Description

The invention relates to a textile fabric, in particular textile warp knitted fabrics, in particular in the form of a knitted fabric for use as a loop component in a hook and loop type Velcro fastener, the fabric containing yarn threads which form loops and stitches in the transverse and longitudinal directions. This can be done using conventional tools, such as a slide needle with hook, slide, knock-off bar, hold-down plate and thread-guiding perforated needle or laying bars of a knitting machine.

Such methods and fabrics are known in the most varied of embodiments in the prior art. For this reason only, for example EP 1811070 B1 referenced, which discloses a textile warp knitted fabric with loops and a base of two yarns per repeat and their production.

In addition, it is also known to use textured yarns as loop yarn in order to improve the adhesive effect, such as, for example EP 13 197 231 A1 disclosed.

The object of the present invention is to provide a textile fabric known from the prior art in the form of a knitted fabric for use as To further develop the loop component in a hook-and-loop type Velcro fastener in such a way that it has a low basis weight with high stability and a dense base.

Advantageous further developments are given in claims 2 to 11. Another aspect of the invention is the use of the textile according to the invention with the features of claim 12.

The decisive factor here is the selection of at least one first yarn in the rear and a comparatively open laying. This is achieved according to the invention by providing a partial weft of at least a first of the yarns forming the rear. As a result, as well as by avoiding unnecessary stitch formation, the weight per unit area can be kept low while filling the area. Due to the open laying or the spacing of the wales, this could not be achieved by using textured yarn in the loops.

The fund is sometimes also referred to as basic commodity or base. It is usually used to apply the fabric by lamination, gluing and / or sewing and holds the fabric together, usually even forms the fabric as such, from which the loops protrude.

According to the invention, the textile fabric is formed at least from two yarns forming the base and one yarn forming the loops per repeat, in particular it does not contain any further yarns.

At least a first of the at least two yarns forming the background is introduced in the partial weft and is designed as a textured multifilament yarn. In particular, the at least one first yarn of the at least two yarns forming the base runs predominantly transversely to the wales of the at least one second yarn of the at least two yarns forming the base, in particular in the transverse direction of the textile fabric. In particular, it creates the connection between two wales of the at least one second yarn of the yarns forming the background. With particular advantage, the at least one first of the at least two yarns forming the base does not form stitches, but is only tied by stitching other yarns, in particular the stitches of the at least one second yarn of the at least two yarns forming the base.

The at least one second of the at least two yarns forming the background per repeat forms a wale. It is especially designed as a smooth yarn, but can also be textured. Both mono and multifilament yarn can be included. The wales of the at least one second of the at least two yarns forming the background per repeat of the individual repeats run essentially parallel to one another and in particular in the longitudinal direction of the textile fabric. The wales are at least 1 mm apart. This can be ensured, for example, by using only every fourth system on a circular knitting machine with 28 systems per inch to form a wale of the at least one second yarn of the at least two yarns forming the background. In general, one could ensure this through Forming wales of the second yarn of the at least two yarns forming the background per repeat and providing a corresponding distance. The distance should generally be measured from the center of the stick to the center of the next stick. Advantageously, however, there is also a free space of at least 1 mm between the wales, which is constant, in particular over the length of the fabric and / or between all wales over the width of the fabric.

For example, the at least one first yarn of the at least two yarns forming the base can be formed in the weft via the systems lying between them for the formation of the wales. In relation to the entire machine or the entire textile fabric or its width, it is therefore only introduced in partial weft. In particular, a large number of such wales are included in the textile fabric at a corresponding distance, in particular at a distance that is identical between all of the wales across the width of the fabric. The distance is constant, in particular, over the length of the fabric. The length must be measured in the direction in which the fabric was produced.

It is particularly advantageous for the textile fabric to have a weight per unit area of 10 to 40 g / square meter, in particular of 10 to 25 g / square meter. This can be achieved in particular by the design according to the invention and corresponding selection of yarn, in particular the at least one first yarn of the at least two yarns forming the rear.

It is particularly advantageous that the at least one second yarn of the at least two yarns forming the background is a smooth and / or textured yarn, a multifilament yarn and / or a single filament yarn. The choice can be made depending on the desired properties of the textile fabric.

It is particularly advantageous for the textile fabric to have three yarns per repeat; they can be of identical or different types. In particular, two of the yarns can be identical and one can be designed differently. In this case, both the yarns forming the background can be made identical, and either that the first or the second yarn being formed together with the yarn forming the loops can be selected identically.

All yarns forming the base are made of polyester or polyamide. For example, one yarn can be made from polyester and another from polyamide.

With particular advantage, exactly one loop is provided in the transverse and / or longitudinal direction on each continuous stitch or on every second stitch.

As a result, the loop density can be selected to be relatively high and a strong Velcro effect can thus be achieved. In this case, for example, a loop can be provided in the longitudinal direction on each stitch and a loop in the transverse direction on every second stitch. Also, for example, a loop can be provided in the longitudinal direction on every second stitch and a loop can be provided in the transverse direction on each stitch, or a loop can be provided in the longitudinal direction on every second stitch and a loop in the transverse direction on every second stitch.

The simultaneous formation of loops and stitches of the loop yarn in combination with the setting of other yarns forming the background is particularly advantageous. For example, as an alternative or in addition to being tied by the at least one second yarn of the at least two yarns forming the background, the loop yarn can also bind the at least one first yarn of the at least two yarns forming the background. Depending on the requirements, different yarns can be used as loop yarn. Here, for example, smooth and / or textured cooking can be used as single-filament yarns and / or multifilament yarns. A combination or alternation in the different repeats or the use of several loop yarns per repetition are also conceivable. Loop yarn made of polyester, polyamide and / or polypropylene is used in particular. It is particularly advantageous for the loop yarn to have a dtex of 50 to 60 each.

The at least one second yarn of the at least two yarns forming the base has a dtex of 15 to 65 in the foremost manner. In particular, only one second yarn is included per repeat and in particular only two yarns forming the back are included per repeat.

According to the invention, as is known from the prior art mentioned at the outset, the loops of the loop yarn and the loops of the loop yarn are designed as a unit such that at least one loop is present in the transverse and / or longitudinal direction on every or every second continuous loop.

It is particularly advantageous if the at least one first yarn of the at least two yarns forming the fund has at least 5 filaments and in particular up to 40 filaments, in particular up to 25 filaments and / or a total dtex 20 and 100 on. This is particularly advantageous for all yarns used in the rear, in particular for all multifilament yarns of the textile fabric. Such selections make it possible to achieve a particularly low basis weight with a particularly dense rear.

Another advantage can be found in the simultaneous formation of loops and stitches, in that they can be held under tension simultaneously in two superimposed basic stitches and prevent the thread of the loop from breaking through to the back of the fabric and also use of material, and the loop to stand absolutely straight above there.

The object is also achieved by a textile fabric according to the invention as a Velcro fastener for diapers.

The object is also achieved by a method for producing a textile fabric, whereby, as in the prior art, in particular the EP 1811070 B1 , proceeded in a known manner and the yarn selection was carried out as described above for the textile fabric. In particular, this creates an inventive textile fabric as described above. The advantageous features of the textile fabric can be realized by an appropriate process engineering implementation.

Two exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below on the basis of a knitted fabric produced according to the invention on a (warp) knitting machine for better understanding of the same, using the drawing, to which the invention is, however, not restricted.

The Figures 2a and 2e show an overall laying record in combination with different bindings, namely Fig. 2a with stitch binding also of the first yarn of the two yarns forming the background and, preferably, Fig. 2e without stitch formation of the first yarn of the two yarns forming the rear, which is introduced in the partial weft. In this case, this is also tied off by the stitches of the second yarn of the yarns forming the background. In the individual position records according to Figures 2d (w) or Fig. 2h (z) the loops and stitches of the loop yarn formed simultaneously are shown, in combination with the others mentioned above Bonds according to Figures 2b and c (r and v) or Figures 2f (Tying without stitching the yarn introduced in the partial weft) and g (x and y), loops being formed in z in every stitch of the loop yarn, while loops are formed in w in every second stitch of the loop yarn.

In the Figures 2a to 2h the stitch pattern of the loop (f) and the simultaneous stitch formation (i2) of a rear yarn is also shown.

Garne gezeigt.According to the invention, the laying out of the Figures 2b (r) and 2f (x) the laying of the first yarn of the two yarns forming the back there. According to the invention, this is introduced in the partial shot, here via four systems. Three reports are shown. As stated above, each of the demanding threads or yarns is present once per repeat. Thus, the first three of the two threads or yarns forming the back for each repeat and three second of the two threads or yarns forming the back for each repeat and three loops or threads forming the back are shown in the illustrations.

Because the at least one first yarn of the at least two yarns forming the background per repeat, as in Figure 2f If no stitches are formed, but only tied by the stitches of another yarn, further weight savings can be reduced. The partial shot also contributes significantly to weight reduction.
