Claims (21)

  1. Procédé de fermeture ou d'ouverture d'une section de prélèvement d'un contenant frigorifique (1000) par au moins un organe formant couvercle (1200, 1200') mobile en coulissement et guidé latéralement, dans lequel l'organe formant couvercle (1200, 1200') est amené soit d'une position ouverte (O), notamment d'une position de prélèvement de produit, dans laquelle un espace intermédiaire (Z) est ménagé entre une face de fermeture (1050) du contenant frigorifique (1000) ou d'un autre organe formant couvercle et une face de fermeture (1220, 1220') de l'organe formant couvercle (1200, 1200'), dans une position de fermeture (S) dans laquelle il n'existe sensiblement pas d'espace intermédiaire (Z) entre la face de fermeture (1050) du contenant frigorifique (1000) ou de l'autre organe formant couvercle et la face de fermeture (1220, 1220') de l'organe formant couvercle (1200, 1200') moyennant une opération de fermeture dans laquelle l'organe formant couvercle (1200, 1200') est déplacé par un mouvement latéral rapetissant l'espace intermédiaire (Z), soit de la position de fermeture (S) dans la position ouverte (O) par un deuxième mouvement latéral opposé au premier mouvement latéral et agrandissant l'espace intermédiaire (Z), l'opération de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture étant induite automatiquement au moyen d'un dispositif de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture (2000) et cette opération soit s'arrêtant automatiquement lorsque la position de fermeture (S) ou la position ouverte (O) est atteinte soit étant automatiquement interrompue par une composante d'une force perturbatrice s'opposant au mouvement latéral respectif et dépassant une valeur seuil, caractérisé en ce qu'une liaison de force ou une liaison par coopération de formes entre l'organe formant couvercle (1200, 1200') ou le contenant frigorifique (1000) et le dispositif de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture (2000) est coupée en dehors du temps nécessaire à l'opération de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'opération de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture démarre après un certain temps, notamment lorsqu'un mouvement d'ouverture ou de fermeture de l'organe formant couvercle est amené à sa fin ou est interrompu.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture reprend automatiquement après interruption par la force perturbatrice.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la valeur seuil de la composante de la force perturbatrice qui déclenche l'interruption est déterminée lors de la première mise en service du dispositif de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture (2000), moyennant au moins un enregistrement d'une tension et/ou d'un courant en termes de technique de mesurage pendant l'opération de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture automatique sans force perturbatrice, et lorsque la position de fermeture (S) ou la position ouverte (O) est atteinte, et en termes de technique de programme.
  5. Contenant frigorifique (1000) avec une section de prélèvement et au moins un organe formant couvercle (1200, 1200') mobile en coulissement et guidé latéralement et destiné à fermer la section de prélèvement, cet organe formant couvercle étant apte à être amené d'une position ouverte (O), notamment d'une position de prélèvement du produit, dans laquelle un espace intermédiaire (Z) est ménagé entre une face de fermeture (1050) du contenant frigorifique (1000) ou d'un autre organe formant couvercle et une face de fermeture (1220, 1220') de l'organe formant couvercle (1200, 1200'), dans une position de fermeture (S) dans laquelle il n'existe sensiblement pas d'espace intermédiaire (Z) entre la face de fermeture (1050) du contenant frigorifique (1000) ou de l'autre organe formant couvercle et la face de fermeture (1220, 1220') de l'organe formant couvercle (1200, 1200'), une opération de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture automatique étant apte à être induite par un dispositif de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture (2000) et étant apte à soit s'arrêter automatiquement lorsque la position de fermeture (S) ou la position ouverte (O) est atteinte ou à être interrompue automatiquement par une composante de force perturbatrice dépassant une valeur seuil et s'opposant au mouvement latéral, caractérisé en ce qu'une liaison de force ou une liaison par coopération de formes entre l'organe formant couvercle (1200, 1200') ou le contenant frigorifique (1000) et le dispositif de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture (2000) est apte à être coupée en dehors du temps nécessaire à l'opération automatique de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture.
  6. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture (2000) est apte à être mis hors service par un interrupteur (2500).
  7. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon une au moins des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément entraîneur (2210, 2210') est apte à être fixé sur l'organe formant couvercle (1200, 1200') et à être mû latéralement, notamment linéairement latéralement, par rapport au contenant frigorifique (1000) par le dispositif de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture (2000).
  8. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément entraîneur (2210, 2210') est adaptable aux organes formant couvercle (1200, 1200') respectifs, notamment à leurs éléments formant poignée.
  9. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément entraîneur (2210, 2210') est apte à être relevé moyennant une charnière.
  10. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon une au moins des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément moteur (2241) d'un dispositif moteur (2240) du dispositif de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture (2000) est apte à être amené d'une position de libération (F) dans laquelle il est désengagé d'un mécanisme de guidage (2300) dans une position d'engagement (E) dans laquelle il est en prise avec le mécanisme de guidage (2300).
  11. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif moteur (2240) est apte à être solidement fixé sur le contenant frigorifique (1000) et le mécanisme de guidage (2300), sur l'organe formant couvercle (1200, 1200').
  12. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'élément moteur (2241) est apte à être translaté entre la position de libération (F) et la position d'engagement (E) au moyen d'un élément de mise en marche (2251) d'un dispositif de mise en marche (2250).
  13. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un interrupteur (2206) est apte à être actionné par le dispositif moteur (2240) et/ou par l'élément de mise en marche (2251) dans la position de libération (F).
  14. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de mise en marche (2251) est apte à être mû moyennant une commande de mise en marche du dispositif moteur (2240).
  15. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la commande de mise en marche est un servomécanisme (2255) avec une poulie motrice (2252) avec téton (2253) excentrique qui s'engage dans un trou oblong (2254) dans l'élément de mise en marche (2251).
  16. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon une au moins des revendications 5 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture (2000) comporte un dispositif de commande (2265) sous forme d'électronique de commande qui permet de régler le temps et/ou la valeur seuil et de constater le dépassement de la valeur seuil.
  17. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon une au moins des revendications 5 à 16, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fermeture et/ou d'ouverture (2000) comporte un dispositif formant chariot (2200, 2200') apte à être mû le long de l'élément de guidage (2340), ce dispositif formant chariot étant apte à être couplé à l'organe formant couvercle (1200, 1200'), notamment au moyen d'un élément entraîneur (2210, 2210').
  18. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de mise en marche (2251) est monté mobile en pivotement sur le contenant frigorifique (1000) ou sur le dispositif formant chariot (2200, 2200').
  19. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce qu'un interrupteur fin de course (2280) est fixé sur le contenant frigorifique (1000) ou sur le dispositif de fermeture (2000) et est actionné par le dispositif formant chariot (2200, 2200') et/ou par l'organe formant couvercle (1200, 1200') dans la position de fermeture (S).
  20. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que le contenant frigorifique (1000) comporte deux organes formant couvercle (1200, 1200') aptes à coulisser l'un sur l'autre qui sont pourvus chacun d'un dispositif formant chariot (2210, 2210') et sont reliés à une extrémité d'un système commun de guidage d'énergie.
  21. Contenant frigorifique (1000) selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif formant chariot (2210, 2210') est guidé mobile latéralement sur un rail de guidage (2320) moyennant une pluralité de roues de guidage (2201-2204).
