Definitions

  • the invention relates to a toilet lid with dosing dispenser for dispensing a product into a toilet bowl of a toilet, comprising a fastening area which is designed to fasten the dosing dispenser under a toilet lid, and a storage container for receiving the product.
  • Another aspect of the invention is a method for the hygienic treatment of toilets, in particular for cleaning, disinfection and / or odor removal, with the step of dispensing an active ingredient from a storage container into the toilet bowl.
  • a disadvantage of the known dosing dispenser is that either a liquid active ingredient is used that is difficult to store and its refilling is uncomfortable, particularly in the hygienically sensitive toilet area, or a solid active ingredient is used, which, however, depends on the surface depending on the dissolving action of the flushing water of the drug product can only be dosed inaccurately.
  • the invention had for its object to provide a toilet lid with a dispenser that reduces at least one of the aforementioned problems or at best avoids.
  • the invention overcomes a number of disadvantages of the known dosing dispenser or toilet lid with dosing dispenser, in that it is designed to store and dispense pre-portioned products.
  • These pre-portioned products can be tablets, Pellets or similar products can be in solid form or they can be liquid or gaseous active substances or mixtures of active substances coated with a solid shell, which are then released by dissolving the solid shell, for example upon contact with water.
  • the dosing dispenser according to the invention enables on the one hand the use and dosing of a large number of different active substances and, in addition, the storage of several pre-portioned products with different active substances in the storage container and consequently the dispensing of the different active substances from the storage container into the toilet bowl in chronological succession.
  • the dispensing device of the metering dispenser according to the invention can be designed, for example, in the form of flaps actuated by gravity or by means of dispensing paths resulting from the influence of gravity when the metering dispenser moves.
  • part of the dispensing device, the entire dispensing device or the entire metering dispenser can be tilted, rotated or the like in order to dispense a pre-portioned product through this movement.
  • the pre-portioned products are dispensed through a dispensing opening, which can preferably be designed so that it is at the lowest point in the first position or the closed position of the toilet lid and that it is at the highest point of the toilet lid in the second position or the open position Dispenser is located.
  • a fastening area is formed in order to fasten the metering dispenser to a toilet lid that is movably fastened to the toilet bowl, preferably to be releasably fastened.
  • This makes it easy to retrofit toilets with the dispenser according to the invention.
  • a detachable attachment of the dispenser enables easy refilling of the dispenser when the stock of pre-portioned products has been used up.
  • This releasable fastening can be done, for example, using reusable adhesive strips, using a fastening frame that is fastened to the toilet lid and in turn receives the dispenser by means of a lockable, latchable or similarly acting fastening, or can be implemented in a variety of other ways.
  • the dispensing device is designed to move from a first position to a second position and / or from a second position when a toilet lid movably attached to the toilet bowl moves dispense at least one pre-portioned product into a first position.
  • the metering dispenser can be attached to the toilet lid and the dispensing device can be dispensed to dispense a pre-portioned product by moving the toilet lid relative to the direction of gravity.
  • the first position corresponds to a closed toilet lid and the second position corresponds to an opened toilet lid.
  • a portioned product with quick effectiveness, i. H. faster disinfection, cleaning and / or fragrance development.
  • a product can preferably be dispensed which develops the above-mentioned effects in a slower and longer-lasting manner.

  • the portioning device comprises a passage area with a first section through which a portioned product can pass and with a second section through which a portioned product can only partially pass, the first and second sections being designed in this way that a product that has entered the output area or the second buffer area through the first section prevents a product that has partially passed through the second section from entering the output area or the second buffer area.
  • the passage area can be designed, for example, in the form of an elongated opening, the width of which widens in the direction of movement of the products in such a way that a product cannot pass completely through in the initial area of the opening (the second section) and completely pass through in the end area of the opening (the first section) can.
  • Another variant of the passage area consists of two openings arranged one behind the other in the direction of movement of the products, the first opening being too small for a complete passage of the products and the second opening permitting complete passage.
  • the first product can be used to prevent the products following the first product from being released at the same time as they are moved into the second position.
  • first and second sections can be designed in such a way that a product that has partially passed through the second section prevents a product that has passed through the first section into the dispensing area or the second intermediate storage area from being dispensed into the toilet bowl.
  • the advancing products can thus prevent the first product from being dispensed in the first position.
  • the second section of the passage area can preferably be an opening section that continuously decreases from the first section or an opening section with a cross-sectional jump compared to the first section. In this way, a geometrically simple arrangement of opening sections is achieved which allows partial or complete passage of the products.

This avoids the mutual blocking of the balls desired in the alternatives described above, on the one hand the section of the first ball projecting into the intermediate storage channel and on the other hand the section of the second ball projecting into the output channel in the representation according to FIGS. 12a-c.
  • the ball 631 can roll directly along the second channel 643 and thus allows the ball 632 to enter the second channel 643, so that this ball 632 does not roll back into the product store like the other balls.
  • the ball 632 follows the ball 631 and is output (when the output device is designed according to FIGS. 2a-c) or reaches the area between the second buffer channel and the output channel (when the further output device is designed according to FIG Figure 3a - e ).
  • Figures 13a - d show another alternative to dispensing two balls.
  • the breakthrough 751 is formed between the buffer channel 741 and the second channel 743, as in the case of those in relation to FIG Figures 1-11 Descriptions described.
  • the height of the second channel 743 is dimensioned such that the first ball 731 does not prevent the second ball 732 from rolling further, so that this second ball 732 can reach an extension 748 of the intermediate storage channel 741 designed as a dead end.
  • the balls are arranged in accordance with Figure 13c . If the metering dispenser is moved from this first position into the second position, the second ball 732 displaces the third ball 733, so that this third ball 733 rolls back into the intermediate store.
  • the second ball 732 falls through the opening 751 and follows the first ball 731 through the second channel, that is to say through the output channel or for intermediate storage in the area between the second intermediate storage channel and the output channel.
  • Figures 14a - c show a further development of the variant according to Figure 13 a - e.
  • the length of the dead end area 848 is limited by a variable slide 890.
  • the dead end area 848 can accommodate one, two or more balls.
  • the balls received in the cul-de-sac area 848 all follow the first ball 831, so that a metered delivery of any one Number of balls can be reached in each dispensing process and the number of balls to be dosed can be adjusted via the slide 890.
  • Figure 15 shows a modified alternative of the variant according to Figures 14 a-c.
  • the slide 990 is provided with a clamp below the dead end area 948.
  • the functionality of the variant according to Figure 15 is further similar to that according to Figure 14a - c .
  • the storage container is generally triangular in cross section, the base surface 1023 of the storage container being used for fastening to the toilet lid.
  • the storage container of the metering dispenser according to the invention can be designed in a variety of ways with regard to its geometry.
  • cross-sectional designs that are rounded compared to the approximately triangular shape, such as elliptical, semicircular or round designs, are advantageous.
  • An essential feature of the cross section is a storage volume provided by the cross section and the possibility of collecting the products at a deep point or area of the container.
  • the ball guide with intermediate storage channel and output channel and possibly a second intermediate storage channel is formed on one of the two side surfaces 1024 of the storage container.
  • This lateral ball guide has a number of advantages.
  • the natural slope provided by the inclined arrangement of the side wall of the storage container is used to arrange the intermediate storage and discharge channels in a manner arranged one above the other relative to the direction of gravity.
  • the variant according to Figure 16 , 17a, b also has the advantage that an optically appealing design is realized, in which, if the walls of the ball guide are made of transparent material, it is possible for the user of the device to follow the movement of the balls in an apparently interesting manner.
  • This alternative also has the advantage that one side of the storage container, for example the one on which the ball guide is not attached, can be designed as a refillable container that can be retrofitted and can be connected to the rest of the device.
  • the ball guide can also be formed directly in the side wall of the container and can thus be part of the refill package together with the storage container formed thereon.
  • Another advantage of this alternative is that the side arrangement enables a space-saving arrangement of several intermediate storage channels. This improves the late delivery of the products, which is often problematic, particularly with openers, and in particular with a full storage container often only takes place when the toilet lid is almost completely open, if only one intermediate storage channel is provided. However, if there are more intermediate storage channels, for example three, the product can be dispensed even at small opening angles.
  • the lateral arrangement of the channels also allows an overall flat design and thereby, in particular if there are several channels, prevents the metering dispenser from building too high, ie projecting too far from the toilet lid. On the one hand, this could have the disadvantage that the metering dispenser is wetted by splashing water when the lid is closed, and on the other hand, a user can get caught in his clothing with the lid open or be disturbed by it.
  • Figure 17a shows in a cross section according to Figure 17b the arrangement of the path planes of the ball guide 1040, which is staggered vertically to one another. Shown is a variant which functions as a break contact, as shown in Figure 2a-c , the alternative according to Figure 17a , b has three buffer areas.
  • Figures 18 and 19th a further device in which two separate storage containers are provided, each of which cooperates with an output device.
  • This output device can, on the one hand, according to the output device Figure 2 and on the other hand according to the output device Figure 3 be trained. According to the alternative Figures 18 and 19th different output modalities of the products can be achieved.
  • two different products can be dispensed each time the toilet lid is opened (from the first to the second position) or each time the toilet lid is closed (from the second to the first position), in that the reservoir 1120 with a first product and the reservoir 1120 'is filled with a second product and the dispensing devices 1140 and 1140' both as “openers” (according to Figure 2a-c ) or both "NO contacts" (according to Figure 3a-c ) be formed.
  • the output of various products when opening and closing can be realized by filling the storage containers 1120 and 1120 'with various products and designing the output device 1140, 1140', as in the variant described above.
  • the pre-portioned products can, as previously described, consist of a material in the solid state of aggregation or can comprise a shell in a solid state of aggregation which encloses a material in the liquid or gaseous state.
  • a number of formulations are known to the person skilled in the art, which can be brought into the solid, liquid or gaseous form with appropriate measures and stabilized therein in order to serve as product material, wrapping material or filler material for products to serve with a wrapper.
