étiquettes adhésives décollées (1) sur le ruban imprimé (15), caractérisé en ce que les moyens (18) pour l'application des étiques adhésives (1) décollées de la bande de substrat (2) sur le ruban imprimé (15) à la vitesse d'impression se composent d'au moins une came (23) qui est disposée sur un support (22) qui peut être entraîné par des moyens d'entraînement (21) à une vitesse qui correspond au moins pendant l'application des étiquettes adhésives (1) sur le ruban imprimé (15) sensiblement à la vitesse d'impression du ruban imprimé (15) défilant.

- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'un des galets (19) autour duquel est guidée la courroie sans fin (22), est disposé dans la zone du ruban imprimé (15) défilant, de sorte que la came entraînée (23) vient en contact avec le ruban imprimé (15) défilant.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre la came (23) et la came suivante sur la courroie (22) correspond à la distance entre une étiquette adhésive (1) appliquée sur le ruban imprimé (15) défilant et l'étiquette adhésive (1') suivante appliquée sur le ruban imprimé (15) défilant.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le ruban défilant (15) prend appui dans la zone opposée au galet (19) et sur sa face inférieure par un élément d'appui (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'appui est un galet (17).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de décollement (5) est composé d'une plaque (6) autour du bord avant (7) de laquelle est guidée la bande de substrat (2) de manière appliquée serrée et dont le bord avant (7) est disposé dans la zone entre le galet (19) et l'élément d'appui (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de décollement (5) est muni de moyens de réglage (28) de manière à régler la position du bord avant (7) par rapport au ruban imprimé (15) défilant et au galet (19).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage (3) est muni d'un cylindre de traction (9) qui est entouré partiellement par la bande de substrat (2) et qui peut être entraîné par un entraînement (10) à vitesse réglable (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un rouleau presseur (30) est appliqué contre le cylindre de traction (9) et que la bande de substrat (2) est maintenue serrée entre le cylindre de traction (9) et le rouleau presseur (30).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage (3) est muni d'un capteur (14) permettant de surveiller l'alimentation d'étiquettes (1) sur la bande de substrat (2).
