Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Produkts wie Beton oder Mörtel, umfassend einen Mischbehälter (12; 112), der mit einem Mischer (14) ausgestattet ist, welcher geeignet ist, durch Antriebsmittel (18) drehangetrieben zu werden, einen Aufnahmetrichter (26, 126) für das gemischte Produkt, Einleitmittel (30; 130), um in den Trichter (26; 126) gemischtes Produkt (P) aus dem Mischbehälter (12; 112) einzuleiten, wobei diese Einleitmittel geeignet sind, eine Entleerungsausführung, die das Einleiten des gemischten Produkts (P) in den Trichter (26; 126) ermöglicht, sowie eine Ruheausführung anzunehmen, Mittel (34) zum Erfassen eines niedrigen Produktpegels in dem Trichter, einen Betätigungsmechanismus (32; 132), der geeignet ist, die Einleitmittel (30; 130) von der Ruheausführung in die Entleerungsausführung zu überführen, sowie Mittel zum Steuern (ECU) der Antriebsmittel und des Betätigungsmechanismus,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuermittel (ECU) eine Zeitsteuerung, die geeignet ist, ein Antreiben des Mischers (14) für eine bestimmte Mischdauer zu steuern, und eine Betätigungssteuerung umfassen, die geeignet ist, den Übergang der Einleitmittel (30; 130) in die Entleerungsausführung zu steuern, wenn die Mischdauer abgelaufen ist und der niedrige Pegel erfaßt ist, daß die Antriebsmittel (18) geeignet sind, den Mischer (14) mit einer Mischgeschwindigkeit und mit einer verminderten Geschwindigkeit, die geringer als die Mischgeschwindigkeit ist, anzutreiben, und daß die Zeitsteuerung eine Mischsteuerung, die geeignet ist, das Antreiben des Mischers (14) mit der Mischgeschwindigkeit während der bestimmten Mischdauer zu steuern, sowie eine Langsamrührsteuerung umfaßt, die geeignet ist, das Antreiben des Mischers mit der verminderten Geschwindigkeit nach Ablauf der Mischdauer zu steuern.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel (36; 136) zum Erfassen der Ruheausführung der Einleitmittel (30; 130) umfaßt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuermittel geeignet sind, das Antreiben des Mischers (14) für das Mischen erst dann zuzulassen, wenn die Einleitmittel (30; 130) sich in ihrer Ruhestellung befinden.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuermittel (ECU) geeignet sind, das Aussenden eines Alarms (S), der ein Entleeren des Mischbehälters (12; 112) anzeigt, zu steuern.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel (34; 35) zum Erfassen eines kritischen niedrigen Pegels sowie Mittel (28) zum Befördern des in dem Trichter (26; 126) enthaltenen Produkts zu einem Ausgang dieses Trichters umfaßt und daß die Steuermittel (ECU) eine Steuerung zum Anhalten der Beförderungsmittel, wenn der kritische niedrige Pegel erfaßt ist, umfassen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Erfassen eines kritischen niedrigen Pegels einen von den Mitteln (34) zum Erfassen eines niedrigen Pegels separaten Detektor (35) umfassen, der geeignet ist, einen unterhalb des niedrigen Pegels liegenden kritischen niedrigen Pegel zu erfassen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der niedrige Pegel und der kritische niedrige Pegel ein gleicher Pegel sind und daß die Steuerung zum Anhalten der Beförderungsmittel (28) ausgelöst wird, wenn der niedrige Pegel erfaßt ist, während die Einleitmittel (30; 130) sich in ihrer Entleerungsausführung befinden.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuermittel eine Kontrolleinheit (ECU) elektronischer, elektrischer, pneumatischer oder hydraulischer Art umfassen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einleitmittel eine Klappe (30) umfassen, die in einer Trennwand (13) zwischen dem Mischbehälter (12) und dem Aufnahmetrichter (26) angeordnet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einleitmittel eine Öffnung (130), die im oberen Teil des Mischbehälters (112) angeordnet ist, sowie einen Mechanismus (132) zum Kippen des Behälters umfassen, der geeignet ist, den Behälter zu kippen, um die Öffnung über eine Öffnung des Trichters zu bringen.
