Claims (16)

  1. Connecteur à fiche pour le passage d'une ligne électrique dans une ouverture d'une paroi de séparation d'un appareil en particulier militaire comprenant une prise femelle d'appareil, qui présente sur un corps de base une partie de logement de fiche pouvant être enfichée par l'ouverture et limitée par une bride de fixation, ainsi qu'une partie de raccord de câble disposée sur l'autre côté de la bride de fixation, qui est dotée d'un filetage pour le vissage de l'écrou de fixation d'un adaptateur de câble, et une fiche, qui présente un corps de base pouvant être enfiché dans la prise femelle d'appareil avec une partie d'enfichage, sur laquelle une bague de verrouillage est disposée de façon rotative, laquelle coopère avec des éléments de verrouillage sur la partie de réception de fiche, et une partie de raccordement de câble, qui est dotée d'un filetage pour le vissage de l'écrou de fixation d'un adaptateur de câble, et au moins un adaptateur de câble pouvant être raccordé à la prise femelle d'appareil et/ou à la fiche pour le raccordement d'un câble doté d'une tresse de blindage, l'adaptateur de câble présentant respectivement un corps de base par lequel le câble peut être guidé et sur lequel l'écrou de fixation est disposé de façon rotative, ainsi qu'une extrémité de raccordement pour le câble avec un dispositif de fixation pour la tresse de blindage, caractérisé par la combinaison des caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) les composants électroconducteurs de la liaison d'enfichage, en particulier les corps de base de la prise femelle d'appareil (1) et de la fiche (2), au moins la face de contact (1.31) de la bride de fixation (1.3) avec la paroi de séparation (W) et éventuellement les corps de base des adaptateurs de câble (3, 4) sont dotés sur au moins une surface continue intérieure ou extérieure d'un revêtement superficiel sans cadmium et électroconducteur ;
    b) pour garantir un contact électroconducteur continu, les points de contact entre les corps de base de la prise femelle d'appareil (1) et la fiche (2) d'une part et les corps de base des adaptateurs de câble (3, 4) respectifs d'autre part sont réalisés sous forme de dentures (1.22, 2.22, 4.11) s'emboîtant les unes dans les autres, et le point de contact entre les deux corps de base de la fiche femelle d'appareil (1) et de la fiche (2) sont réalisés au moyen d'une bague de masse (2.11) disposée sur la fiche (2) ou sur la prise femelle d'appareil, dotée de languettes (2.12) élastiques, s'appliquant respectivement sur une surface intérieure ou une surface extérieure de l'autre corps de base ;
    c) les composants visibles vers l'extérieur de la liaison à enfichage, en particulier les côtés extérieurs de la partie de logement de fiche (1.1) de la prise femelle d'appareil (1), de la bague de verrouillage (2.3) de la fiche (2) et éventuellement des écrous de fixation des adaptateurs de câble (3, 4) sont dotés d'une surface mate, résistante par rapport aux influences de l'environnement, éventuellement électroconductrice et exempte de cadmium.
  2. Connecteur à fiche selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement de surface électroconducteur est en nickel.
  3. Connecteur à fiche selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement superficiel électroconducteur est à base d'un revêtement de nickel (Heavy Nickel) appliqué en plusieurs couches.
  4. Connecteur à fiche selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement de surface électroconducteur est à base d'étain.
  5. Connecteur à fiche selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement de surface électroconducteur est à base de zinc.
  6. Connecteur à fiche selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le revêtement de surface électroconducteur est en cuivre.
  7. Connecteur à fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface mate, résistante par rapport aux influences de l'environnement, sans cadmium est une surface de métal anodisée.
  8. Connecteur à fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la bague de verrouillage (2.3) de la fiche et éventuellement l'écrou de fixation (4.2) de l'adaptateur de câble (4.3) est en matière synthétique.
  9. Connecteur à fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la partie de logement de fiche (1.1) de la prise femelle d'appareil (1) est dotée d'un filetage extérieur (1.11) sur lequel un écrou de fixation (1.4) peut être vissé de telle sorte que la paroi de séparation (W) est coincée entre la bride de fixation (1.3) et l'écrou de fixation (1.4), l'écrou de fixation étant doté au moins sur ses surfaces dirigées vers l'extérieur d'une surface mate, résistante vis-à-vis des influences de l'environnement, éventuellement électro-isolante et sans cadmium.
  10. Connecteur à fiche selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le côté, opposé à la paroi de séparation (W), de la bride de fixation (1.3) est doté d'une surface mate, résistante par rapport aux influences de l'environnement, éventuellement électroisolante et sans cadmium.
  11. Connecteur à fiche selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que l'écrou de fixation (1.4) est à base de matière synthétique.
  12. Connecteur à fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la bride de fixation est réalisée sous forme de bride de fixation à quatre trous, les deux côtés de bride étant dotés du revêtement de surface sans cadmium et électroconducteur.
  13. Connecteur à fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de raccordement pour le câble présente sur les corps de base (4.1) de l'adaptateur de câble (4) une surface de serrage (4.13) conique extérieur et un filetage extérieur (4.12), sur lequel un écrou de serrage (4.3) peut être vissé, lequel présente une surface de serrage (4.31) intérieure conique pour la fixation de la tresse de blindage du câble entre les surfaces de serrage (4.13, 4.31), l'écrou de serrage (4.3) étant doté au moins sur la surface de serrage (4.31) conique d'un revêtement de surface électroconducteur.
  14. Connecteur à fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité de raccordement du corps de base (4.1) de l'adaptateur de câble (4) est entourée par l'extrémité d'une partie moulée (5) guidant le câble, qui présente une lèvre de retenue (5.1), qui s'engage dans une rainure de logement (4.14) sur le corps de base (4.1) de l'adaptateur de câble (4).
  15. Connecteur à fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'une bague d'étanchéité (4.4) est disposée sur le corps de base (4.1) de l'adaptateur de câble (4) sur l'extrémité tournée vers la prise mâle (2) ou la prise femelle d'appareil (1).
  16. Connecteur à fiche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé par un capot anti-poussière vissable dans le corps de base de la prise femelle d'appareil ou sur le corps de base de la fiche, la surface du capot anti-poussière étant dotée du revêtement de surface exempt de cadmium et électroconducteur et les parties, visibles de l'extérieur, du capot anti-poussière étant dotées en supplément d'une surface mate, résistante vis-à-vis des influences de l'environnement, éventuellement électro-isolante et exempte de cadmium.
