Abstract

In a process to manufacture a hook and loop fastener, the looped section is formed by loops anchored in a mesh. The loops and mesh are formed together by two needles in combined operation. The simultaneous formation of mesh and loops takes place on a textile substrate. The number of loops formed depends on the number of needles in operation or left unoccupied. Each mesh section is associated with a further loop. Further claimed is a commensurate hook and loop fastener made of 15-50 den monofilament polyester, polyamide and/or polypropylene with or without Aloe Vera.

Description

The invention relates to a method for producing a textile fabric, in particular in the form of a knit fabric for use as a loop component in a hook-and-loop type hook and loop fastener, wherein the fabric contains yarn threads, the loops and stitches in the transverse and longitudinal directions by conventional tools, form like a needle with hook, slide, tee bar, hold-down plate and thread-guiding hole needle or guide bar of a knitting machine, and the fabric according to claim 5 itself.

Such methods and fabrics are known in the most varied embodiments in the prior art. Only, for example, is therefore on the EP 0517275 B1 referred, which claims a textile warp knit fabric with loops on the technical back of the goods. The stitch forming operation is well known in the art to those skilled in the art, whereupon the needles in a pusher are in the knockdown position at the beginning of the stitch forming operation, which is the lowest position in which the hold down blank placed in a board bar is positioned between the needles. In the second stage, the needles then rise to the highest position, which represents the inclusion position. The sliders rise so that the needle heads open while the knit is held down by the hold down boards. In the third stage, the guide bars or needles, known as thread guides, swing to the front between the needles. Subsequently, the yarn guides are laterally displaced around a needle and then swing back between the needles, creating a consideration. Likewise, the hold-down boards move back. Then the needles and slides lower until the needle heads are closed and the threads thus laid are held in the needle heads. Hereupon, the thread guides are offset laterally and reposition to underlay. Finally, the needles lower to tee position, wherein the old mesh from the needle shaft slips over the needle head, wherein the in The pin heads loops are pulled through the old stitch and a new series of stitches has emerged.

Weiteren Stand der Technik findet man in der US 4,624,116 B1 , US 2001/0010164 A1 und der EP 0 978 583 B1 .Further prior art can be found in the US 4,624,116 B1 . US 2001/0010164 A1 and the EP 0 978 583 B1 ,

For decades, so the thread is known as looping around once wrapped around the needle, which is then held in the hook of the needle and then moved with the movement of the closing needle with the slider slide down.

A problem in the prior art is that only every second loop can be formed by dropping a stitch, and also this is subject to the risk, glued when coating the materials with the loop. In particular, with repeated use of a hook and loop fastener, its function is thereby significantly impaired. The invention is therefore based on the object to remedy this situation and to provide a simple fast-acting process or a textile fabric in which the loops not only have an absolutely straight stand up from the fabric, but also by their education to do so contribute that the Velcro function is significantly improved and possibly allows a multiple, safe use of the loop component.

In überraschender Weise löst die Erfindung dieses Problem und die Aufgabe durch das im Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnete Verfahren bzw. durch das textile Flächengebilde nach Anspruch 5.Surprisingly, the invention solves this problem and the object by the method characterized in claim 1 or by the textile fabric according to claim 5.

Through the inventive unique threading process of the thread on two needles, which is then held by two hooks, it is possible for the first time in each continuous, second or third, etc. stitch in the longitudinal and transverse direction simultaneously form loop and stitch.

Another advantage is found in the simultaneous loop and stitch formation by these are held simultaneously in two superimposed basic meshes under tension and prevents a slit of the thread of the loop on the back of the fabric and material usage, and the sling after an absolutely straight state above.

Finally, the inventive unit of loop and stitch leads to improved effectiveness and strength of the hook and loop fastener.

In the following an embodiment of the invention with reference to a (warp) knitting machine according to the invention knitted fabric for better understanding thereof is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, to which the invention is not limited.

The following is based on the process sequence according to the invention FIGS. 1A to 1C Referenced.

The guide bars or hole needles c swing forward, as indicated by the arrow 11. The yarn threads d1, d2 are inserted into the hooks e, of which only one can be seen, the downwardly moving needles b inserted. The sliders h still remain in the upper position and come out of the slide groove b2, while at the same time the enclosure is tightened again and the board bar g begins to swing backwards, as in the FIG. 1B indicated by the arrow 12.

The board bar g has reached the rearmost position and the slider needle b and the slider h move down together (see arrows 13 and 14), the hook e the needles b are closed by the sliders h. The stitch loops slip from the needle shaft onto the slides h. The guide bars c are in the front position and begin with the underlay.

In Fig. 1c shows how the needles b and the slider h together dive down into the boards g. The inserted into the hooks e of the needles b threads d1, d2 are pulled through the slipping stitch loops for new stitch formation. The board bar g then swings forward and the underlays are carried out, thereby increasing the knit 10 by one row.

Fig. 2 represents the stitch pattern 15 of the loop (f) and simultaneous stitch formation (i2) which are not held by preceding and succeeding stitches. The superimposed stitches over the entire length of goods, which are always formed by the same needles, thereby forming a vertically extending wale, which is arranged by the reference numeral il. With j in this figure, the shots are designated. The stitches arranged side by side over the entire length of the goods form the course of stitches, which is identified by the reference symbol.

The FIGS. 3a and 3f show a master record in combination with other bindings, viz Fig. 3a with mesh binding and Fig. 3f with ski binding. In the individual records according to FIGS. 3e (w) or Fig. 3i (z) the simultaneously formed loops and stitches are shown in combination with the other bindings mentioned above FIGS. 3b and o (r and v) and FIGS. 3g and h (x and y), according to z in each stitch loops are formed, while in w in every other stitch loops are formed.

In the FIGS. 3a to 3i the loop pattern of loop (f) and simultaneous loop formation (i2) is shown, which are not held by previous and subsequent stitches (i1) and (i2).

In the invention, it is prevented by the form of the individual guide rails or the thread feeder that there, where loops are formed, no previous and subsequent stitch - as in the Figures 2 and 3 is shown, so that there is no twill construction in combination with other bindings. As a body in the art that embodiment of the stitch formation is called, in which all stitches are held in themselves and do not form a loop.
