Definitions

  • the invention relates to an industrial scaffold with vertical supports, which are connected to each other by means of horizontally extending latch, wherein in the bolt to create a walk-in work surface pads are suspended, which extend in a horizontal plane.
  • Such industrial scaffolds are often used in practice to maintain or create industrial plants, especially chemical plants. Also in shipbuilding or in the maintenance of ships industrial scaffoldings are used. In many of these applications, the problem arises that complex contours, which have only a few straight surfaces, must be scaffolded. In particular, it is often necessary to convert pipes or pipe systems, which is particularly difficult if - which is generally desirable - the working surface of the scaffold should be brought as close as possible to the surfaces to be converted.
  • GB-A-2 362 422 discloses a scaffold system in which pads can be hung in bars or beams. Only over the front side of the covering elements provided overhanging edge areas cover a portion of the bolt.
  • the GB 945 822A shows a scaffolding system, are provided in the bolt with grooves formed by multiple folds, in which also provided with folds pads can be hung.
  • An object of the invention is to provide an industrial scaffold of the type mentioned, by means of which largely seamless work surfaces can be created while maintaining a minimum number of different parts. This object is achieved by the features of claim 1.
  • the industrial scaffold according to the invention is thus based on the simple idea of modifying certain edge regions of the linings in such a way that they partially cover a bar extending parallel to such an edge region, which results in no disruptive gap between the lining and the bar. Furthermore, if mutually parallel coatings are arranged on both sides of a bar whose edge areas facing the bar are configured according to the invention, it is achieved that these border areas almost touch one another or form only a very small gap between them. In this way, a practically continuous working surface without any gap or step is created in the area of the bar, wherein the bar covered by the configured edge areas is almost invisible when viewed from above. A correspondingly continuous work surface without any gap is also ensured according to the invention when no bar is located between the adjacent coverings, since the overhanging edge regions of the coverings almost adjoin one another independently of the presence of a bolt.
  • the main body of the linings of the industrial framework according to the invention generally extends in the same plane as the bars, wherein the overhanging edge regions are arranged just above this plane, so that no collisions can occur between these edge regions and the bars.
  • the body of the pads are dimensioned so that they can be inserted between the bars without that they abut the bars. All of this is achieved according to the invention without the need to provide any additional elements that would be suitable for covering gaps between linings. Such gaps are namely completely avoided solely by the special design of the linings of the industrial scaffold according to the invention or their edge regions. Since no additional cover elements are required, the number of different parts required for the industrial scaffolding is greatly reduced, which minimizes the storage costs and associated logistics, simplifies the planning of an industrial scaffolding and facilitates assembly and disassembly.
  • the linings of the industrial scaffolding according to the invention have a rectangular shape and have on their faces hook elements for hooking in a bar so that these hook elements and any other frontally provided on the linings support elements are essentially responsible for the power transmission from the linings to the bars.
  • the faces of the pads have in this case, in contrast to their long sides No or only slightly overhanging edge regions, since the coverings always have to connect at the front side due to the design of a bolt, so that here between the front side adjacent pads no gaps can occur. Such gaps are rather filled by the mandatory bars.
  • the longitudinal sides of the coverings of the industrial frame according to the invention are provided with overhanging edge regions. This results in an advantageous manner that longitudinally adjacent pads form no significant gap between them, regardless of whether there is a bar between the pads or not. Rather, the overhanging edge regions largely adjoin one another directly and thus form a continuous surface, wherein they either cover a bolt present between the coverings or - in the absence of such a bolt - cover the cavity provided for such a bolt.
  • additional bolts are provided. Furthermore, additional bolts can be provided, which in turn extend between additional bolts, base bolts and / or vertical supports. Base bars are thus always arranged between two vertical supports, whereas additional bolts are coupled with their frontal coupling areas in any way with vertical supports, base bolts or other additional bolts.
  • the additional bolts extend perpendicular to those bars to which they are attached, with all the bars of a working plane are in the same plane.
  • the provision of the aforementioned additional bolt makes it possible to adapt the industrial scaffolding according to the invention very variably to the most varied contours and, in particular, to provide comparatively small recesses in the working surfaces to be created, without the need for a large number of different parts.
  • the provision of the aforementioned auxiliary bars makes it possible, in particular, for a number of first coverings to be present in a walk-on work surface which are aligned parallel to one another, with second coverings extending perpendicular to the first coverings continuing to be present. Corresponding examples will be explained below in the context of the description of the figures. It is particularly advantageous if the base and additional latches have identical cross sections and also have identical frontal coupling sections.
  • the bars of the industrial scaffolding according to the invention which can be used both as a basic and as an additional bolt, either as a basic bolt with vertical supports or as an additional bolt with other bars must be coupled, it makes sense to form the frontal coupling portions of the bolt so that they, for example Attachment to be connected to the vertical supports rosettes are suitable, in which case separate coupling elements must be provided for the attachment of an additional bolt to another latch, which are adapted to a bolt with a connect frontal coupling portion of an additional bolt. Such coupling elements can then be mounted along a bolt anywhere.
  • the linings of the industrial framework according to the invention are preferably in different sizes adapted to a grid size, the spacing of the longitudinal axes of adjacent vertical supports being an integer multiple of the grid dimension.
  • the grid may for example have a length of 25 cm or any other lengths.
  • the bars which can be used as basic and additional bars also exist in sizes adapted to the grid dimension, so that the entire system can be used with a maximum amount of variability with a minimum number of parts to be kept.
  • the longitudinal extension of the coverings including the front hook elements for hanging in a bar can be slightly more than an integer multiple of the grid dimension, so that the hook elements can completely overlap the latch. Such overlapping effectively prevents a relative movement of the pads perpendicular to those bars on which the pads are mounted.
  • the longitudinal extent of the coverings without the end hook elements is preferably slightly less than an integer multiple of the grid, so that hanging two frontally adjacent pads in a common bolt is possible without an already hinged pad prevents the attachment of another pad.
  • the width of the coverings of the industrial framework according to the invention including the overhanging edge regions may be equal to the one, two or three grid. Due to these dimensions it is achieved that longitudinally adjacent pads form virtually no gap between them.
  • recesses for wedges can preferably be present in this case, with which the bolts can be fastened to the vertical supports. Such recesses are usefully provided only in those sections of the edge areas, which are located in the immediate vicinity of the vertical supports and thus the wedges.
  • the width of the coverings including the overhanging edge regions may also be slightly less than the one, two or three grid spacing, so that said wedges find space between two coverings adjoining one another on the longitudinal side. In this case, then a slight gap between adjacent coverings is accepted. Finally, it makes sense to equip the pads frontally with a lift-off, as it is already known from the prior art. Further preferred embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.
  • Fig. 1 shows an industrial plant having tubes 2, 4 and walls 6, which is scaffolded with an industrial scaffold according to the invention, in order to be able to carry out maintenance work in a plane in the region of the tubes 2, 4 and the walls 6, which is at a distance of 4 m from the bottom 8.
  • the framework consists of a plurality of vertical supports 10a to k, which consist in the illustrated application of several nested parts, as known from the prior art.
  • the vertical supports 10a to k are provided with equidistantly spaced rosettes 12, in which inter alia latch 14 are suspended, which connect adjacent vertical supports 10a to k with each other.
  • diagonal supports 16 are also provided in a known manner, which are also in the rosettes 12 can be suspended.
  • a comparatively small, only rectangular formed lower working plane 20 and a larger and more complex trained upper working plane 22 are created. Both working planes are each formed by a plurality of coverings 24, the lower working plane 20 consisting exclusively of six mutually parallel coverings 24.
  • Fig. 1 illustrates that an industrial scaffold according to the invention can be adapted very individually and precisely to the respective shapes of the tubes 2, 4 and the walls 6 to be converted, without appreciable gaps occurring between the linings 24 and the tubes 2, for example. Furthermore, the pads 24 are designed so that between them also no gaps occur, which in connection with the Fig. 2 and 3 is explained.
  • Fig. 2 shows in section two mutually parallel coverings 24, between which a bolt 14 is arranged, the longitudinal extent of which runs parallel to the longitudinal sides of the coverings 24.
  • the coverings 24 each consist of a base body 26, which has a comparatively thin, horizontally extending, walkable plane, from which stable stiffening elements extend substantially vertically downwards in the outer regions. These stiffening elements are arranged exclusively on the longitudinal sides of the coverings 24 and not on their end faces. With the scaffold set up, the stiffening elements are located substantially in the same plane as the latch 14, which means that the scaffolding parts must be dimensioned so that the stiffening elements and the bars 14 do not collide with each other during assembly or disassembly of the scaffold.
  • the horizontally extending plane of the main body 26 has for reasons of material and weight savings openings 28, which also serve as anti-slip elements and whose shape, for example Fig. 6 is more apparent.
  • the longitudinal sides of the coverings 24 are each provided with overhanging edge regions 30 which protrude laterally beyond the base body 26 and are located above the plane in which the latches 14 extend when the framework is mounted. In this way it is achieved that two mutually facing overhanging edge regions 30 of two adjacent bars 24 largely overlap a bar 14, so that only a small gap is formed between the two overhanging edge regions 30.
  • overhanging edge regions 30 allows according to Fig. 3 Even in the case of a non-existent bolt, the formation of work surfaces without disturbing gaps between adjacent coverings, since the overhanging edge portions 30 adjacent pads are brought sufficiently close to each other.
  • the out Fig. 3 apparent gap 32 between the overhanging edge regions In practice, 30 is so small that it ultimately does not create a disturbing gap.
  • Fig. 4 shows a plan view of the upper working plane 22 according to Fig. 1 ,
  • a respective bolt 14a, b is fixed, so that in the bars 14a, b pads 24a are suspended, which fill the space between the bars 14a and 14b.
  • the latches 14a and 14b thus form vertical supports 10a and 10d as well as 10b and 10f connecting basic latches in the sense of the invention.
  • the vertical supports 10h and 10i are in Fig. 4 not shown, but off Fig. 1 seen.
  • the covering 24b is still suspended between two base bars, namely between the base bars 14g and 14h, all other coverings are located between a base bar and an additional bar, which will be explained below.
  • An auxiliary latch 14i is disposed between the vertical support 10c and the base latch 14h so as to extend parallel to the base latch 14b.
  • the base bar 14b and the additional bar 14i pads 24c are hung, which have the same dimensions as the pads 24a and 24b.
  • two additional latches 14k and 14l are furthermore provided, which extend parallel to one another between the additional latches 14i and the base latches 14b. These additional latches 14k, 14l are provided as close as possible to the tubes 2 and spaced apart from each other such that smaller deposits 24d can be hung in the additional latches 14k, 14l.
  • Two pads 24d are arranged on the side of the tubes 2 facing the additional bar 14i, three further pads 24d on the side of the tubes 2 facing away from the additional bar 14i.
  • Another additional bar 14m extends parallel to the base bar 14c between the two base bars 14f and 14d, wherein the additional bar 14m is located centrally between the two base bars 14e and 14c.
  • pads 24e can be hooked in between the base bolt 14e and the additional bolt 14m and between the additional bolt 14m and the base bolt 14c in such a way that both the pipe 4 and a through-hole 34 can be optimally reconstructed in an L-shaped manner.
  • Another additional bar 14n runs parallel to that longitudinal side of the lining 24b, which faces away from the base bar 14e. Between this additional bar 14n and one between the Fig. 1 apparent vertical supports 10h and 10i formed base latch are suspended in this way pads 24f, whose length is about twice the pads 24c.
  • Fig. 4 thus illustrates that can be created by a clever combination of base bars 14a to h with additional bolts 14i to n an adaptable to individual circumstances grid in which then pads 24a to f different sizes are suspended so that the working plane 22 as close as possible to the remodeling contours can be introduced.
  • an auxiliary bar 14i is used which extends between a vertical support 10c and a base bar 14h.
  • additional bars 14k, m and n are shown, which extend between two Grundriegeln.
  • an additional bar 14l is used, which extends between a base bar and an additional latch.
  • Fig. 5 now illustrates that additional bars are possible, which in turn extend exclusively between additional bolts:
  • base bars 14o to 14r are arranged such that together they also describe the shape of a square. Between the base bars 14p and 14r a total of four long pads 24g are hung. The area covered by the pads 24g is bounded by an auxiliary bar 14s having the same length as the pads 24g and located between the base bars 14p and 14r. Between these additional latches 14s and the base latches 14q pads of medium length are hung 24h.
  • the two areas which are covered by the coverings 24h are in each case in turn limited by an additional latch 14t or 14u, which are respectively located between the base latch 14q and the additional latch 14s.
  • an additional latch 14t or 14u Between the two additional bars 14t and 14u is another additional bolt Suspended 14v, which extends perpendicular to the two additional bolts 14t and 14u.
  • Another auxiliary bar 14w extending parallel to the auxiliary bar 14u is hung between the auxiliary bars 14v and 14s.
  • Fig. 6 shows the end portion of a covering 24 with the openings 28 already mentioned as well as with two end hook elements 34, which are adapted to engage over a latch 14. Furthermore, a total of four support elements 36 are provided on the front side of the lining 24, which are arranged such that they can ultimately be supported on that latch 14 which is overlapped by the hook elements 34. Finally, the pad 24 is also equipped with a movable in recesses provided for lift-off 38, which is formed by a steel bracket, which can be moved under a bolt 14, that the bolt 14 is finally fixed between the hook members 34 and the lift-off 38 ,
  • Fig. 7 shows how coverings 24 according to Fig. 6 can be hung in a latch 14.
  • two pads 24 extend parallel to each other, so that their hook elements 34 from the same side over a common latch 14 overlap, with the support elements 36 of both pads 24 are supported on this latch 14.
  • the two coverings 24 are in the immediate vicinity of each other, without a disturbing gap between them would be formed. This would apply in the same way, if below the area at which the two edge regions 30 adjacent to each other, a further latch 14 would be present.
  • Fig. 8 shows two pads according to Fig. 6 which adjoin one another at the end face and are hooked from opposite sides into a common latch 14. Characterized in that the hook elements 34 are not centrally located at the end faces of the pads 24, but slightly offset from the center, the two pads can be aligned with each other in the longitudinal direction without their the common latch 14 cross hook members 34 abut each other. The spaces formed between the covering elements 24 and the bar 14 have approximately the same order of magnitude as the apertures 28 of the covering elements, so that these spaces are ultimately not disturbing.
  • the support elements 36 of the coverings 24 are dimensioned so short that they do not collide with each other at frontally adjacent coverings 24, but leave between them still a place for any required fasteners 30, by means of which bars 14 on other bars 14 or rosettes 12 fastened are.
  • Fig. 9 shows in perspective a fortified between two bars 14 short additional latch 14y, which is overlapped by hook elements 34 of a covering 24.
