Definitions
- the invention relates to a profiled rail system for bridging expansion joints, covering transitions or recesses or as wall termination in floor covering elements according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- This profile rail system for bridging flooring transitions known.
- This profile rail system consists of three profile rails, namely a base profile defined in an expansion joint, a joint profile and a cover profile.
- the cover profile has two deck legs, which overlap the adjacent floor covering elements on top.
- This profile rail system has been well proven in practice and forms the starting point of the present invention.
- the invention has for its object to provide a profiled rail system of the type mentioned, which is easy to lay and offers a reduced risk of accidents.
- the profiled rail system according to claim 1 is used for bridging expansion joints, but also for bridging gaps between flooring elements. Such recesses occur in particular in the field of inspection shafts or the like. It is also thought to use the profile rail system as edge termination or for bridging pavement transitions.
- the Bodenbelägs comprise be clicked by undercut tongue and groove profiles held together to lay a corresponding floor covering with little installation effort. In order to keep in particular the installation costs of the profile rail system as small as possible, this has at least two mutually telescoping rails. This results in the required for expansion joints permanent width adjustment of the profile rail system. Due to the telescoping of the rails they can easily join the shifts of the flooring elements without having to allow a relative displacement of the flooring elements to the rails.
- the rails or the floor covering elements are simply tipped and then pressed the spring in the opposite groove.
- the installation of the profile rail system thus differs essentially not from the laying of the flooring elements themselves.
- the installation of the entire floor covering can therefore be carried out easily by untrained people.
- the click connection between the flooring elements and the rails results in the correct alignment of both parts to each other by itself. Since the rails are connected to the end face with the flooring elements, there is also the advantage that the rails no longer have to overlap the flooring elements. Here the risk of tripping in the area of the rail is reduced accordingly.
- one of the rails has a near-surface web, which eintacht slidably in a receiving pocket of the opposite rail. In this way, a width adjustment of the profile rail system can be achieved by almost a factor of 2.
- the spring is provided in the receiving pocket and presses directly against the web.
- Profile rails are releasably supported on pedestal rails. These base rails can be profiled fairly easily and therefore cost. By appropriate choice of the appropriate base rail, any desired thickness of the profile rail system can be realized for adaptation to the respective floor covering elements.
- the rails are height adjustable and lockable relative to the baseboards. This can be covered with a combination of rails and base rails a variety of flooring thicknesses. This reduces the manufacturing and storage costs.
- the rail is connectable to the base rail by means of holding means.
- the rail forms a solid unit and can be easily laid as such.
- the rails are offset in height on the upper side.
- the height offset is outside the telescope to keep the telescoping motion horizontal and not to couple with vertical motion.
- the sole FIGURE shows a perspective view of a profiled rail system 1 with floor covering elements 2.
- the floor covering elements 2 have undercut grooves 3 or springs 4 on the face side, which allow mounting by means of a click connection.
- the grooves 3 and springs 4 are formed substantially matching each other, wherein by tilting a flooring element 2 and then compressing the two flooring elements 2 a secure connection thereof can be made. In particular, it is not necessary in this way to glue the connection between the floor covering elements 2 or to bias them against each other. The Installation of these flooring elements 2 is therefore possible even by untrained persons.
- the profiled rail system 1 consists of two profiled rails 5, 6 and two base rails 7.
- the base rails 7 are formed substantially U-shaped and have a plurality of stiffening ribs 18, which are directed substantially upwards.
- the base rails 7 also have edge-side vertical webs 9, in which receptacles 10 for fixing a downwardly directed vertical web 11 of the rails 5, 6 can be fixed.
- the receptacles 10 are formed with a slight undercut to realize a secure, yet releasable connection of the rail 5 with the base rail 7. It is intended to realize base rails 7 with different heights in order to realize in this way an individual height adjustment of the profile rail system 1 to the thickness of the floor covering elements 2.
- the stiffening ribs 18 of the base rail 7 also have the function of realizing a level height adjustment of the profiled rail system 1. If the base rail 8 is brought into the position shown in dashed lines, the stiffening ribs 18 of the base rail 7 are located on a vertical web and on the stiffening rib 18 of the rail 5 at. In this way, a smaller overall height of the profile rail system 1 is realized. By omitting the base rail 7 even smaller height can be realized. In addition, it is intended to provide even more stiffening ribs 18, in order to realize further height levels in this way.
- the receptacle 10 has a toothing 12 which corresponds to a toothing 13 of the vertical web 11 of the profile rail 6.
- an individual height adjustment of the profiled rail system 1 can take place in this way with unchanged profile rails.
- the rail 6 and the base rail 7 can be glued together.
- PREALAR 14 which is supported on the one hand on the vertical webs 9 of the base rail 7 and on the other hand on the rail 6.
- PREALAR 14 is very simple and can be manufactured at low cost for different heights. This Pcorrochan 14 prevents unwanted impressions of the vertical web 11 in the receptacle 10 in the occurrence of a treading load.
- the rail 5 is firmly connected with its vertical webs 11 with the base rail 7. On the edge, it has a spring 15, which is formed substantially like the spring 4 of the floor covering elements 2.
- the spring 15 is shaped such that the rail 5 by angular adjustment of the rail 5 and the floor covering element 2 relative to each other and then pressing the spring 15 are mounted in the groove 3.
- the rail 5 also has a receiving pocket 16 which forms a sliding guide for a web 17 of the rail 6.
- the profile rail system forms a complete coverage of the substrate, the rails 5, 6 are telescoped against each other. This allows a desired width adjustment of the expansion joint freely held between the floor covering elements 2.
- the rail 5 also has a stiffening rib 18, which is directed vertically downwards.
- the rail 5,6 may also be pulled down to realize a dash-dotted lines indicated height compensation leg 21. This runs in alignment with the web 17, so that there is no more level in the rail 6 on the top.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a profiled rail system for bridging expansion joints, covering transitions or recesses or as wall termination in floor covering elements according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
This object is achieved with the features of claim 1.
The profiled rail system according to claim 1 is used for bridging expansion joints, but also for bridging gaps between flooring elements. Such recesses occur in particular in the field of inspection shafts or the like. It is also thought to use the profile rail system as edge termination or for bridging pavement transitions. The Bodenbelägselemente be clicked by undercut tongue and groove profiles held together to lay a corresponding floor covering with little installation effort. This makes it possible to set the profile rails directly on the front side of the floor covering elements, instead of overlapping the flooring elements. To connect the floor covering elements with the profile rails, these have on mutually remote sides of tongue and groove profiles, the matching are formed to the tongue and groove profiles of the flooring elements. In this way, there is a continuous covering, which also has sufficiently strong connections in the area of the expansion joint or a revision shaft. In particular, in the case of covering transitions and edge seals, it is also sufficient to provide the profiling on one side only on the profiled rail system. This is also conceivable if, for other reasons, the frontal determination of the profile rail system to the floor covering elements should be made only on one side. To mount the profile rail system, the rails or the floor covering elements are simply tipped and then pressed the spring in the opposite groove. The installation of the profile rail system thus differs essentially not from the laying of the flooring elements themselves. The installation of the entire floor covering can therefore be carried out easily by untrained people. In particular, eliminates the need to align the profile rail system exactly to the expansion joint, as is required in known profile rail systems. The click connection between the flooring elements and the rails results in the correct alignment of both parts to each other by itself. Since the rails are connected to the end face with the flooring elements, there is also the advantage that the rails no longer have to overlap the flooring elements. Here the risk of tripping in the area of the rail is reduced accordingly.
For easy realization of the desired telescoping of the rails to each other it is according to claim 2 advantageous if one of the rails has a near-surface web, which eintacht slidably in a receiving pocket of the opposite rail. In this way, a width adjustment of the profile rail system can be achieved by almost a factor of 2.
In order to ensure a perfect system of the rail to the flooring elements even under difficult Monatagebedingungen, it is low in accordance with
By dipping into the receiving pocket web inevitably results in a certain height offset between the abutting profile rails. In order not to adversely affect the appearance of the profile rail system by this height offset, it is advantageous according to
In order to eliminate the risk of stumbling out of the profile rail system, it is favorable according to
To adapt the rails to different flooring thicknesses, it is favorable according to
In order to make the applicability of the profile rail system even more flexible, it is advantageous according to
To achieve a simple mountability of the profile rail system, it is advantageous according to
In order to achieve a sufficient rigidity of the rail or base rail, it is advantageous according to
In order to use the profile rail system for bridging pavement transitions, it is advantageous according to
In order to produce a favorable optical impression of the profiled rail system, it is advantageous according to
The object of innovation is explained by way of example with reference to the drawing, without limiting the scope of protection.
The sole FIGURE shows a perspective view of a profiled rail system 1 with
The profiled rail system 1 consists of two profiled
The
In the
The
The
The
By omitting the
In addition, the
