    a. déroulement d'une première bande de matériau (9) d'un premier rouleau de matériau (10),
    b. génération d'une première arête de coupe (61 ; 61a ; 61b) par coupe d'une seconde bande de matériau (11) au moins le long d'un premier sens de coupe (38 ; 38a ; 38b) et le long d'un second sens de coupe (40 ; 40a ; 40b), les sens de coupe (38, 40 ; 38a, 40a ; 38b, 40b) formant un angle α de telle sorte que s'applique 0° < α< 180°,
    c. génération d'une seconde arête de coupe (67 ; 67a ; 67b) complémentaire à la première arête de coupe (61 ; 61a ; 61b) par coupe de la première bande de matériau (9) au moins le long du premiers sens de coupe (38 ; 38a ; 3 8b) et le long du second sens de coupe (40 ; 40a ; 40b),
    d. liaison de la première bande de matériau (9) avec la seconde bande de matériau (11) dans la zone des arêtes de coupe (61, 67 ; 61a, 67a ; 6 1 b, 67b) pour former une bande de matériau (21) sans fin, la première bande de matériau (9) et la seconde bande de matériau (11) étant disposées essentiellement sans chevauchement,
    i. la première bande de matériau (9) et la seconde bande de matériau (11) s'engageant le long d'un sens de transport (53) des bandes de matériau (9, 11) dans une zone de liaison (66 ; 66a ; 66b), et
    ii les arêtes de coupe (61, 67 ; 61a, 67a ; 61b, 67b) réalisant respectivement plusieurs saillies d'arête de coupe (64, 68 ; 64a, 68a ; 64b, 68b) et plusieurs cavités d'arête de coupe (65, 69 ; 65a, 69a ; 65b, 69b), et
    e. déroulement de la seconde bande de matériau (11) d'un second rouleau de matériau (12).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour l'angle α des sens de coupe (38, 40 ; 38a, 40a ; 38b, 40b) s'applique 30° ≤ α ≤ 150°, en particulier 45° ≤ α ≤ 135°, et en particulier 60° ≤ α ≤ 120°.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les saillies d'arête de coupe (64, 68) et les cavités d'arête de coupe (65, 69) sont réalisées de manière rectangulaire ou carrée.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les saillies d'arête de coupe (64a, 68a) et les cavités d'arête de coupe (65a, 69a) sont réalisées de manière triangulaire.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les saillies d'arête de coupe (64b, 68b) et les cavités d'arête de coupe (65b, 69b) sont réalisées de manière ondulée.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la liaison est effectuée à l'aide d'une bande adhésive (41) d'un côté.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la zone de liaison (66 ; 66a ; 66b) est définie par la bande adhésive (41).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la zone de liaison (66 ; 66a ; 66b) présente le long du sens de transport (53) une longueur (Lv) entre 1 et 10 cm, en particulier entre 2 et 8 cm et en particulier entre 3 et 6 cm.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la zone de liaison (66, 66a ; 66b) est mise en place par rapport au sens de transport (53) dans un angle (β) de 90°.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la zone de liaison (66 ; 66a ; 66b) est mise en place par rapport au sens de transport (53) dans un angle (β) inégal à 90°.
  11. Dispositif de raccordement pour raccorder des bandes de matériau, avec
    a. un premier dispositif de déroulement (7) pour dérouler une première bande de matériau (9) d'un premier rouleau de matériau (10),
    b. un second dispositif de déroulement (8) pour dérouler une seconde bande de matériau (11) d'un second rouleau de matériau (12) et
    c. au moins un dispositif de coupe et de liaison (19) pour couper et relier sans chevauchement les bandes de matériau (9, 11) pour former une bande de matériau sans fin (21),
    i. le dispositif de coupe et de liaison (19) présentant plusieurs premières sections de coupe (37 ; 37a ; 37b) s'étendant le long d'un premier sens de coupe (38 ; 38a ; 38b),
    ii. le dispositif de coupe et de liaison (19) présentant plusieurs secondes sections de coupe (39 ; 39a ; 39b) s'étendant le long d'un second sens de coupe (40 ; 40a ; 40b),
    iii. les sens de coupe (38, 40 ; 38a, 40a ; 38b, 40b) formant un angle α de telle sorte que s'applique 0° < α < 180°, et
    iv. les sections de coupe (37, 39 ; 37a, 39a ; 37b, 39b) étant disposées de telle sorte qu'une première arête de coupe (61 ; 61 a ; 61b) puisse être générée par coupe d'une seconde bande de matériau (11) au moins le long du premier sens de coupe (38 ; 38a ; 38b) et le long du second sens de coupe (40 ; 40a ; 40b) ainsi qu'une seconde arête de coupe (67 ; 67a ; 67b) complémentaire à la première arête de coupe (61 ; 6 1 a ; 61b) par coupe de la première bande de matériau (9) au moins le long du premier sens de coupe (38 ; 38a ; 3 8b) et le long du second sens de coupe (40 ; 41a ; 40b), les arêtes de coupe (61, 67 ; 61a, 67a ; 61b, 67b) réalisant respectivement plusieurs saillies d'arête de coupe (64, 68 ; 64a, 68a ; 64b, 68b) et plusieurs cavités d'arête de coupe (65, 69 ; 65a, 69a ; 65b, 60b) de sorte que lors de la liaison, la première bande de matériau (9) et la seconde bande de matériau (11) s'engagent le long d'un sens de transport (53) des bandes de matériau (9, 11) dans une zone de liaison (66 ; 66a ; 66b).
  12. Dispositif de raccordement selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les sections de coupe (37, 39 ; 37a, 39a ; 37b, 39b) sont réalisées sur au moins une barre porte-lame (33, 45).
  13. Dispositif de raccordement selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de coupe et de liaison (19) est réalisé de telle sorte que la zone de liaison (66 ; 66a ; 66b) présente le long du sens de transport (53) une longueur (Lv) comprise entre 1 et 10 cm, en particulier entre 2 et 8 cm et en particulier entre 3 et 6 cm.
  14. Dispositif de raccordement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de coupe et de liaison (19) est réalisé de telle sorte que la zone de liaison (66 ; 66a ; 66b) puisse être mise en place par rapport au sens de transport (53) dans un angle (β) de 90°.
  15. Dispositif de raccordement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de coupe et de liaison (19) est réalisé de telle sorte que la zone de liaison (66 ; 66a ; 66b) puisse être mise en place par rapport au sens de transport (53) dans un angle (β) inégal à 90°.
