Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Scharnierlager für eine Abdeckplatte eines Hausgeräts vorzugsweise einer Kochmulde, mit einem Raststecker, der in eine Stecköffnung des Hausgeräts verrastend einsteckbar ist und mit einem mit dem Raststecker verbundenen Scharnierhalter für die Scharnierachse der Abdeckplatte.
- Bei einem bekannten Scharnierlager der vorgenannten Art ist der mit Rastelementen ausgestattete Raststecker als Einzelteil in einer rechteckigen Stecköffnung einer großflächigen oberen Muldenplatte einer Kochmulde verrastend einsteckbar, in welchem Raststecker ein wiederum als vorgefertigtes Einzelteil ausgebildeter, die Scharnierachse der um ungefähr 90°C schwenkbaren Abdeckplatte tragender Scharnierhalter formschlüssig einsteckbar und damit fixierbar ist. Dabei sind die Scharnierhalter unterschiedlich ausgebildet, je nach dem die Abdeckplatte aus relativ schwerem Glasmaterial oder aus leichterem Metallblech besteht und im erstgenannten Fall die Scharnierachse mit einer Selbsthalteeinrichtung z. B. unter Verwendung einer Torsionsfeder versehen ist, durch welche Selbsthalteeinrichtung die Abdeckplatte in jeder Schwenkstellung selbsthemmend gehalten wird.
- Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Scharnierlager der eingangs genannten Art so auszugestalten, dass das Scharnierlager einheitlich für alle Ausbildungsformen von Abdeckplatten verwendbar ist und in kostengünstiger Weise herstellbar und in einfachster Weise montierbar ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird bei einem Scharnierlager der eingangs genannten Art dadurch gelöst, dass der Raststecker und der Scharnierhalter zu einem einstückigem Bauteil vereinigt sind.
- Durch die Einstückigkeit von Raststecker und Scharnierhalter wird die Herstellung und die Montage des Scharnierlagers wesentlich vereinfacht und erleichtert und wird gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung begünstigt, insbesondere durch dessen Ausbildung als einstückiges Kunststoffteil. Hierbei ist es besonders vorteilhaft, wenn gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Scharnierhalter eine einseitig offene Lagernut für einen darin formschlüssig gehaltenen Lagerzapfen der Scharnierachse aufweist. Zugunsten einer hohen Stabilität des Scharnierlagers ist in vorteilhafter Weise vorgesehen, dass das einstückige Bauteil aus einem glasfaserverstärkten Kunststoff besteht. Dieses Bauteil, also das Scharnierlager hält hohen Beanspruchungen z. B. bedingt durch das relativ große Gewicht einer aus Glas bestehenden Abdeckplatte stand. Dieses Scharnierlager ist für jeden Abdeckplattentyp geeignet und ist durch die Einstückigkeit sehr leicht montierbar, wobei durch das Vorhandensein der vorgenannten einseitig offenen Lagernut die Abdeckplatte selbst in sehr einfacher Weise und auch vom Laien aus dem Scharnierlager entnehmbar, z. B. zu Reinigungszwecken, und wieder einsetzbar ist.
- Die Erfindung ist anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels nachstehend erläutert.

- Figuren 1 und 3 zeigen eine Kochmulde 1 bzw. ein so genanntes Kochfeld eines Hausgeräts, welche Kochmulde 1 z. B. oberhalb eines Backofens angebracht ist. Die Kochmulde 1 besitzt eine Muldenplatte 2, die vielfache Tiefprägungen besitzt und in der vier als Gasbrenner ausgebildete Kochstellen 3 angeordnet sind und die randseitig umgebördelte Ränder 4 besitzt. Am hinteren Randbereich besitzt die Muldenplatte 2 einen ebenen Flächenabschnitt 5, der zu beiden Seiten viereckige Stecköffnungen 6 aufweist, in welche nachstehend erläuterte Scharnierlager 7 verrastend einsteckbar sind. In diesem Paar von Scharnierlagern 7 ist ein Bauteil schwenkbar gelagert, z. B. eine Abdeckplatte 8, die beim Ausführungsbeispiel aus Metallblech besteht, aber auch aus einem anderen Material, wie einem Glasmaterial, gebildet sein kann. Wie die Fig. 2 zeigt besitzt jedes Scharnierlager 7 einen Scharnierhalter 9 für die schwenkbare Lagerung der Abdeckplatte 8, der jeweils eine einseitig, nach oben offene Lagernut 10 aufweist für die formschlüssige Lagerung eines etwa rechteckförmigen, d. h. unrunden Lagerzapfens 11 der Scharnierachse der Abdeckplatte 8. Durch die paarweise Anordnung der Scharnierlager 7 und damit auch der Scharnierhalter 9 sind die beidseitig der Abdeckplatte 8 angeordneten Lagerzapfen 11 in ihren Lagerstellen formschlüssig schwenkbar gehalten und von oben einsteckbar montiert. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel ist der vorgenannte Lagerzapfen 11 mit einer Selbsthalteeinrichtung 12, z. B. unter Benutzung einer Torsionsfeder drehfest verbunden, wodurch beim Schwenken der Abdeckplatte 8 um einen Drehwinkel von etwa 90°C in jeder Schwenkstellung diese Abdeckplatte 8 selbsthemmend gehalten wird.
- Das Scharnierlager 7 besitzt zusätzlich zum Scharnierhalter 9 noch einen Raststecker 13, der ein vierkantiges Grundprofil besitzt und in die zugeordnete Stecköffnung 6 der Muldenplatte 2 von oben einsteckbar ist. Der Raststecker 13 ist als Hohlprofil ausgebildet und besitzt zumindest zwei gegenüberliegende Wandteile 14, von denen jeder Wandteil 14 eine ausgeschnittene, elastisch federnde Rastzunge 15 besitzt, die beim Einstecken des Raststeckers 13 hinter den Unterkanten der Stecköffnung 6 verrastet, wie in Fig. 2 angedeutet.
- Wie in den Figuren verdeutlicht, ist der Raststecker 13 und der Scharnierhalter 9 zu einem einstückigen Bauteil vereinigt, das aus Kunststoff besteht und als Kunststoffspritzgussteil ausgebildet ist. Aus Gründen der Formstabilität ist der dabei verwendete Kunststoff durch einen Anteil von Glasfasern verstärkt. Selbstverständlich kann für den Scharnierlager auch ein anderes Material, wie z. B. Aluminium, verwendet werden.
Claims (4)
- Scharnierlager (7) für eine Abdeckplatte (8) eines Hausgeräts, vorzugsweise einer Kochmulde (1), mit einem Raststecker (13), der in eine Stecköffnung (6) des Hausgeräts verrastend einsteckbar ist und mit einem mit dem Raststecker (13) verbundenen Scharnierhalter (9) für die Scharnierachse der Abdeckplatte (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Raststecker (13) und der Scharnierhalter (9) zu einem einstückigem Bauteil vereinigt sind.
- Scharnierlager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bauteil aus Kunststoff besteht, vorzugsweise als Kunststoffspritzgussteil ausgebildet ist.
- Scharnierlager nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bauteil aus einem glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff besteht.
- Scharnierlager nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scharnierhalter (9) eine einseitig offene Lagernut (10) für einen darin formschlüssig gehaltenen Lagerzapfen (11) der Scharnierachse aufweist.
