Claims (9)
- Dispositif d'injection de carburant dans une chambre de combustion (80) d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant un injecteur de carburant (1) qui peut être sollicité par une source de carburant haute pression (2) avec du carburant haute pression, et qui peut être actionné par le biais d'un dispositif de soupape de dosage (12), qui permet de commander la pression dans un espace de commande d'amplificateur de pression (23) de telle sorte que la pression, dans un espace de pression de l'amplificateur de pression (22) limité par un piston d'amplificateur de pression (25) qui peut être rempli de carburant provenant de la source de carburant haute pression (2) par le biais d'un clapet anti-retour (56) et qui est en liaison avec un espace de pression d'organe de soupape d'injection (15), soit augmentée par le piston d'amplificateur de pression (25) de telle sorte qu'un organe de soupape d'injection (10) pour l'injection de carburant s'ouvre, de sorte que du carburant soit injecté hors de l'espace de pression de l'organe de soupape d'injection (15) dans la chambre de combustion (80) du moteur à combustion interne, le piston d'amplificateur de pression (25), dans l'état de repos, adoptant une position de repos (85), caractérisé en ce que le piston d'amplificateur de pression (25) est sollicité par un dispositif de ressort de rappel à déplacement de compensation (27, 70), de telle sorte que lorsqu'une surpression se produit dans l'espace de pression de l'amplificateur de pression (22) sous l'effet d'une réduction rapide de la pression dans l'injecteur (1), le piston d'amplificateur de pression (25) effectue une course négative au-delà de sa position de repos (85) dans une position de compensation de pression (86), et en ce que dans le cas d'une augmentation de la pression de rampe, le piston d'amplificateur de pression (25) revient à l'encontre de la direction du déplacement de compensation de la pression dans sa position de repos (85).
- Dispositif d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le piston d'amplificateur de pression (25) peut être sollicité par le dispositif de ressort de rappel à déplacement de compensation (27) à la fois dans la direction du déplacement de compensation de la pression et dans la direction opposée.
- Dispositif d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de ressort de rappel à déplacement de compensation (27) est serré entre des bagues de butée (114, 118) qui s'appuient dans des directions opposées contre un boîtier d'injecteur (6).
- Dispositif d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'une des bagues de butée (118) s'applique contre un épaulement (78), qui est réalisé sur le piston d'amplificateur de pression (25) et qui limite l'espace de commande d'amplificateur de pression (23).
- Dispositif d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la bague de butée (118) qui s'applique contre l'épaulement (78) peut être déplacée d'avant en arrière entre deux butées (85, 86) qui sont prévues sur le boîtier d'injecteur (6).
- Dispositif d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de ressort de rappel à déplacement de compensation (70) sollicite l'extrémité du piston d'amplificateur de pression (25) opposée à l'espace de pression d'amplificateur de pression (22), et est disposé dans un espace de travail d'amplificateur de pression (26) qui est en liaison avec la source de carburant haute pression (2).
- Dispositif d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de ressort de rappel à déplacement de compensation (70) est serré entre une butée (71) fixée au boîtier d'injecteur et un épaulement qui est réalisé sur le piston d'amplificateur de pression (25) et qui limite l'espace de commande d'amplificateur de pression (23).
- Dispositif d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un conduit de détente de pression (65) part de l'espace de pression d'amplificateur de pression, lequel est en liaison par le biais du dispositif de soupape de dosage (12) avec la source de carburant haute pression (2) et qui, dans l'état de repos du dispositif d'injection de carburant, est fermé par le piston d'amplificateur de pression (25) et n'est libéré que lorsque la pression de la source de carburant haute pression (2) chute.
- Dispositif d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de soupape de dosage (12) et/ou l'organe de soupape d'injection (10) et/ou le piston d'amplificateur de pression (25) est/sont intégré(s) dans l'injecteur de carburant (1).
