Claims (11)
- Dispositif de percussion sous la forme d'un pistolet à aiguilles, comprenant un carter cylindrique (1), dans lequel un cylindre (2) mobile est logé de manière coulissante entre deux ressorts de pression (6, 7), un piston volant (3) se déplaçant en aller et retour dans le cylindre, sous l'influence d'air comprimé et délivrant une impulsion de percussion sur une enclume (4) sur laquelle un porte-aiguilles repose sous la pression de l'un des deux ressorts de pression (6, 7) et plusieurs aiguilles (20) étant logées en coulissement axial dans le porte-aiguilles (5) et sous la pression de service étant adjacentes à l'enclume (4) par leurs têtes d'aiguilles (21) terminales et par ailleurs, le porte-aiguilles (5) comprenant un godet avec une plaque de guidage (50), caractérisé en ce que la plaque de guidage (50) est composée d'au moins deux couches de matière de différente dureté ou résistance à l'usure, les couches étant placées à la perpendiculaire de la direction d'extension des aiguilles (20) et la couche de matière de la plaque de guidage (50) qui est la plus proche de l'enclume étant composée d'une matière plus dure, respectivement plus résistante à l'usure que la couche successive dans la direction axiale des aiguilles.
- Dispositif de percussion selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche de matière de la plaque de guidage (50) qui est la plus proche de l'enclume est composée d'une matière plus résistante à l'usure que la couche de matière successive dans la direction axiale des aiguilles.

- Dispositif de percussion selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le godet du porte-aiguilles (5) est fabriqué en monobloc en ce que sur la plaque de guidage (50) est moulée une paroi annulaire (52) périphérique, qui par son extrémité libre vient reposer sur l'enclume (4).
- Dispositif de percussion selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le godet du porte-aiguilles (5) est injecté en matière plastique et en ce qu'un godet protecteur (59) à paroi mince, ajusté par complémentarité de forme qui forme une deuxième couche de matière (56) y est insérable.
- Dispositif de percussion selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le godet du porte-aiguilles (5) forme une première couche de matière (55) et une plaque protectrice (58) insérée forme une deuxième couche de matière (56).
- Dispositif de percussion selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la paroi annulaire (52) est munie d'un bourrelet d'orientation (57) qui permet une insertion positionnée d'un godet protecteur (59) ou d'une plaque protectrice (58) dans le porte-aiguilles (5).
