Definitions

  • the invention relates to a flat knitting machine with a yarn guide, which is longitudinally displaceable along a yarn guide rail by a machine slide arranged on the slide and the one from its working position in at least one non-activity position and foundedbewegbaren Faden inhabitarm, wherein driving engagement surfaces for driving the yarn guide and Wegangriffs vom for pivoting the Fadensammlungarms are provided in and / or from the working position.
  • driven knitting needles are in the area in the needle bed over which the thread guide moved by the driving pin is located.
  • the driving pin is brought out of action until the expelled needles are deducted by the further movement of the knitting castle.
  • the driving pin makes the same movement as the knitting lock with and can be brought back into action only to initiate the switching movement for the pivoting of the Faden inhabitarms in its off-mode position. This dependent on the width of the knitting cam free travel, the drive pin must cover from its driving position to the position of the switching movement for the pivoting of the Faden concernedarms widened the thread guide box. Since the thread guide box must be symmetrical, this widening doubles.
  • intarsia yarn guides In the case of multi-colored intarsia patterns, several intarsia yarn guides must be operated on a yarn guide rail.
  • the width of the thread guide boxes primarily determines the number of intarsia thread guides that can be operated on the same thread guide rail. Therefore, wide yarn guide boxes reduce the number of intarsia yarn guides that can be used on the knitting machine. This in turn restricts the number of possible color patches in the knitted piece.
  • An intarsia thread guide is known, which is fixed in its final position on a stop. As soon as the intarsia thread guide rests against the stop, the driver is raised by a ramp so far that it can only move the slider and thus causes the pivoting movement of the Faden investigatingarms.
  • the slider is arranged in front of a driving groove of the thread guide and is acted upon by the driver, which also initiates the movement in the thread guide on edges.
  • the object of the present invention in contrast, is to provide a flat knitting machine with a thread guide which can be made in a smaller width.
  • this object is achieved in a surprising as well as effective manner by a flat knitting machine having the features of claim 1. While it is in principle possible to design the entrainment element of the thread guide driver to be movable transversely to the direction of movement of the thread guide in order to be able to act both on the driving engagement surfaces and on the switching action surfaces, the advantage of the invention is particularly evident in that the switching action surfaces do not be actuated in the prior art by the driving element of the yarn guide driver, but by at least one separate contact piece. The contact piece can thereby precede the entrainment element.
  • the width of the yarn guide box can be significantly reduced.
  • the driving engagement surfaces are arranged rigidly on the thread guide box.
  • the Faden embarkarm can preferably, as in intarsia thread guides known to be brought into two arranged in mirror image to the working position non-activity positions.
  • the Nüsschen arranged on the Faden embarkarm is pivoted back relative to the carriage direction, so that in Intarsia-knitted fabric at the beginning of a new color field, the Nüsschen does not hinder the use of a new thread guide.
  • the nut With two mirror-image non-activity positions, the nut can thus be moved back in both carriage directions in order to make way for the new thread guide.
  • the thread guide driver independent switching pieces are provided.
  • the at least one switching piece is arranged liftably and lowerably on the thread guide driver.
  • the lifting of the contact pieces can be effected in particular by run-on slopes, which can be arranged or formed on a cover plate of the thread guide box or rigidly connected to the thread guide box guide plate.
  • the thread guide has at least one adjusting element for the Fadenterrorismarm, where the contact piece can attack.
  • the Fadenterrorismarm can be adjusted from a working position to an out-of-action position and vice versa.
  • the at least one adjusting element preferably has a plurality of switching engagement surfaces.
  • the at least one adjusting element can be designed as a slide switch. A movement of a contact piece can thereby be transmitted to the Faden inhabitarm.
  • the at least one adjusting element has a toothing and engages via a pinion on a second adjusting element in order to effect the adjusting movement of the Faden ceremoniesarms.
  • the Fadenterrorismarm can be moved or pivoted in a particularly simple manner in an out-of-action position against the direction of movement of the thread guide.
  • At least two Heidelbergangriffsftumbleen are arranged in different planes transverse to the direction of movement of the yarn guide.
  • the shift engagement surfaces for moving the Faden ceremoniesarms into its working position and the shift engagement surfaces for moving into its off-mode position in different planes are transverse to the direction of movement of the yarn guide.
  • two different contact pieces can be used in a particularly simple manner, which are also arranged in different levels.
  • a driving element leading the driving element to move the Fadensammlungarm from an out-of-service position to a working position and a trailing element trailing switching piece move the Fadenterrorismarm from the working position into an off-mode position.
  • a thread guide 1 which has a thread guide box 2.
  • the thread guide box 2 is the support body. It has driving engagement surfaces 23, 24, to which a driving element M ( Fig. 2 ) can engage a yarn guide driver to move the yarn guide 1 along a yarn guide rail, not shown longitudinally. Furthermore, the thread guide box 2 of the bearing body for bolts 21, 22nd
  • a guide plate 3 is rigidly connected to the thread guide box 2. It has openings 31, 32, in which a switching element designed as a first adjusting element 4 and designed as an actuating slide second adjusting element 6 are arranged longitudinally movable.
  • the pinion 5 is rotatably mounted on the pin 21.
  • the Faden administratarm 7 is pivotally mounted on the pin 22.
  • the first adjusting element 4 has switching engagement surfaces 41, 42, 43, 44. If a switching piece SV engages one of these switching engagement surfaces 41 to 44, the first adjusting element 4 is moved relative to the thread guide box 2. In particular, a translational movement is initiated by a switching piece SV. By the connection of the first adjusting element 4 via the Pinion 5 with the second adjusting element 6, this moves by the same distance as the first adjusting element 4, but in the opposite direction.
  • the Faden organizingarm 7 is pivoted in the direction of arrow S1 in its off-mode position, in which he must be brought from left to right after a movement of the thread guide 1.
  • Fig. 1 In the Fig. 1 are bevels 81, 82 of a cover plate 8 ( Fig. 4 ) indicated only by dash-dotted lines. The cover plate 8 is not visible.
  • the switching piece SV rushes ahead in this case the driving element M and acts on the switching engagement surface 41 of the first adjusting element 4 and moves it in the direction of arrow L1 until the switching piece SV is raised by the ramp be 81 so far that it is no longer on the Heidelbergangriffs constitutional 41 attacks.
  • the second adjusting element 6 moves by the same distance as the first adjusting element 4 opposite to the arrow L1 and thereby reaches a position in which the bolts 71, 72 of the Faden administratarms 7 in the cam tracks 61, 62 of the second adjustment 6 and the Fadendgingarm 7 is pivoted about the pin 22 against the direction of the arrow S1 in its working position.
  • the working position of the Fadenariesarms 7 is in the Fig. 2 to see.
  • the thread guide 1 can supply the yarn to the knitting process. If the yarn feeder arm 7 is in its working position, a driving element M of the yarn guide driver engaging with the driving engagement surfaces 24 of the yarn guide box 2 comes into abutment and initiates the movement of the yarn guide driver into the yarn guide 1 and moves it in the direction of the arrow L2. ie from right to left.
  • the second adjusting element 6 was thereby moved by the same distance as the first adjusting element 4 opposite to the arrow L3 and has reached the position in which the pin 72 of the Faden administratarms 7 is in its end position in the cam track 62 and the Faden administratarm 7 to the Bolt 22 is pivoted in the direction of arrow S2 in its off-mode position.
  • the Fig. 4 shows a plan view of the yarn guide 1 in the direction of arrow X of Fig. 2 ,
  • the cover plate 8 carries on its upper longitudinal side the chamfers 81, 82, which lift the switching piece SV to bring it out of engagement with the switching engagement surfaces 41, 42.
  • the guide plate 3 carries on its upper longitudinal side of the ramps 33, 34, which lift the switching piece SN to bring it out of engagement with the switching engagement surfaces 43, 44.
  • the first adjusting element 4 has in the front switching level E1, the buttons 41, 42 which are acted upon by the switching piece SV and in the underlying plane E2, the buttons 43, 44, which are acted upon by the switching piece SN.
  • the thread guide box 2 has the driving engagement surfaces 23, 24, on which by the driving element M, the movement of the yarn guide driver is introduced into the yarn guide 1.
  • the driving engagement surfaces 23, 24 lie in the plane E3, which lies behind the switching planes E1, E2. It is not absolutely necessary for the switching engagement surfaces 41, 42 and 43, 44 to lie in different planes E1, E2. However, the switching planes E1, E2 must be transverse to the direction of movement of the yarn guide 1 in a different plane than the plane E3, in which the driving engagement surfaces 23, 24 are located.
  • the staggering of the shift engagement surfaces could also be such that the shift engagement surfaces 43, 44 are in the plane E1 and the shift engagement surfaces 41, 42 in the underlying plane E2.
  • the shifting engagement surfaces 23, 24 it is advantageous if this behind the Switching attack surfaces 41 to 44 are. In principle, however, they could also lie in front of the one or more planes of the shift engagement surfaces 41 to 44.
