Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft wässrige Papierstreichmasse, enthaltend
- organische Polymere als Bindemittel und anorganische Pigmente, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bindemittel zumindest zum Teil in Form eines Pigment - Polymerhybrids vorliegen, in denen das Bindemittel chemisch oder physikalisch an die anorganische Pigmente gebunden ist und das Bindemittel zu mindestens 60 Gew. % aus Butadien oder C1 bis C20 Alkyl acrylaten oder Mischungen einer der vorgenannten Monomere mit Styrol aufgebaut ist.
- Papierstreichmassen bestehen im wesentlichen aus Pigment und Bindemittel. Durch das Bindemittel sollen die Pigmente auf dem Papier fixiert und der Zusammenhalt in der erhaltenen Beschichtung gewährleistet werden.
- Beim Druckvorgang z. B. in einer Offsetdruckmaschine, wirken wegen der hohen Viskosität der Druckfarbe starke Zugkräfte auf das beschichtete Papier. Der Widerstand, den das beschichtete Papier gegen diese Kräfte leistet, wird als Rupffestigkeit bezeichnet. Man unterscheidet je nach Feuchtigkeitszustand zwischen Trockenrupffestigkeit und Nassrupffestigkeit.
- Wässrige Papierstreichmassen enthaltend Verbundteilchen aus anorganischen Pigmenten und organischen Polymeren werden beschrieben in
FR 1 572 674 - Verbundteilchen aus anorganischen Pigmenten und organischen Polymeren sind z. B. aus
WO 93/12183 - Wasserfreie Papierstreichmassen, welche Verbundteilchen aus organischen Pigmenten und organischen Polymeren enthalten sind in
WO 01/00712 WO 01/00713 - Bei bisher bekannten Papierstreichmassen ist die Bindekraft des Bindemittels und somit die Rupffestigkeit noch nicht ausreichend.
- Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung war daher Papierstreichmassen mit einer verbesserten Rupffestigkeit.
- Demgemäß wurde die eingangs beschriebene Papierstreichmasse gefunden.
- Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Papierstreichmassen ist ein Bindemittel. Erfindungsgemäß handelt es sich bei dem Bindemittel um ein Polymer, welches zu mindestens 60 Gew. %, bevorzugt zu mindestens 80 Gew. % aus sogenannten Hauptmonomeren besteht.
- Die Hauptmonomere sind C1-C20, bevorzugt C1-C10-Alkyl acrylate und Mischungen der Alkyl acrylate mit Styrol, (Polymere mit diesen Hauptmonomeren werden zusammenfassend kurz Polyacrylate genannt) oder, alternativ, Butadien, oder Gemische von Butadien mit Styrol (Polymere mit diesen Hauptmonomeren werden zusammenfassend kurz Polybutadiene genannt).
- Bei Gemischen von Butadien mit Styrol kann das Verhältnis z. B. zwischen 10:90 bis 90:10, insbesondere 20:80 bis 80:20 liegen.
- Neben den Hauptmonomeren kann das Polymer Monomere mit mindestens einer Säuregruppe enthalten (kurz Säure-Momomer), z. B. Monomere mit Carbonsäure, Sulfonsäure oder Phosphonsäuregruppen. Bevorzugt sind Carbonsäuregruppen. Genannt seien z. B. Acrylsäure, Methacrylsäure, Itacon-säure, Maleinsäure oder Fumarsäure.
- Weitere Monomere sind darüber hinaus z. B. auch Hydroxylgruppen enthaltende Monomere, insbesondere C1-C10-Hydroxyalkyl(meth)acrylate, (Meth)acrylamid.
- Besonders bevorzugte Polymere sind demnach im Falle der Polybutadiene aufgebaut aus
- 10 bis 90 Gew. %, vorzugsweise 20 bis 70 Gew. %. Butadien
- 10 bis 90 Gew. %, vorzugsweise 30 bis 80 Gew. %, Styrol
- 0 bis 20 Gew. %, vorzugsweise 0 bis 10 Gew. % Säure-Monomer
- 0 bis 20 Gew. %, vorzugsweise 0 bis 10 Gew. % weitere Monomere
- 10 bis 95 Gew. %, vorzugsweise 30 bis 95 Gew. %, C1 bis C 10 Alkyrlacrylate
- 0 bis 60 Gew. %, vorzugsweise 0 bis 50 Gew. %, Styrol und
- 0 bis 20 Gew. %, vorzugsweise 0 bis 10 Gew. % Säure-Monomer
- 0 bis 20 Gew. %, vorzugsweise 0 bis 10 Gew. % weitere Monomere
- Sowohl die Polybutadiene als auch die Polyacrylate enthalten bevorzugt Säure-Monomere als Comonomere, vorzugsweise in einer Menge von 1 bis 5 Gew. %. Die Maximalmenge der obigen aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffe bei den Polybuadienen bzw. der Alkylacrylate bei den Polyacrylaten erniedrigt sich entsprechend um den Minimalbetrag der Säure-Monomere.
- Die Herstellung der Polymere erfolgt in einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform durch Emulsionspolymerisation, es handelt sich daher um ein Emulsionspolymerisat.
- Die Herstellung kann jedoch z. B. auch durch Lösungspolymerisation und anschließende Dispergierung in Wasser erfolgen.
- Bei der Emulsionspolymerisation werden ionische und/oder nicht-ionische Emulgatoren und/oder Schutzkolloide bzw. Stabilisatoren als grenzflächenaktive Verbindungen verwendet.
- Die grenzflächenaktive Substanz wird üblicherweise in Mengen von 0,1 bis 10 Gew. %, bezogen auf die zu polymerisierenden Monomeren verwendet.
- Wasserlösliche Initiatoren für die Emulsionspolymerisation sind z. B. Ammonium- und Alkalimetallsalze der Peroxidischwefelsäure, z. B. Natriumperoxodisulfat, Wasserstoffperoxid oder organische Peroxide, z. B. tert-Butylhydroperoxid.
- Geeignet sind auch sogenannte Reduktions-Oxidations(Red-Ox)-Initiator Systeme.
- Die Menge der Initiatoren beträgt im allgemeinen 0,1 bis 10 Gew. %, bevorzugt 0,5 bis 5 Gew. %, bezogen auf die zu polymerisierenden Monomeren. Es können auch mehrere, verschiedene Initiatoren bei der Emulsionspolymerisation Verwendung finden.
- Bei der Polymerisation können Regler eingesetzt werden, z. B. in Mengen von 0 bis 0,8 Gew. Teile, bezogen auf 100 Gew. Teile der zu polymerisierenden Monomeren, durch die die Molmasse verringert wird. Geeignet sind z. B. Verbindungen mit einer Thiolgruppe wie tert.-Butylmercaptan, Thioglycolsäureethylacrylester, Mercaptoethynol, Mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilan oder tert.-Dodecylmercaptan.
- Die Emulsionspolymerisation erfolgt in der Regel bei 30 bis 130, vorzugsweise 50 bis 90°C. Das Polymerisationsmedium kann sowohl nur aus Wasser, als auch aus Mischungen aus Wasser und damit mischbaren Flüssigkeiten wie Methanol bestehen. Vorzugsweise wird nur Wasser verwendet. Die Emulsionspolymerisation kann sowohl als Batchprozeß als auch in Form eines Zulaufverfahrens, einschließlich Stufen- oder Gradientenfahrweise, durchgeführt werden. Bevorzugt ist das Zulaufverfahren, bei dem man einen Teil des Polymerisationsansatzes vorlegt, auf die Polymerisationstemperatur erhitzt, anpotymerisiert und anschließend den Rest des Polymerisationsansatzes, üblicherweise ober mehrere räumlich getrennte Zuläufe, von denen einer oder mehrere die Monomeren in reiner oder in emulgierter Form enthalten, kontinuierlich, stufenweise oder unter Überlagerung eines Konzentrationsgefälles unter Aufrechterhaltung der Polymerisation der Polymerisationszone zuführt. Bei der Polymerisation kann auch z. B. zur besseren Einstellung der Teilchengröße eine Polymersaat vorgelegt werden.
- Die Art und Weise, in der der Initiator im Verlauf der radikalischen wässrigen Emulsionspolymerisation dem Polymerisationsgefäß zugegeben wird, ist dem Durchschnittsfachmann bekannt. Es kann sowohl vollständig in das Polymerisationsgefäß vorgelegt, als auch nach Maßgabe seines Verbrauchs im Verlauf der radikalischen wässrigen Emulsionspolymerisation kontinuierlich oder stufenweise eingesetzt werden. Im Einzelnen hängt dies von der chemischen Natur des Initiatorsystems als auch von der Polymersiationstemperatur ab. Vorzugsweise wird ein Teil vorgelegt und der Rest nach Maßgabe des Verbrauchs der Polymerisationszone zugeführt.
- Zur Entfernung der Restmonomeren wird üblicherweise auch nach dem Ende der eigentlichen Emulsionspolymerisation, d. h. nach einem Umsatz der Monomeren von mindestens 95 %, Initiator zugesetzt.
- Die einzelnen Komponenten können dem Reaktor beim Zulaufverfahren von oben, in der Seite oder von unten durch den Reatctorboden zugegeben werden.
- Bei der Emulsionspolymerisation werden wässrige Dispersionen des Polymeren in der Regel mit Feststoffgehalten von 15 bis 75 Gew. %, bevorzugt von 40 bis 75 Gew. % erhalten.
- Als Bindemittel eignen sich insbesondere auch Gemische von verschiedenen Bindemitteln, z. B. auch Gemische von synthetischen und natürlichen Polymeren.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Papierstreichmasse enthält als wesentlichen Bestandteil anorganische Pigmente. Insbesondere handelt es sich um Weißpigmente. Zu nennen sind z. B. Bariumsulfat, Calciumcarbonat, Calciumsulfoaluminat, Kaolin, Talkum, Titandioxid, Zinkoxid, Kreide oder Streichclay.
- Besonders bevorzugt ist Titandioxid oder Calciumcarbonat.
- Neben anorganischen Pigmenten können auch organische Pigmente, wie sie z. B. in
WO 01/00712 WO 01/00713 - Besonders bevorzugt werden keine organischen Pigmente mitverwendet.
- Erfindungsgemäß liegen das Bindemittel und das anorganische Pigment zumindest zum Teil in Form von Pigment-Polymerhybriden vor. In diesen Hybriden ist das organische Polymer, bzw. Bindemittel chemisch oder physikalisch an das anorganische Pigment gebunden. Insbesondere ist das Bindemittel an die Pigmentoberfläche adsorbiert.
- Bei den Pigment-Polymerhybriden handelt es sich um eine eigenständige Teilchensorte mit einheitlicher Dichte. Bei Messung der Dichte der Pigment-Polymerhybride mit einer Ultrazentrifuge nach der Methode des statischen Dichtegradienten (bei 21°C und 1 bar) wird nur eine Dichte, d. h. eine Teilchensorte, ermittelt. Die Meßmethode des statischen Dichtegradienten ist z. B. in W. Mächtle, M. D. Lechner, Progr.Colloid Po-lym.Sci (2002) 119,1 beschrieben.
- Zur Untersuchung einer Probe im Statischen Dichtegradient (Stat. DG) wird eine Mischung aus leichtem Lösungsmittel und schwerem Lösungsmittel oder Zusatzstoff (i.d.R. Metrizamid/H2O, Metrizamid/D2O) bei moderaten Rotordrehzahlen für mindestens 22 Stunden zentrifugiert. Das unterschiedliche Sedimentations- und Diffusionsverhalten von schwerem und leichten Agenz führt zur Ausbildung eines Konzentrations- und damit eines Dichtegradient über die Zelle. Jede radiale Position der Messzelle weist daher eine andere Lösungsmitteldichte auf. Die Probe bzw. die chemisch unterschiedlichen Komponenten der Probe sedimentieren oder flotieren innerhalb dieses Dichtegradienten genau an die radiale Position, an welcher ein ihrer Partikeldichte entsprechendes Mischungsverhältnis von leichtem und schwerem Agenz vorliegt. Damit ist eine hochgenaue Fraktionierung von Proben nach der Dichte und damit der chemischen Zusammensetzung möglich.
- Da sich in dem untersuchten System Polymer (ca. 1 g/cm3), Calciumcarbonat (2,6 bis 2,95 g/cm3, je nach Modifikation) und Polymer/Carbonat-Hybrid die Dichten der Partikel gravierend unterscheiden, kann über Messungen der Hybride in geeigneten statischen Dichtegradienten der Nachweis von freiem Polymer bzw. der Ausschluss von freiem Polymer erfolgen.
- Ein Pigment- Polymerhybrid ist z. B. bereits durch Mischen von Pigment und Bindemittel und anschließende Trocknung oder bevorzugt durch Vermahlung des Pigments in Gegenwart des Bindemittels erhältlich.
- Die Pigment-Polymerhybride können neben Bindemittel und anorganischem Pigment weitere Bestandteile enthalten, z. B. Dispergierhilfsmittel wie Polycarbonsäure oder deren Salze, insbesondere Polyacrylsäure oder Polyphosphorsäure.
- Der Gehalt der organischen Polymere und Bindemittel in den Pigment-Polymerhybriden beträgt insbesondere weniger als 40 Gew. Teile, vorzugsweise weniger als 20 Gew. Teile, besonders bevorzugt weniger als 15 Gew. Teile organische Polymere, auf 100 Gew. Teile der in den Hybriden vorhandenen Pigmente.
- Der Gehalt an organischen Polymere und Bindemittel in den Pigment-Polymerhybriden beträgt vorzugsweise mindestens 1 Gew. Teil, besonders bevorzugt mindestens 3 Gew. Teile und ganz besonders bevorzugt mindestens 5 Gew. Teile, auf 100 Gew. Teile der in den Hybriden vorhandenen Pigmente.
- In den erfindungsgemäßen Papierstreichmassen werden organische Polymere, insbesondere Bindemittel und anorganische Pigmente besonders bevorzugt in Form der Pigment-Polymerhybride verwendet. Neben den Pigment-Polymerhybriden können auch organische Bindemittel und anorganische Pigmente verwendet werden, welche nicht in Form der Pigment-Polymerhybride vorliegen.
- Vorzugsweise liegen mindestens 30 Gew. %, insbesondere mindestens 60 Gew. % und ganz besonders bevorzugt mindestens 95 Gew. % und insbesondere 100 Gew. % der insgesamt in der Papierstreichmasse vorhandenen anorganischen Pigmente in Form der Pigment-Polymerhybride vor.
- Vorzugsweise liegen mindestens 30 Gew. %, insbesondere mindestens 60 Gew. % und ganz besonders bevorzugt mindestens 95 Gew. % und insbesondere 100 Gew. % der in der Papierstreichmasse enthaltenen organischen Polymere, bzw. Bindemittel in Form der Pigment-Polymerhybride vor.
- Die Papierstreichmassen können weitere Zusatzstoffe z. B. Dispergiermittel enthalten. Geeignete Dispergiermittel sind Polyanionen, beispielsweise von Polyphosphorsäuren oder von Polyacrylsäuren (Polysalze), welche üblicherweise in Mengen von 0,1 bis 3 Gew. %, bezogen auf die Pigmentmenge, enthalten sind.
- Außerdem können die Papierstreichmassen Rheologie-Additive enthalten. Es seien z. B. Stärke, Kasein, Gelatine, Alginate und Sojaproteine, als modifizierte Naturprodukte Hydroxyethylcellulose, Ethylcellulose und Carboxymethylcellulose sowie kationisch modifizierte Stärke erwähnt. Es können aber auch übliche synthetische Additive, z. B. auf Vinylacetat- oder Acrylatbasis, verwendet werden, letztere haben üblicherweise einen Gehalt an Säure-Monomeren größer 5 insbesondere größer 10 Gew. %.
- Die Rheologie-Additive können z. B. in Mengen von 0,1 bis 2 Gew. %, bezogen auf die Pigmentrnenge enthalten sein.
- Zur Herstellung der Papierstreichmasse werden die Bestandteile in bekannter Weise gemischt.
- Die Papierstreichmasse besteht vorzugsweise zu mindestens 40 Gew. %, besonders bevorzugt zu mindestens 60 Gew. %, ganz besonders bevorzugt zu mindestens 80 Gew. % bzw. 90 Gew. % aus Pigment-Polymerhybriden, wobei Wasser und sonstige organische Lösemittel mit einem Siedepunkt kleiner 200°C bei 1 bar nicht als Bestandteil mitgezählt werden; insbesondere kann sie auch zu mindestens 95 bzw. 100 Gew. % aus Pigment-Polymerhybriden bestehen.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Papierstreichmasse enthält vorzugsweise mindestens 30 Gew. Teile insbesondere mindestens 40 Gew. Teile Wasser auf 100 Gew. Teile anorganisches Pigment.
- Der Gehalt an Wasser in der Papierstreichmasse wird üblicherweise auf 25 bis 75 Gew. %, besonders bevorzugt 25 bis 50 Gew. % bezogen auf die gesamte Papierstreichmasse (inklusive Wasser), eingestellt.
- Die Papierstreichmasse kann nach üblichen Verfahren auf die zu beschichtertden Papiere aufgebracht werden (vgl. Ullmann's Encyclopädie der Technischen Chemie, 4. Auflage, Bd. 17, S. 603 ff).
- Die mit den erfindungsgemäßen Papierstreichmassen beschichteten Papiere weisen eine hohe Trocken- und Nassrupffestigkeit (Haftung der Papierstreichmasse) auf. Dadurch sind sie besonders für den Offsetdruck geeignet, bei dem aufgrund der hohen Viskosität der Druckfarbe das beschichtete Papier durch hohe Zugkräfte beansprucht wird.
- Die mit den erfindungsgemäßen Papierstreichmassen beschichteten Papiere zeigen eine gute Bedruckbarkeit. Die Papiere sind insbesondere auch für Offsetdruckverfahren geeignet.
- Die Herstellung erfolgte gemäß dem in Fr 04 07 806 von Omya beschriebenen Verfahren.
- Zur Herstellung des Hybride 1 wurde Calciumcarbonat-Slurries (Hydrocarb 2 GU der Firma Omya AG) in einer Dispermat SN - C 12 Mühle in Gegenwart einer wässrigen Dispersion eines carboxylierten Styrol-Butadiene-Copolymeren (Styronal® D536 der BASF AG) als Bindemittel vermahlen.
- Mahlbedingungen waren:
- Umdrehungsgeschwindigkeit der Mühle 5500 r/min
- Mahldauer 30 min
- Slurrykonzentration 66 %
- Kugelgröße 33 mm Durchmesser
- Kugelmaterial Glas
- Für Hybrid H1 wurden 10 Teile Bindemittel (fest), 0,3 Teile Polysalz® S (Dispergiermittel) auf 100 Teile CaCO3 eingesetzt und nach der Vermahlung 0,4 Teile Polysalz S zugesetztB) Nachweis der physikalischen und/oder chemischen Bindung des Polymeren an das Pigment:
- Polymerhybrid H1 sowie das eingesetzte Polymerisat Styronal® D536 wurden nach der vorne beschriebenen Methode im statischen Dichtegradienten der Ultrazentrifuge vermessen. Durch Einsatz von vier verschiedenen Dichtegradienten wurde dabei ein Dichtebereich von 0,95 g/cm3 bis 1,30 g/cm3 abgedeckt.
- Bei der Messung des eingesetzten Polymerisats wird ein scharfer Peak bei einer Dichte von 0,99 g/cm3 beobachtet.
- Bei der Messung des Polymerhybrid H1 werden in dem gesamten zugänglichen Dichtebereich, insbesondere bei der Dichte des reinen Polymerisats, keine Peaks beobachtet.
- Das Polymer/Pigment-Hybrid enthält also kein ungebundenes Polymerisat.
- Die Papierstreichmassen wurden durch Verrühren der Bestandteile gemäß folgender Tabelle hergestellt:

** Rheologie-Additiv auf Polyacrylatbasis - Als Rohpapier wurde ein holzfreies Streichrohpapier mit einem Flächengewicht von 70 g/m2 verwendet. Der Auftrag der Papierstreichmasse erfolgte einseitig mit 10 g/m2 auf einer Laborstreichmaschine. Die Trocknung erfolgte mit einem IR-Strahler.
- Die Papiere passierten vor den anwendungstechnischen Prüfungen viermal einen Laborkalander (ein Walzenpaar, Liniendruck: 2000 N/cm).
- Aus den zu prüfenden Papieren wurden Streifen in der Größe 33 x 3 cm in Längsrichtung geschnitten und diese Streifen 15 Stunden bei 27°C mit einer relativen Luftfeuchtigkeit von 50 % im Klimaraum gelagert.
- Die Streifen wurden anschließend in einem Druckwerk (IGT Bedruckbarkeitsprüfer AC2/AlC2) mit einer Standardfarbe (Druckfarbe 3808 der Fa. Lorilleux-Lefranc) bedruckt.
- Die Prüfstreifen werden mit kontinuierlich steigender Geschwindigkeit (maximale Geschwindigkeit 200 cm/sec) durch das Druckwerk geführt. Als Maß für die Trockenrupffestigkeit wird die Geschwindigkeit in cm/sec angegeben, bei der nach Druckbeginn 10 Ausrisse aus der Papierstreichmasse (Rupfpunkte) erfolgt sind.
- Aus den zu prüfenden Papieren werden Proben mit einer Größe von 240 x 46 mm in der Längsrichtung ausgeschnitten.
- Auf die Einfärbewalze wird eine entsprechende Menge der Druckfarbe gegeben und 1 min laufen gelassen. Dann wird eine Druckscheibe eingesetzt und 30 s eingefärbt.
- Die Druckgeschwindigkeit beträgt 1 m/s. Ein Papierstreifen wird auf einen Druckprobeträger mit dem bedruckten Papierstreifen erneut in die Ausgangsstellung gebracht. Nach einer festgelegten Zeitspanne wird der Druckvorgang ohne Austausch der Druckscheibe erneut gestartet. Dieser Vorgang wird mehrmals wiederholt.
- Nach jedem Durchgang wird das Rupfen auf der bedruckten Seite des Papierstreifens visuell begutachtet. Es wird die Anzahl der Durchgänge angegeben bis zum ersten Mal ein Rupfen auftritt. Bei sehr starkem Rupfen wird der letzte Durchgang nur als halb angegeben (z. B. starkes Rupfen nach dem 3. Durchgang wird mit 2,5 angegeben).
- Anzahl der Durckvorgänge bis zum Auftreten des ersten Rupfens.
- Die Ergebnisse sind in der nachstehend dargestellten Tabelle 2 zusammengefasst.

Claims (10)
- Wässrige Papierstreichmasse, enthaltend- organische Polymere als Bindemittel und anorganische Pigmente, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bindemittel zumindest zum Teil in Form eines Pigment - Polymerhybrids vorliegen, in denen das Bindemittel chemisch oder physikalisch an die anorganische Pigmente gebunden ist und das Bindemittel zu mindestens 60 Gew. % aus Butadien oder C1 bis C20 Alkylacrylaten oder Mischungen einer der vorgenannten Monomere mit Styrol aufgebaut ist.
- Wässrige Papierstreichmasse gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Bindemittel um Emulsionspolymerisate handelt.
- Wässrige Papierstreichmasse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den anorganischen Pigmenten um Weißpigmente, z. B. Titandioxid oder Calziumcarbonat handelt.
- Wässrige Papierstreichmasse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehalt an Bindemittel 5 bis 30 Gew. Teile auf 100 Gew. Teile anorganische Pigmente beträgt.
- Wässrige Papierstreichmasse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehalt an Wasser mindestens 30 Gew. Teile auf 100 Gew. Teile anorganische Pigmente beträgt.
- Wässrige Papierstreichmasse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens 50 Gew. % der Bindemittel in Form des Pigment-Polymerhybrids vorliegen.
- Wässrige Papierstreichmasse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pigment-Polymerhybrid dadurch erhältlich ist, dass zunächst ein Gemisch aus anorganischem Pigment, dem Bindemittel und gegebenenfalls weiteren Hilfsstoffen hergestellt wird und dabei gegebenenfalls mitverwendetes Wasser oder Lösungsmittel anschließend bis auf einen Restgehalt kleiner 20 Gew. Teilen auf 100 Gew. Teile anorganisches Pigment entfernt wird.
- Wässrige Papierstreichmasse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pigment-Polymerhybrid durch Vermahlen des anorganischen Pigments in Gegenwart des Bindemittels erhältlich ist.
- Verwendung einer wässrigen Papierstreichrnasse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 zur Beschichtung von Papier oder Karton.
- Papier oder Karton erhältlich durch Verwendung gemäß Anspruch 9.
